I purchased some beautiful jewelry to wear to my daughter's wedding. Unfortunately unforeseen, sad circumstances cancelled the wedding. I was way past the 30 day return window. He is not only knowledgeable about their inventory but was also personable to deal with. We’ve purchased multiple pieces of jewelry here and this location has by far had the worst service of any location. We mentioned not being notified that our bracelet was ready for pickup and one of the workers, that we were not even working with, walked around the counter and rudely responded that they don’t call people anymore, their emails don’t work sometimes, but it’s always done by the promise date. In our case, we were told by another worker previously that we WOULD receive a call because the bracelet WASN’T going to be done by the promise date. We have always loved the staff at Jared’s for the professionalism and kindness. It’s unfortunately just not the case for this location.
