My now fiancé, and I went here together over the weekend so I could find my perfect engagement ring. Nathan helped us and was super informative and friendly. He definitely made the experience wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone! The ring is so beautiful, I’m obsessed!!

The experience at Shane was really good. Our consultant was very kind and walked us through the entire process. We wanted a ring we designed ourselves and she helped us every step of the way. The selection was off the charts. If you are thinking about a mall store or one of the expensive stores, take a look at Shane.

Always a pleasant experience at this store. No matter which employee I deal with, I get service with a smile. They're not pushy when it comes to sales, and they have layaway options for interest free payments. Free cleaning and maintenance at least twice a year - they've already replaced a tiny diamond that fell of my wife's engagement ring. On top of all of that, the jewelry is beautiful, even the custom engagement ring they helped me create.

My fiance and I looked at rings together back in January and we had an amazing experience with who I think was the then manager but I don’t believe is currently working there anymore. We really enjoyed that day and found the most beautiful ring on top of it especially when we weren’t expecting on finding something so quickly. Not only did he help us find the perfect ring, he educated us on everything. Ring shopping can be overwhelming especially if you don’t know what exactly it is you want or are looking for. We felt absolutely confident in our choice. Fast forward to wedding band shopping, I will have to say, it was quite underwhelming. We kind of felt rushed and were left alone with a trainee while everyone else kept helping walk-ins. The trainee was super kind so that is not at all what this is about. We just felt we could have walked in rather than making an appointment to get better customer service in general. We were really looking forward to this day. I’m giving 3 stars because while this latest appointment could have definitely been better, both pieces of jewelry are stunning and our first time at Shane Co was an amazing experience.
