My son bought a new watch with a chain link band. The clasp needed to be moved to fit his wrist. I contacted a couple of places to see if they could adjust it. Windsor replied back within minutes. They didn't require an appointment. They said band adjustments are usually around $25. Maybe a little less depending on the clasp. My son stopped by after work. They saw him immediately and got it done in minutes for less than $25. I'm so impressed by the level of customer service, for such a small task. We both were treated with respect, got quick responses, and it was fixed professionally.

Jeremy and Julie were amazing! I walked in to kill time waiting for my partner and ended up talking with Jeremy about whiskey and bourbons. Not only did I buy a beautiful necklace that they helped me turn into a bracelet, I received some great whiskey recommendations from Jeremy! Julie took the time to help me extend the bracelet length with an extra chain and cut off the designer branded tag. Highly recommend (for jewelry and great conversation) and will be visiting again next year!

Super friendly, super efficient! I dropped my ring off to be resized around 11a and it was done the same day! Jeremy was so pleasant to work with. He showed me some wedding band options and gave me tips on caring for my engagement ring (which we bought online, yet he was kind and interested). I was so grateful for the welcoming presence.

ATTENTION: For those who thought Windsor closed the doors forever in December, think again...and make time to visit them - same location - GORGEOUS updated space! It was great catching up with Jeremy and Kin while having batteries replaced in a few timepieces, at a very reasonable price, I might add. So glad the doors remain open and that my family and I can continue to support local owners, incredible design, competitive and fair prices along with unrivaled customer service. Donte was amazing! From the moment I walked into the door, I was greeted with smiles. I went in there, looking at spending a lot on a few different repairs Thanking it would take a few days to get my stuff repaired when Dante took my chain and bracelet to the jeweler and he repaired it in less than 10 minutes. If you’re in the downtown area or better yet, it’s worth coming to the downtown area for their service. They definitely have a new customer for life

I stopped in today on my lunch break, hoping to drop my necklace off to be resized. Everyone there went above and beyond with their customer service and after a quick consultation they got started on my piece. It was done and I was out the door within 20 minutes. I will definitely keep this jeweler in mind for all future purchases.

I have gone to Windsor for years. The quality of work and customer service is unmatched, plus they allow dogs in the store! Double win! But in all reality, they have been a part of my story- from my engagement ring, pieces of my moms that needed fixed, friends and families pieces I have gotten fixed there- all spectacular.
