I'm early 2025, I purchased the dual-tone, sofa and loveseat recliner with adjustable headrest. It was more than my initial budget. However, it was well worth the additional funds. The functionality, and design are the high points for me. I'm a 6' 2" veteran with issues standing. This furniture is sturdy enough to support my 375 lb frame with ease. Good experience. I wasn’t bombarded by a sales man as soon as I walked in the door but there were several people there ready to assist me with questions. Prices were appropriate for brand new name brand furniture. Service was friendly and comfortable not just about the sale.

nice and friendly welcome, but then not too pushy when I said I just wanted to look around. The giant plush oversized corderoy chair is epic– it's like queen size! there were some random things sitting around here and there…. stacks of couch cushions on a table, a rug randomly alone on the floor with no furniture around it… kinda looks like some projects in progress that were forgotten. not a big deal… my house is that way too. but it made the showrooms feel more like functional storage areas than designer spaces.

Very easy experience shopping at the Castello Ashley store. Not pressured by the sales people. Let us browse at our own pace without bothering us. Any questions we had was answered quickly & their very knowledgeable about their products. Only knock was delivery. We asked for a certain day but the scheduled instead for before we wanted it. Other than that we would definitely shop there again.

I came to Ashley in search of a recliner. Emily Emerich couldn’t have been nicer, without being pushy. I’d never bought a recliner before, and had never bought anything from Ashley previously, either. But the quality of the pieces I looked at and Emily’s assistance in answering all my questions, made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. I can’t wait to get my new recliner!

My wife and I bought a LR & BR set that was reasonably priced. Our Salesman Carlos Finamore was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with us while we shopped around looking at different sets. What I was impressed about with him was that he was not "pushy" and looking to close the deal like a Car Salesman. For a young man, I was extremely impressed with his poise and patience. She was awesome and her service was polite, friendly, professional, and she listened to exactly what we needed and helped us achieve our goals. Had an awesome experience! I went to Ashley on a day where it was cold and snowy out. The gentleman who helped me gave me a great deal on a chair and ottoman that fit my budget! Plus was able to get it delivered! Very happy with how the entire team helped me navigate the choice on furniture and will use them again in the future!

Our experience with Scott R. was great. Also, the entire staff was so friendly and courteous to each other that it made the shopping experience the most pleasant out of all the stores we went to. Scott was not hounding us to buy but stuck around to answer all of our questions in a very easy going way. We were torn between buying at Bob's or buying at Lazy Boy. It came down to the fact that the staff was so much nicer at Bob's that we felt more comfortable dealing with them! Not to belittle the fact that the price and the warranties were much better than Lazy Boy's.

We haven’t "shopped" at Bob’s furniture for the last 3+ years since I moved my mother to Indy. I went in hoping to purchase a daybed, trundle bed, or something of the like. I was immediately greeted by a store rep who was very knowledgeable and showed me a lot of options to choose from. I didn’t feel it was high-pressure tactics by any means and made me comfortable about the different choices (bed, colors, and different attachment options) I could chose from. The transactions were easy and I have a delivery date for the next 2-3 days. Very happy with the service and professionalism I received.

I had a fabulous experience. Yoshi greeted us when we walked in. Told her what I was looking for two things. She directed us to what I mentioned, a chair and couch set. I liked both. She showed us other similar items. However the first set was the best and I bought it. Thank you very much Yoshi!

Shopping for and purchasing my La-Z-Boy recliner was a my most positive furniture shopping experience ever. The showroom was spacious, well lit, and easy to explore. A salesperson soon greeted me, took a sincere interest in my priorities and answered all of my questions. There was no high-pressure. – On returning for a second visit, she remembered me, and pointed out another recliner which had recently arrived. – Actually, I purchased this one. Delivery will be at my convenience. – If you want a relaxing pace to shop, with wide selection, and experienced staff… This is your go-to store.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Marvin. He came to our home and met with us before putting together a design. The design was better than we could have expected and showed that he had really listened to us to capture what we wanted out of our living room space. We are excited for our living room furniture to arrive!

Josh was great. He was patient and took his time to inform me of all the updates on the different recliners that I was interested in since my last purchase 11 years ago. I told him the kinds of fabrics and prints and colors I was interested in, and he zeroed down to several he thought would work. Together we came up with a good plan, and he was even gracious enough to set aside the order until I could take advantage of the Black Friday pricing. I happened upon a sale day and took advantage! After sitting in multiple recliners-they have bunches: I found the perfect recliner that fit me (I’m rather short). Next was picking out the fabric. I was blown away by all the choices! Hard to narrow down but I managed. Order was complete. Next was waiting for my chair to be ready and delivered. It arrived a month prior to my expectation! Now when I’ve had a long day, it’s easy to put my feet up.

Carl was friendly. Welcomed us in. Showed us some recliners. Let us sit and try them out. Didn't hover over us. Answered all questions. Showed us larger fabric samples. Ordered a recliner!!! Too bad it takes 5 – 8 weeks. But willing to wait. 😀

We chose to go to Lazy-boy to search for a replacement couch and love seat. We couldn’t have been happier with the help we received there, especially from Leslie and their designer. They were knowledgeable and very patient with us. Good quality at reasonable prices.

We could not have been happier with our bed frame and bar stools purchased through Kittle’s. From start to finish they were amazing to work with. Delivery was prompt and professional and when a Small spot needed to be taken care of on our headboard, they sent someone out to clean it promptly. It looked perfect when finished. We wanted two new chairs for our sunroom. Sara at the Castleton store was so helpful. Our room is small and the dimensions of the chairs needed to be small and she found the perfect chairs and helped us with selecting a fabric. All in all about 2 to 3 hours worth of time. Also picked fabric for two complementary pillows for our sofa. Chairs and pillows delivered today and we are very happy with them.

I bought 2 items, a sofa and a bed. The sales associates, Lisa and Steve were both very knowledgeable and helped me make the best purchase for my needs. The did not rush me through the process. They made the experience both productive and fun. The products are good quality which should last.

Brian helped me pick out the perfect mattress with no pressure and understood what I was looking for! He helped me on my short timeframe and took exceptional care of my needs along the way. The Delivery team Kayden and crew were also great at finding my place which can be complicated. They got here no problems and setup was a breeze. They were able to get the height of my bed adjusted as I asked and in the right area of my rooms. Overall I say you get what you pay for and this service and quality was outstanding from start to finish! I would definately reccomend shopping here again to friends and family.

Awesome place! We got a bed and table and D, the store manager/owner, worked with us to pick a mattress and arrange a financing solution that works for us. Actually we were able to get the table and bed delivered and assembled that same day within a few hours. Delivery guys were fast and courteous. Even when my grandmother couldn’t decide where she wanted the bed. They moved it around a few times for her without a fuss. My grandmother was happy with her new bed and even with the in-store interaction with D (and she grumpily dislikes almost everyone). I would recommend definitely taking a look. Also their rug selection is reasonably priced and pretty awesome.

No lie they got some good things in stock, but I bought two bed frames from them on two separate occasions and screws are missing/stripped yet again. Why do I get the feeling that this’ll just keep happening if I keep buying from here? Be careful with them. Ordered a sectional , a TV stand , some end tables && a couple of lamps from here some months back . Giving them a 4-star rating because we had a set time scheduled for delivery…it ended up being a day earlier than agreed upon . I'm glad they got my items to me sooner than expected ,, but I had to call into work since they didn't abide by the schedule . Other than that , everything else went amazingly !!!

We bought a sectional from this store. Jose stopped by while we were looking and introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. We had zero pressure from him and felt really comfortable calling him the next day (after looking ant several other stores) and asking questions. We went back and he recognized us immediately. He was able to handle our transaction in about 10 minutes and was just super friendly and professional.

I purchased a dining room table from this place and we love it!!! Very affordable quality furniture Sara was amazing and I want to give the biggest SHOUT OUT TO SAM.. so when we purchased the table we decided we would pick it up but then it wouldn’t fit in the car so Sam and another guy delivered the table for us at a GREAT price and then when we unboxed it we didn’t have a drill and couldn’t figure out how to put it together we gave Sam a call back and he came over and put it together for us 😩🤗🤗 we appreciate you Sam and we will always be a customer!!!! Wow!!! I was blown away when I walked into this furniture store!! The selection is amazing and there are so many unique pieces. This is definitely going to be my new favorite place to shop for new items for the house. The customer service was exceptional!! We ended up buying a new sofa, rug, art for the living room and a fabulous super soft chair. I feel like the prices were very reasonable and honestly less than what I had seen on the internet. If you want a unique experience… this is the place to shop!!!

My husband and I love this store. Several years ago we were in the market for a new couch and visited 6+ stores in the hopes of finding one in our price range, fit the space, and was comfortable. Urban Styles had the perfect sectional and we couldn't be happier. We returned there today after our brand new rescue dog chewed up the armrest and James was able to help us out. We will continue to encourage everyone to check them out and will also come here first for all future purchases. You really won't find customer service like this in any of the other stores.

Don't bother with their $189.00 delivery. They just drop off the item and leave. I had to unbox, assemble and dispose of the bunch of cardboard waste for two items myself. After the fact the told me that would have been an additional $50 which I would have gladly paid for. Also, I told them to come through the garage because I just had new hardscape installed that morning. The garage door was wide open but they still walked right up to the front door. Fortunately it was dry enough that he didnt do any damage.
