I took my Rolex in for repairs and just picked it up today. I am so excited to have it back. It looks like brand new! They even cleaned my diamond ring so it sparkles just like the diamonds in the bezel on my watch. I would recommend them for repairs.

I lost my step mother 3 1/2 years ago to cancer. Then I lost my dad suddenly 2 weeks ago. I had both their rings and a design idea in my head. I dropped them off on Monday hoping I could have the custom pendant by next week so I could wear it at GenCon and have them close to my heart. They had it done in 4 days and I purchased a beautiful sturdy but delicate chain for it. All at a very reasonable price.

Brought in a men’s wedding band in to be re-sized. They had it completed about 6 hours after I dropped it off. Quick service, friendly staff, very pleased. Not the cheapest option in town, but they do great work in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Barrington Jewels to anyone that is looking to get their jewelry repaired. I called and was told that I could drop off my broken necklace, they would call me with a quote & get my approval to do the work via phone, then I would be able to come pick up my repaired necklace once it was ready. So I thought it was going to be a whole process… However, let me tell you what actually happened when I arrived… I walked in, was immediately greeted, I explained that my sterling silver necklace was very dear to my heart, they took a look at it and told me they could fix it while I waited in-store, and only charged me for the silver necklace clasp for $8.50 (the same price as the cost that they paid for the clasp)!!!
I want to especially thank the jewelry repairer, Bug, she went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Not only did she fix my necklace, but she cleaned my necklace too, so now it shines like never before. I also want to thank Laney for excellent customer service!
