Worst and horrible experience with salesman name Shakeel and manager name Eric. Delivered late and missing stuff and damaged product. There were so many items missing like dressing, side table, chest and mattress. On the time of order we asked them to deliver everything by 31st and they confirmed that everything will be on time. But first time they missed delivery, then second time sent delivery with so many items missing and they asked another 15 days to deliver rest of the stuff. Also their delivery team didn’t pickup trash after delivery. Created alot of mess in my house. I had a 2 year baby and we moved from California. Due to their late delivery we had to spent so many days in hotel . I never recommend to anyone buy stuff from them. Other stores are providing way better service. Stay away from these people. They ll waste your time and money.

I wish i could give them zero star. I have never seen such kind of worst service in my life. I gave them 2 numbers to contact me before delivery. They did not reach me any number and sent delivery guy without informing us. No phone call, no message we got from them. When we asked then they said they can re deliver after 3 days. After 3 days they came with short stuff and damaged product. There was no chest, no dressing, no side table and no mattress. When i called then they said “we don’t know why this order delivered short ” and then they gave me another delivery date after 15 days. We moved from cali and my kids were sleeping on floor. I already spent 3 days in hotel and i was out of money to spend more nights in the hotel. Salesman Shakeel and manager name Eric provided me worst service. WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE. Stay away from them. Ashley and other stores are providing way better service than them.

He is one of the few of whom I’ve encountered throughout my moving experience who believes and takes pride in doing his job. I had a horrible experience with the company as a buyer please save your time and money and go elsewhere!!!! I bought a table set and the delivery dates had changed 3 times with them charging my husband and I 200$ for delivery fee which we didn’t mind paying for it. I explained to the manager that I can only be at home at a certain time and date due to my busy schedules and they agreed to that but kept changing the delivery date!!! I finally told them to canceled my delivery and refund me back the money!!! They do not care or value their customers they are very unprofessional and incompetent!! First time buying from you shame on you and your whole staff you should not be working with people… Check the Zoo they hiring for people like you since yall acting like animals.

Ashley’s has the WORST customer service. Please be warned if you have a complain they will ignore you. I ordered a lot of items one of them being a bed set. They only delivered the mirror, 2 dressers and night stand that has the most strong , irritating TOXIC smell.I could not imagine how my bedroom
would smell when the entire set arrived. I requested them to please pick the 2 dressers and night stand because after wiping and opening windows for days the smell is so irritating we have had to move out from that room . I wish I had read reviews because I found out apparently they use FORMALDEHYDE 5 times higher than the required amount and it’s CARCINOGENIC. Now they won’t pick up the 2 dressers and night stand and I had to cancel all the other items that have not arrived yet due to poor customer service. The deliver person did not even take one of the dressers upstairs!! Poor service all around. I would like to reorder something that doesn’t use this kind of finishing but they might force me to go to a different store. My order was from the Castleton store, Indianapolis.

Yesterday we were delivered 3 beds and three mattresses. When buying in the store, the seller assured us that we do not need box springs, this was a good option for us, since we did not want to overpay. When the beds were delivered to us yesterday after assembly, they asked me where your boxes were? I told them in the store they said they are not needed for these beds. I called the support service, where they did not help me in any way, only I waited for 35 minutes, after which a representative from the store called me, who also could not help me in any way, since he does not have the authority to make any decisions. This morning they contacted me and said that for 3 boxes I need to pay $ 347.00 and delivery will be only on 09/03, which I did not agree with. I said that I would return the mattresses. They told me in the store that they cannot process a return and gave me a phone number for the support service, where no one answers, I waited for an answer for 25 minutes. This upset me very much, such an attitude towards the customer is unacceptable. This is my second purchase in this store and it seemed to me that it was a good store, but after my last experience, where the attitude towards the customer was absolutely indifferent, I am unlikely to return there.

My wife and I were on an informative search for a recliner. We had already been to two other furniture stores and Ashley’s was our final stop. Stephen led us to the recliners and we started sitting and evaluating multiple pieces.
We liked the selections and paired down to our favorite. When you shop here, the prices you see are full prices and Stephen looked up the sale price. Were we surprised!
The price we were quoted was so good that we ended up buying a second piece as well as another chair.
With the sale prices, delivery, tax and extended warranty, our total was going to be much less than a singular item a competitor,
We’re very pleased that we made the extra effort to go to Ashley’s.

I went back to Mega Furniture off Girlscout and 10th St. to purchase a couch I had previously looked at a few weeks back. I entered the store and went straight to where the couch was and to my disappointment, it was no longer there. I was politely asked by my guy “D” if I needed any help. I explained my situation and he told me they had sold that one, but he had another one that was similar (better color for me) and he hooked it up with the price!! He added in a nice rug to match-for free, and I also needed delivery to my 3rd floor extended ceiling apartment- the stairs are crazy long. I thought the price was reasonable for delivery, but it proved to be beyond worth it as Paul Bunyan and his crew brought in my beautiful sectional and set it up in my living room in minutes. Btw: I bought this sectional around 11 am this morning and it was delivered and setup by noon…insane! Didn’t expect to watching March Madness to on this bad boy!
If you made it through my review you already know where to go to get a sectional or whatever else for your place. Im going to need a coffee table soon and I know where I’m going to get that!

The collections at Bob’s Furniture were really nice. We had checked a few other stores, but Bob’s stood out with its quality and variety. While we were still deciding on sofas and waiting for assistance, no one initially approached us, even though a few staff might have noticed us but didn’t seem welcoming. However, as soon as Martin noticed us, he promptly came over and answered all our questions with great clarity. His guidance made our decision so much easier, and we booked the sofa right away without a second thought. Martin’s suggestions truly helped us finalize our choice. First I’d like to start by saying my first experience at Bobs was good. Unfortunately, my second experience was horrible! I have purchased almost a whole house worth of furniture from Bob’s. The second large purchase was OK until two days later, I got a phone call from the manager, saying that there was no delivery date for most of my furniture only one item had a delivery date. I was very confused because before I left the store the sales rep, the manager and Myself agreed on the date. I finalize my purchase and I left the store. So if they mess up just know they will not take responsibility or even try to fix their mistakes! There has been no compensation there has been no apologies just a matter of fact attitude. Now I am waiting another week to get the rest of my furniture . Absolutely some of the worst customer service. They all have a very nonchalant attitude as a business owner myself I look at this as very bad business! I will never go back to Bob’s or recommend Bob’s to anyone!

I purchased my sofa from here a few months ago and purchased the $150 clean up service they offer and was told it would be super fast and easy claim to do. I’m barely using this service for a second time and only have available WEEKS out when I was told it would only take 1-2 business days normally. This is outrageous. Found the perfect sofa and love seat. Explained in detail to our order taker (not a sales specialist when you don’t complete the sale). Was told, “you’re in luck, delivery available 3 days from today!” I called day of delivery to find out and estimate time of delivery to find out our order taker NEVER SCHEDULED OUR DELIVERY!!
Customer service NO help to schedule earlier than 4 days later. I asked for the store to call me…NOTHING! I think my delivery should AT LEAST be credited for their huge error! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED! I see in other reviews, it’s a fairly common problem. Will never do business again with poor service. I can only imagine the excuses if I need something cleaned or repaired!

Kittles was the worst shopping experience of my life. Every single piece of furniture ordered came damaged. The delivery truck scraped up my driveway and left a huge gouge. The delivery team scratched up and dented my stairwell, causing me to have to spackle and re-paint. I was not refunded my delivery fee of $199 plus tax. I bought a new bed (from a different company, of course) that did not require a foundation, and Kittles wouldn’t let me return the one I bought from them, which cost $480 plus tax. Now it’s just sitting in my basement. Overall, I’m out $700+ dollars and a lot of wasted time. Worst experience of my life. Will tell all my family and friends to never shop there. If I could, I would give Kittles 0 stars, but alas, I can’t. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I’m a bob’s furniture girl. But I used I furniture for less when I first bought my house to buy a rug. It was close to my job, so I stopped by. Because I needed a bedroom set. When I got there, I should have said a price, but I didn’t next I know.I was leaving spending four thousand dollars on a bedroom suit. Brough it on a Monday, gotta deliver on a Tuesday. But I didn’t even get in my bed until Monday. Because every time delivery man came something was broker, cracking, they had to take it back. So I dealt with that. And I moved everything out of my room monday, when they said I was gonna bring it on tuesday. Then tuesday led to saturday.Then saturday led to sunday that sunday led to monday. Finally, I got the bed put together. But my problem is he sold me an adjustable bed with a storage bed. The both of them couldn’t go together, so send the adjustment part back. He gave me a bundle. And now I’m not only getting lesser than that. I was already letting him get way he was taking a hundred and something since I still had their bed set, but he got ridiculous and took more. I would never go back to this store.They’re stealing from people’s watch them. They don’t even have a warranty.I’ll go to bobs and get a five hundred year. I got on the website and realized I made a mistake. I could’ve got that five year warranty plus the stuff that I got from them for a hundred dollars cheaper. Also, I wouldn’t have had all those problems I had, and wouldn’t have been landing on my floor longest.I did The man had a nervousness to talk about bobs, but he needed to talk about his own self and his company. Oh, by the way, he did give me an eighty dollar credit store for all my problems, and that was after the second problem, not when the first problem came along. Don’t go in there. It seems nice, but when you hear the prices, when you put them together with no warranty run, when you get the product delivered to you and you see it’s cracked and broke and you gotta keep getting in return, run. I don’t even want my eighty dollar credit.This is how serious this is to me. And now I got a bedroom set that I got and talked to no one about because I don’t even want to go back in.They store. And they don’t have a corporate company for me to call forgot the mention, and only reason I got the adjustment Bed. Because the man said it will work with my bed. But adjustment bed do not work where the storage bed.So don’t never let no one talk you into that. Awesome place! We got a bed and table and D, the store manager/owner, worked with us to pick a mattress and arrange a financing solution that works for us.
Actually we were able to get the table and bed delivered and assembled that same day within a few hours. Delivery guys were fast and courteous. Even when my grandmother couldn’t decide where she wanted the bed. They moved it around a few times for her without a fuss.
My grandmother was happy with her new bed and even with the in-store interaction with D (and she grumpily dislikes almost everyone).
I would recommend definitely taking a look. Also their rug selection is reasonably priced and pretty awesome.

This store is huge and fabulous. Two levels of beautiful things for your home. I purchased the Barrett sofa one month ago and opened a credit card to get credits towards merchandise. The sofa really brightened my room. It is a bit firm, not a slouchy couch but that worked for me. I also love their decor and housewares be it pillows or martini glasses.
I opened a credit card for the sofa purchase when crate and barrel was running a special that provided credits higher than usual. I got credits of $400 for the sofa purchase, which can be redeemed at a later time. However the credits do have an expiration date. I was hoping to find four suitable upholstered dining chairs, but had no luck with that because the offerings lack padding. I don’t like to feel the frame when I sit and that would be particularly bad for large people. I found nice chairs at at great value at Ashley, and applied my credits at crate and barrel to a high end expresso machine.

I placed an online order and picked up at this store. First of all, the service was spectacular. The woman at the front desk (she has a 7 month old granddaughter) was very sweet and kind as I waited for my order. The lady that brought my order was also wonderful! They clearly love their jobs. When I got home, I opened my package and I got 12 hand-blown glasses. They were packed more carefully than any package I have ever received in my life. The glasses are beautiful. 2 had minor defects (not a big deal) but I contacted customer service and they immediately ordered replacements that were soon delivered straight to my house. What an amazing experience from start to finish. The store is beautiful and if we lived closer, I’d be there all the time shopping! Thank you Crate & Barrel!

My husband and I was looking for a large sectional for the right price and we found it at furniture discounters on East Washington street. From the time we entered the store (15 min before closing) to the end of our purchasing transaction it was nothing short of an amazing experience. Steve was very helpful and just pleasant all the way around even though we walked in right before closing. My issue is.. we just can’t seem to get a date of when our furniture will be ready for pick up. We are now going on 2 weeks and we still do not have a date. When you pay for something no matter the price you don’t really want to wait over 2 weeks for it. It’s disappointing. If it weren’t for the price I would definitely want a refund ASAP just for the unprofessionalism. Could be out of his hands, but as a professional give me something more than “nothing yet”.
