I’ve used Steve’s for years now. They are awesome! I went away from Steve’s for one year and regretted it greatly. Fantastic quality, and no issues with delivery. So great! My wife loves the flowers every time.

One of the only shops in Indy with business hrs after 4pm and on weekends. They did a wonderful job with my order. I think a lighter ribbon could have been used but there was no place to edit the order. Was able to get 4 boutonnieres and 2 corsages in 24hrs. Surprised to see the boutonnieres had metal fasciners. That should be optional, in case there are cardiac patrons. But worked for me. Loved it!

Absolutely wonderful. I called to customize an already beautiful arrangement for a classmate of mine who passed so that it would be our high school colors. They executed it beautifully and other classmates mentioned such. The price was very reasonable for the size of the arrangement as well.

If you are a collector or even just someone looking for a hit of nostalgia The Toy Pit is an absolute must-visit. They aren't just there to ring you up; they are genuine fans who make the visit feel welcoming and are very knowledgeable. The team went above and beyond to help me check out the figures and made the whole "hunt" amazing. The highlight was finding multiple S.H. Figurarts as they have a killer inventory. Definitely worth the trip and will be back for more.

My family traveled two hours one weekend to find this place back when it was their original location and were COMPLETELY amazed at how much cool stuff they had! It was unbelievable at the selection in such a small out of the way place. We made the trip a couple other times and the only complaint I had was we just didn’t have enough daylight to look at all of it in such a small space…Fast forward another couple years and we heard they moved to a bigger location. We made the drive and were SHOCKED at the amount of space and how we could still spend hours in the place that was all spread out and well lit and organized. Don’t get me wrong- the original was awesome but the upgrade is AMAZING! I recommend The Toy Pit to any person at all. The kid, the grown up kid, the kid at heart, the collector… I guarantee you will find something for everyone here! It is well worth the drive and my family will continue to come enjoy talking to the staff and finding treasures! I also think it’s awesome that these guys will even buy your toys and vinyl. Such an incredible store! They have treasures old & new! I specifically went to buy legitimate LaBuBus & to buy one of my sons a birthday present & my oh my!! The selection! The vintage Barbie’s! Star Wars!! The funko pop selection! We could spend days in this store! They also buy things so that’s cool too because we are quite the collectors & have some duplicates we could part with potentially in the future 🤪 I can’t wait to spend more money here!

I reached out to George Thomas 4 weeks before my wedding to get 4 arrangements for my Hindu wedding ceremony (and re-used them the next day for our western ceremony). When you’re a bride, you want people surrounding you who respect your vision and can run creatively with your ideas and make suggestions. And when it comes to florals, Kwyn from GTF is that person. She spent 1 hour with me in a consultation, understood exactly what I was saying and designed the arrangement right there with me. It was honestly impressive. The pricing was incredibly fair. And the results? Absolutely delightful. They made me so happy, I wish they had the bandwidth to do my entire wedding florals but that’s on me for not locking them down earlier. I also had 5 floral hair arrangements made, all I said was vintage and red roses – they turned out perfect. Highly recommend for all brides!

I highly recommend George Thomas Florist! Living over an hour away, I placed an order online and was pleasantly surprised when they were able to accommodate an additional order for a second delivery location. She personally called to let me know the flowers wouldn’t be delivered to the recipients’ rooms until Monday and wanted to ensure they would receive the freshest arrangements possible and asked if was ok to deliver to locations on Monday instead knowing weather could hinder that as well. During the recent snowstorm, they truly went above and beyond. She even confirmed that both recipients were still at their locations before preparing the arrangements, knowing that many deliveries were impacted by road conditions. Both recipients absolutely loved their flowers and sent me photos. I couldn’t agree more. The arrangements were beautiful and long-lasting! Exceptional service and thoughtfulness. The team remains personable, trustworthy, and highly skilled, and Fernanda is lovely to work with. I brought a ring with special significance for me (it belonged to a family member) to Windsor, and Fernanda was immediately welcoming. She spent a lot of time talking with me about the ring and wanted to know its story, along with what I envisioned it might be and how they could help to make that happen. Long story short, the ring is now a pendant and they took great care of the piece from start to finish. Good communication throughout, lots of options offered to me, and a timely turnaround. An absolute stellar experience from beginning to end! My husband and I needed to have our rings resized and we walked in, no appointment. We were greeted immediately and were helped within minutes. After they confirmed what they could do for us we were directed to the receptionist, Day. She’s an actual dream! So sweet, best personality and extremely helpful. They took our rings and told us it was possible they would be done today! Within 4 hours we were notified they were finished! Couldn’t be happier! Would 10000% recommend!

WOW is an understatement. This place is pure enchantment. Pieces are unique and carefully curated, there's a range of very high quality to quality but affordable items. The vibes are immaculate, Erte prints on the wall, elegant and homey. I brought them a crushed lapis lazuli ring, and a lovely Jewler fixed it for me in minutes. It was my wedding ring, and I'll be eternally grateful that they were able to repair something so precious for me. I can't wait to come back and buy some things, Indianapolis is so lucky to have this old school style gem 💎💙💚

I visited Windsor Jewelry for the first time under its new ownership over the holidays. First, there was easy on-street parking within a block of the store, though they also validate parking in a nearby garage. The store is a few doors off the Circle in downtown which was fun to visit with all the holiday decorations. I was greeted (not aggressively) by sales staff but soon found myself talking to the owners and viewing some memorabilia hanging in the store reflecting its 100+ years in business. I was shopping for my wife and had some general ideas based on what she wears (and doesn’t) when it comes to jewelry. The very knowledgeable staff showed me several options, one of which I purchased at a very fair price. I should add the one of the owners told me that the store employs a master jeweler who can repair and even fabricate pieces. (This interested me because some years ago we took the diamond from my wife’s engagement ring and had it set with two others in a new ring as part of an anniversary celebration. It’s nice to know of a new place where a project like that can be handled.) This was an excellent experience and I recommend Windsor Jewelry without qualification.

My son bought a new watch with a chain link band. The clasp needed to be moved to fit his wrist. I contacted a couple of places to see if they could adjust it. Windsor replied back within minutes. They didn't require an appointment. They said band adjustments are usually around $25. Maybe a little less depending on the clasp. My son stopped by after work. They saw him immediately and got it done in minutes for less than $25. I'm so impressed by the level of customer service, for such a small task. We both were treated with respect, got quick responses, and it was fixed professionally. 🙏

I went in to get my watch sized properly. Not only was the link removal reasonable, but they also added a link for my friend’s watch at a reasonable price as well. I personally have not been to a jewelry store. Windsor was my first experience. After the time I spent with Jeremy, and the work Ken performed it will be hard for me to go anywhere else. This is not only a jewelry company. It’s is a company that provides an experience. Spending just a short amount of time with them will make you believe just that. Stop in, and say "Hi". You won’t regret it.

Great shop!! I recently upgraded into the Canon RF series so I had an older model Canon body and lenses I wanted to sell without going through the hassle of eBay or Facebook Marketplace. I quoted multiple online buyers(Adorama, KEH, MPB, and Roberts) and Roberts was the highest, AND closest distance to me. I was afraid of shipping a box full of lenses and my camera, so I made the 2 hour drive from Fort Wayne to the store instead. I walked in with 2 boxes in hand and was greeted right away and shown where to go. I answered a few quick questions(name, email, etc…) and about 10 minutes later they had inspected my items and handed me a check! I was quoted $1435 online, and after inspection I was given a $1525 check, $90 more than I expected! They even offer in-store credit if you would prefer and that was $1610 in my case. Everybody I interacted with was very friendly, and they were quick to look over my items and offer a great price. The store itself has a used section to the right, and a new section straight ahead when you enter the store. Everything from lenses, bodies, bags, tripods, filters, flash, and printing services. Parking is directly across the street with signs for "Roberts Camera Parking Only". I recommend getting an online quote before bringing in gear to sell just to speed up the process a bit, and highly recommend checking the store out!

I recently have had the itch to get back into film photography and didn't quite know where to begin (the only experience I had was in my undergraduate photography class) and I was excited to see this shop was nearby. The crew at Roberts was extremely helpful in getting me started, even asking about my film preferences to help me decide. Upon arriving home and testing out my new camera, I discovered that the one I had purchased was damaged. It was grabbed from the back, so maybe it had not been tested/cleaned? My boyfriend took it in for me, and they went above and beyond to help get me a well functioning camera. I also appreciate all of the used gear available as I always try to buy used/local instead of new/online. The shop is huge, clean, and full of kind folks willing to help! I look forward to continuing to visit this store. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

There are not enough superlatives to describe the Roberts experience. It's a veritable oasis of all things photography and videography–for everyone from beginners to sages in this space. I'm among the novices–and have been amazed by the level of help as well as dignity preserved for those of us fumbling our way through the weeds of settings, numbers, and bewildering brands and model numbers. The educational arm is outstanding and if you haven't taken a class yet, don't hesitate to sign up! The brands seem to get equal treatment and staff will guide you depending upon your leanings and needs. I'm still figuring that out & feel the staff on both the new and used sides listens well and provides expert guidance dependent upon you–not sales goals. That makes one want to support Roberts even more. And by supporting our local photography experts, we benefit. There are too many quiet intangibles to list–the education on the shop floor, interacting with product and those who've used those products professionally, and all the unheralded deeds to support your purchases that an online retailer or big box store never can offer. Roberts is an Indy icon, a well-managed family business that supports the community, and one business we as a community should enthusiastically support!

I’ve been to camera stores all across the country and just visited B&H photo in NYC but I have to say Roberts takes the cake. Roberts is a special place to our family I know most of the employees by name and they’ve all taken a real interest in my wife and I’s creative business. It’s enabled them to give extremely tailored advice. I’m a frequent customer but finally writing my review to rave about my customer service experience with Roxanne. During a discussion about price matching Roxanne was kind and engaging and took care of me in the best way possible. I love Roberts and would recommend them to anyone!!

So I have been working with Roberts Camera for around a year now, and I only use them to order anything photography related. For context, I am a full time student as well as faculty at a university, and I met John Scott during an SPE conference. He was an amazing person to meet, and he got me in contact with my representative, Nick Provost. I drove around 3 hours today to make another purchase and to meet Nick in person, as all of our interactions have been absolutely amazing. Not only is he nice and professional, but he is also extremely honest. If I tell him what I am looking to do or possibly need, he will let me know all of the different options I have to pursue my creative goals. He always gives me a few different ways to go about everything with my budget in mind. While I can receive an education discount through many other vendors, such as B&H, I honestly don’t think I would ever order from a big corporation again. This level of expertise, knowledge, and trustworthiness the employees exhibit is something that is extremely hard to find in the customer service industry. I have recommended Roberts Camera to any of my colleagues, fellow students, and other photographers. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I come across!

Roberts has an amazing selection of cameras and related equipment, both new and used. The staff seemed very knowledgeable of the product specs as well as what was in their inventory. Definitely a great trip for amateur and expert creators and photography buffs alike.

A wonderful little shop that is very carefully managed and always seems to have something we're looking for. We mostly come for DVDs because their selection is excellent and the organization is great but they also obviously excel at books too. A charming experience that is a refreshing breath of fresh air from a big box store or even some other local buy-and-sell shops where the worker apathy shows throughout. And the prices are great too! Will continue to support this business and would encourage you to do the same.

None of the CDs have CDs in them… They are all empty… will never come back. I advise the same for all CD lovers. Also wouldn't be shocked if it was a worker. The pictures don't even cover just how many were missing.

The folks who work here are top notch. They will bend over backwards to help you find what you’re looking for. And the books are good quality at a great price.

I sold off some of my books to make some extra cash, I came in with a huge box of books and games hoping to make enough just to pay off some bills and they offered me $9 when some of those games were still sealed and books brand new. If you’re gonna go the buying is good but the selling is awful.

…I sent my son in who came back out jumping for joy- he’d been looking for nba2k18 everywhere! not only did they have it; they had 17 AND 19- my son has the xbox series x, but was able to fulfill his love for his once put away ps4 today- the staff could have not been more helpful and kind- even their phone etiquette is so professional and friendly! definitely found our new store! thanks for everything- one very VERY happy boy!

Employee was very friendly and polite, as usual. I love shopping at this location. As of posting this, they have a copy of Lufia & The Fortress of Doom for $75, which is a pretty good deal. They also have The Marvelous Misadventures of Tron Bonne in stock for $230. They get rare stuff in all the time, and I love it

It was somewhat overwhelming. They had an incredible selection of games and gaming systems. I could have used a little more help though. This business was recommended by a coworker. I'll take my son with me the next time. I hope to ask a few questions and perhaps get a Nintendo Switch.

So many electronics (watches, speakers, game consoles), games, Blu-ray’s, dvd’s to choose from. Staff is always pleasant, good humor, and helpful. Prices are great. They also offer extended warranties.

Great retro and vintage gaming location. They have a well organized store, easy to find what you might be looking for. Good selection of different games, consoles and accessories.

The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to explain to me about questions I asked. The store has so many games and electronics in it. Really awesome to find a place like this. 10/10 will return and suggest to friends.
