Craftsmanship and customer service are SUPERIOR. Upgraded my diamond on my engagement ring for 10 year anniversary and the jewelry store that did the work absolutely wrecked my ring and set the diamond loosely. I brought it into Diamonds Direct to have it assessed (should have gone here for the upgrade in the first place because it’s where we got the ring originally) and Vanessa and Kate TOOK CARE OF ME. Vanessa in Customer Care was extremely helpful and Kate (the jeweler) came out and showed me exactly what she thought needed to be done to fix the ring. Her work was absolutely beautiful, I could cry. If you’re trying to decide where to purchase a ring or have a ring worked on, just do yourself a favor and go directly to Diamonds Direct.

I had a horrible experience with the company as a buyer please save your time and money and go elsewhere!!!! I bought a table set and the delivery dates had changed 3 times with them charging my husband and I 200$ for delivery fee which we didn’t mind paying for it. I explained to the manager that I can only be at home at a certain time and date due to my busy schedules and they agreed to that but kept changing the delivery date!!! I finally told them to canceled my delivery and refund me back the money!!! They do not care or value their customers they are very unprofessional and incompetent!! First time buying from you shame on you and your whole staff you should not be working with people… Check the Zoo they hiring for people like you since yall acting like animals.

Great experience with location. I was given two separate delivery times for my bedroom set delivery and the receptionists understood it wasn’t fair for me to sit at home all day so she reimbursed me for my delivery charge. Great customer service. I love the furniture I picked out the Vivian bedroom set. great quality so far and heavy. Hopefully I won’t have to buy any bedroom furniture for a while. As my old set did not last for 3 years from another furniture store. As you can see I didn’t know how I was going to position the furniture. But eventually moved it in the right places in the room.

it was okay, the sales people seemed bored but were sweet. it was hard to get info I needed from the customer service desk. the showroom could be better presented considering how bored the associates looked, they were all on their phones in the front of the store , sitting around. in my free time at work I keep busy so maybe I just have higher standards for myself and my work. i asked for a card for the manager and he didn’t have any? i found it odd they didn’t wanna give me an email or a number to contact him. but he did get back to me after a couple days since i left my name and number. probably won’t buy from here but it’s nice to see the options they have

I came in to the Reef over a month ago because I wanted to buy dwarf African frogs. I ended up coming home with five of them! At the time of my purchase, I did not realize that I had bought diseased sick amphibians. They soon started to die a few days after I brought them home. I came back to have my water tested(Everything was in the clear) and return the dead frogs which were credited to an in-store credit and one was replaced, which ended up dying the next day and then that one was added to my in-store credit amount. The last two hung on a couple weeks, but eventually died. After speaking with Brandon and Toby, I learned that the frogs were quarantined at the store and were sick and that all but two of the frogs died at the store. I came in as soon as I could to return my last two dead frogs and asked to speak to the manager on duty, which was Ian and I had the most horrible experience dealing with this unpleasant human. Before I could speak with Ian I spoke with Toby. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and reassured me It was nothing I had done wrong and that the frogs were indeed very sick and that the manager on duty would take care of me. Upon meeting Ian, he was flat out resistant and refused to help me or understand my circumstance and just continued to tell me it was past the return and that there was no record of me having purchased any sick animals from the store in the system. He made me feel very uncomfortable. I spent over $60 for 5 frogs for which should’ve been healthy animals that are now all deceased and all I have to show for it is a measly credit to your store for only three of them. This is unacceptable business. The way I was treated by your employee Ian was unacceptable. I have lived in this area all my life and I am almost 53 years old and I have been coming into the store for a long time and I have no desire to do so anymore. I expect a full refund for my purchase.

My husband stopped by to get a replacement on 2 out of 6 guppies . “Tattooed short girl said he couldn’t get a replacement because the water is borderline safe. It is safe but can improve” my husband decided to talk to manager then he said without seeing or retesting “she said on borderline safe so that automatically voids warranty, it’s still ok but going from one tank to another where the nitrate levels are different can kill fish”. We get home and tested our tank and they look good. We been going there for years and we loved spending our money there as we own 6 tanks and 1 hospital tank. Unfortunately like everything good eventually comes to an end, we won’t be returning . I added a picture of the api test kit that we previously bought from them. Which from what I was told by them it’s more accurate then the test strips that they use.

Really incredible aquatic shop. I LOVE how they have an online inventory you can check before stopping in to see exactly what they have. I got a crypt, 2 more endler boys for my tank, and this beautiful betta boy I named sprinkles!! I had a two hour drive home but these fish are extremely healthy and are having zero problems in my tanks! I’m excited to return.

The Reef is one of the really good local fish stores that should be on every aquarium lovers must visit list. They do a great job of maintaining their own tanks, their selection is excellent for both saltwater and freshwater livestock, and their pricing is fair. It is a couple hour drive for me to get there, but I make a point of stopping in every time I am in the area … and I usually wind up taking something home that I didn’t know I couldn’t live without until I saw it. Staff are busy but helpful and friendly. If you are in the Indy area, stop in, you won’t regret it.

I love half priced books! They had a great selection of video games! They had PSP, Wii, DS, 3DS, Switch, PS2, PS3, PS4, Original Xbox, Xbox 360, PS5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One! Most PS3/Xbox 360 games we’re selling for around $5-$10 but some were more. Not sure about others though. Also had a PS3 Slim for $75 not bad! Also, great selection of books, DVDs, CDs, and magazines! But this is a very good place for video games!

Took 3 boxes of books,1 box of about 50 DVDs,1 box of CDs,all and I mean ALL in beautiful condition.The books mainly consisted of WW2,Historical and a few recent bestsellers. Most of the WW2 books included first hand accounts and excellent and some rare photo histories. They called me over the intercom and made the whopping offer of 68$ total!!Didn’t feel like packing them all back up and took the amount after being informed that it takes so long to sell some items,spare me!! Lesson Learned!! Never and I mean never again!Don’t waste your time selling to HPB.I guarantee they will recoup their 68$ back by just selling 2or3 of the 40 some books I sold them! Instead of selling to them go to your local library and Goodwill store and donate them…in my foolish mind I was thinking at least 200$,wish I could leave a better review but…..

I got my dress from here and loved it. The store is very beautiful. Kim was my consultant and she was very friendlyand helpful. Warning ⚠️ DO NOT BUY YOUR VEIL FROM HERE. When i went to buy my dress, the veil that i tried on was 800$! I got the same thing from Amazon for 50$. They also did basic alterations for me (shortening the length of the dress and bringing in the middle to better fit) this cost around 900$ and they stored and steamed my dress prior to the wedding.

I bought my daughter’s wedding dress and veil here yesterday. The staff (Aijah, Charlotte, and Ralna) could not have been more helpful. The top two dresses were actually not found by my daughters and I, but by our consultant Aijah who patiently interpreted my daughter’s comments about the dresses we selected to find the perfect dress for her. We were not pressured to buy extras or rushed through the appointment, and the prices were fabulous compared to other shops. We will return here for my MOTB dress and future needs. I had called the other reis nichols in Greenwood and they had an awful attitude and didn’t even bother trying to look if they had any Rolex in stock. When I called the sales rep said you can only order and wait and there was no way for me to get one in stock anywhere. Funny, when there were many other stores that had a few in store just not a large variety.
However it was very easy and quick in the Indianapolis location on 86th. I called in before purchasing and Nicole was very kind to help me on finding the perfect present and hold the item. She texted me back with options and it was very easy to communicate. Went in 2 days after putting the item on hold and purchased. Definitely recommend this location over greenwood.

Aaron Bennett and Nick Vega are top-notch. Aaron is the quintessential watch sales supervisor: knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and supportive. We spent nearly an hour and a half (almost 30min past closing) talking about and trying on watches. We also bonded over family, sports and travel.
Nick gave me an initial tour of the store the week prior and provided a ton of insight and support. This was my first major watch purchase, and Nick’s wisdom and thoughtfulness was extremely reassuring and welcoming.
After trying on maybe 25+ watches between the two store visits, we decided on the Tag Heuer Link Calibre 5 41mm. I couldn’t be happier for it to be my first luxury watch purchase. I’ve loved the Tag brand since I was a kid.
I will certainly be coming back for more watches from this location in the future as I start my collection and couldn’t recommend Aaron and Nick enough.

I used George Thomas to send flowers to my college daughter from 1000 miles away. In previous experiences with ordering online from a florist that you cannot talk to or see the products – I have never been happy. However, this was an awesome experience! The arrangement actually looked better than the online picture! It’s a good looking building, but I guess most shops are only open for a handful of hours around lunch – I think? Only a few places were open at 3:30pm on the Friday I looked around, anyway. The market has restrooms and an ATM; plus free wifi, or at least poster signs give user and password logins (didn’t check if they were working myself.)
The data that Google Maps has for the restaurant vendors (and other orgs) listed here looks like a disorganized mess. Google Maps seems very unsure which vendors are actually closed rather than open; and for those open, Google usually seems confused by the hours. (So am I, and the Mall’s webpage definitely doesn’t resolve that.) Somebody who cares about the Market, and who knows it well, should spend a little time trying to fix most of this on Google Maps, imho, for the benefit of all involved.

Cool place to visit. It’s like a farmers market of different restaurants . Plus it has a great bar up stairs and if your lucky enough to catch a tour of the catacombs underneath. It’s worth making a day of it.

Great place to go if you are a foodie. This place has a wide variety of food vendors. They have crepe shops, Greek, Italian, BBQ, bakeries, dessert places, etc. It has a really fun vibe and the upstairs is ideal for families with small children. If you can try to get there before the lunch time rush. I think this is a must do in Indianapolis, though.

Very quaint little spot. From the outside you cant tell the great smells on the inside. Lots of options to choose from. Sadly not that many glutton free options but still great choices. The people are super friendly and helpful. Just the riggt temperature. Even with all thebfoid cooking and ovens on, very pleasant place. I had catfosh from Maxine’s it was nice. The little jewelry coner was awesome too.
