We bought our couch from here. The gentleman who helped us was great. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very chill. He was knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. We absolutely love our couch. Delivery was great. Setting it up was easy. The pillows it came with a firm and big. We can fit a lot of people on it. My cat loves it and her claws don’t scratch it up.

I liked the price , comfort sitting of living room pieces . A price within my budget . Friendly service. White glove option to take out old furniture. Saw adds on Facebook that brought me in . Getting all in gray fabric. Except chair in pleather . Modern looking

Yushi was the most amazing sales person ever. She was personable, willing to go the extra mile to find what I was looking for, and she was able to show me the newest and greatest selections on the show floor as we were walking. Thank you for making my experience relaxed and awesome.

The collections at Bob’s Furniture were really nice. We had checked a few other stores, but Bob’s stood out with its quality and variety. While we were still deciding on sofas and waiting for assistance, no one initially approached us, even though a few staff might have noticed us but didn’t seem welcoming. However, as soon as Martin noticed us, he promptly came over and answered all our questions with great clarity. His guidance made our decision so much easier, and we booked the sofa right away without a second thought. Martin’s suggestions truly helped us finalize our choice. I highly suggest Bob’s Furniture for anyone looking for quality products and great service.

First I’d like to start by saying my first experience at Bobs was good. Unfortunately, my second experience was horrible! I have purchased almost a whole house worth of furniture from Bob’s. The second large purchase was OK until two days later, I got a phone call from the manager, saying that there was no delivery date for most of my furniture only one item had a delivery date. I was very confused because before I left the store the sales rep, the manager and Myself agreed on the date. I finalize my purchase and I left the store. So if they mess up just know they will not take responsibility or even try to fix their mistakes! There has been no compensation there has been no apologies just a matter of fact attitude. Now I am waiting another week to get the rest of my furniture . Absolutely some of the worst customer service. They all have a very nonchalant attitude as a business owner myself I look at this as very bad business! I will never go back to Bob’s or recommend Bob’s to anyone!

I purchased my sofa from here a few months ago and purchased the $150 clean up service they offer and was told it would be super fast and easy claim to do. I’m barely using this service for a second time and only have available WEEKS out when I was told it would only take 1-2 business days normally. This is outrageous. I can’t imagine someone going three weeks waiting to get their furniture cleaned. Wish I had known this is how the service would be before wasting my money. So disappointing.

Found the perfect sofa and love seat. Explained in detail to our order taker (not a sales specialist when you don't complete the sale). Was told, "you're in luck, delivery available 3 days from today!" I called day of delivery to find out and estimate time of delivery to find out our order taker NEVER SCHEDULED OUR DELIVERY!! Customer service NO help to schedule earlier than 4 days later. I asked for the store to call me...NOTHING! I think my delivery should AT LEAST be credited for their huge error! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED! I see in other reviews, it's a fairly common problem. Will never do business again with poor service. I can only imagine the excuses if I need something cleaned or repaired!
