Windsor has been an institution in Indy for decades upon decades, and it's great news for all of us that Fernanda Beraldi took the helm, keeping it alive on the Circle. The team remains personable, trustworthy, and highly skilled, and Fernanda is lovely to work with. I brought a ring with special significance for me (it belonged to a family member) to Windsor, and Fernanda was immediately welcoming. She spent a lot of time talking with me about the ring and wanted to know its story, along with what I envisioned it might be and how they could help to make that happen. Long story short, the ring is now a pendant and they took great care of the piece from start to finish. Good communication throughout, lots of options offered to me, and a timely turnaround. An absolute stellar experience from beginning to end! My husband and I needed to have our rings resized and we walked in, no appointment. We were greeted immediately and were helped within minutes. After they confirmed what they could do for us we were directed to the receptionist, Day. She’s an actual dream! So sweet, best personality and extremely helpful. They took our rings and told us it was possible they would be done today! Within 4 hours we were notified they were finished! Couldn’t be happier! Would 10000% recommend!

WOW is an understatement. This place is pure enchantment. Pieces are unique and carefully curated, there's a range of very high quality to quality but affordable items. The vibes are immaculate, Erte prints on the wall, elegant and homey. I brought them a crushed lapis lazuli ring, and a lovely Jewler fixed it for me in minutes. It was my wedding ring, and I'll be eternally grateful that they were able to repair something so precious for me. I can't wait to come back and buy some things, Indianapolis is so lucky to have this old school style gem 💎💙💚

I visited Windsor Jewelry for the first time under its new ownership over the holidays. First, there was easy on-street parking within a block of the store, though they also validate parking in a nearby garage. The store is a few doors off the Circle in downtown which was fun to visit with all the holiday decorations. I was greeted (not aggressively) by sales staff but soon found myself talking to the owners and viewing some memorabilia hanging in the store reflecting its 100+ years in business. I was shopping for my wife and had some general ideas based on what she wears (and doesn’t) when it comes to jewelry. The very knowledgeable staff showed me several options, one of which I purchased at a very fair price. I should add the one of the owners told me that the store employs a master jeweler who can repair and even fabricate pieces. (This interested me because some years ago we took the diamond from my wife’s engagement ring and had it set with two others in a new ring as part of an anniversary celebration. It’s nice to know of a new place where a project like that can be handled.) This was an excellent experience and I recommend Windsor Jewelry without qualification.

My son bought a new watch with a chain link band. The clasp needed to be moved to fit his wrist. I contacted a couple of places to see if they could adjust it. Windsor replied back within minutes. They didn't require an appointment. They said band adjustments are usually around $25. Maybe a little less depending on the clasp. My son stopped by after work. They saw him immediately and got it done in minutes for less than $25. I'm so impressed by the level of customer service, for such a small task. We both were treated with respect, got quick responses, and it was fixed professionally. 🙏

I went in to get my watch sized properly. Not only was the link removal reasonable, but they also added a link for my friend’s watch at a reasonable price as well. I personally have not been to a jewelry store. Windsor was my first experience. After the time I spent with Jeremy, and the work Ken performed it will be hard for me to go anywhere else. This is not only a jewelry company. It’s is a company that provides an experience. Spending just a short amount of time with them will make you believe just that. Stop in, and say "Hi". My husband and I used to be able to stop in for a quick look, had great experiences with staff and used to be very prompt. Their processes have changed apparently to "checking in" and waiting to be worked with which ended up being a 35 minute process to get sized as the person who was set to work with me was also working with 2-3 other people. I wasn’t offered to try on any items I had mentioned liking nor did I feel like my experience there was mine. My husband would have loved to see the other band I wanted him to purchase but by the time it was my turn I was annoyed with the process and ready to leave. Sad that over the years they’ve changed to this and we do not feel like we get an experience anymore when in.

When we came back to pick up my rings after the sizing and changing out the head for a bigger stone we were helped by Christopher. He was also amazing!! He went back and forth between us and the jeweler to get things tweaked just right. I'm not sure who the jeweler was, but he was also awesome and corrected a few things to make it almost perfect!! Deciding to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend of 8 years here at this location was the best decision! Jessica was the best associate, not only did she help us when we first arrived but throughout the process, she was very attentive through email making sure the order went as smooth as possible. I have told everyone and anyone if they need a ring or ay jewelry to go here but especially to ask for Jessica. My name fiance said yes! And I could not have been able to do it without the help from Jessica.

My very first time to this establishment my husband took me. Very friendly and inviting customer service was top notch. Found alot of interesting pieces. Upon checking out the cashier had signed me up to become a rewards member so now I am all set. Would definitely recommend this spot and looking forward to returning.

I have come here many times for gifts and have always loved coming here. Today, my best friend and I came in to shop for matching jewelry. We spent a lot of time in the jewelry section trying on different rings, to make sure they fit both of us and we could see how they looked on us. We both wanted the perfect rings and we often take a lot of time browsing when we shop. We were talked to a few times by employees, but it was evident they suspected we may shoplift and were trying to interrupt our shopping and conversations. Additionally, there was always an employee very close to us, watching what we were doing. We were not fully done browsing yet when an employee stated «I can take that ring and hold it upfront for you.» She did not give me a choice, and also did not make my friend give her the ring. We browsed for another 5 minutes before feeling obligated to checkout, since my ring was at the register. I understand that it is not uncommon for college-aged girls to shoplift, but the way we were treated did significantly impact our shopping experience, especially since we were trying to pick out a sentimental piece of jewelery. I have come here many times both alone and with my teenage sister, and have never felt followed or watched closely by the employees.

This store is a hidden queer oasis in a deeply red state. I cannot believe they’re celebrating their 25th anniversary! It is so amazing to see a strong, queer-owned & -operated business thrive. I found so much great stuff – high-quality jewelry, books, magnets, stickers, tarot cards, and candles, just to name a few. I can’t wait to go back and get some more great stuff. I only knocked a star off bc the individual who rang me up was really cold and dismissive to me. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. I asked a couple of questions, just trying to be friendly and got curt, one-word answers (I mean, I guess I get it… Small talk is kinda the worst!). I’ll definitely be back!

They have so many cute and fun items here. I use my snoopy bag I got here as my everyday bag and they always have a good selection of baggu. Personally have been getting stickers, pins, and car freshener here for birthday gifts for my friends. The jewelry section is really pretty, it is on the pricey side, but worth for what they are selling. Unfortunately, I go pass here on my way to work and have probably spent too much money. However, they do have a point program, so one day it will pay off. Also a great Christmas and holiday collection.

They are condescending and don’t let you finish your sentence. «Describe it because there are many!» I was getting to that… «We only do holds for 24 hours.» In this weather? We went in for a simple ring appraisal and they were just the sweetest! We live on the southeast side, so we came in on a Saturday. They explained that their appraiser comes in on Mondays and goes in order the piece was dropped off. they texted to let us know it was ready that Monday evening, but we weren't able to get back there until Saturday. They cleaned the ring for us too, which was a lovely surprise. Every one was just beyond sweet and friendly. I brought some jewelery in to get tested for authenticity. Leyla was very helpful and looked at every single piece right there on the spot. She even seperated my pieced into individual bags with labels for metal type. I had a couple pieces sent to their gemologist for further inspection and they came back in a reasonable time. It was only $25 for that and I wasn't charged until I got the pieces back. I'm very happy with the Leyla and Petite G Jewelers and would recommend anyone to go there for any of their jewelry needs.
