My daughter and I have gone to Sophia’s Southport for Junior and Senior prom. Both times my daughter has gone in with an idea and left with something that far surpassed expectations and we both leave smiling. The service here is phenomenal. It’s such a wonderful experience as a mom to see young girls helping my young girl find her style. I get to just sit back and watch and relax while Sophia’s team makes my daughter’s day. Highly recommend!

I personally have had a great experience. I was in there yesterday to get my dress and Izzy was the sweetest ever, she actually showed interest in not only helping me find the dress for me but in making me feel comfortable and actually keeping conversation and not walking away from me. I found the perfect dress and she was just so sweet and helpful!! She helped me understand everything I needed to know and I’m so happy with my dress.

i came her with my mom and two sisters to help my sister and i finally pick a dress for prom. i never caught our stylists name, but she helped my sister and i pick dresses that really complemented us. she was very charismatic and held great conversation. overall amazing experience!

Walking into the building I was warmly greeted by the staff. My stylist, Zozomi,
worked with me to get dresses on and off quickly, and receptive my thoughts on each. She was very helpful worked with me to find the best dress!

I could not have had a better experience! Going to Sophia’s was the best choice I could have made. I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as we stepped inside. I really had no idea what to expect and felt a bit overwhelmed by all of the beautiful dresses. Haley was absolutely amazing to work with! She starting asking questions, which immediately put me at ease. Her and my group of ladies had a good idea of what I was wanting, so they started pulling dresses. Haley was so accommodating to my group, which made the experience even better. But not only that, Haley was there, even though my appointment may have dragged out a bit. I didn’t feel rushed, which was huge, because I was afraid of picking the wrong dress, or worse yet, not finding one. But I found it, and I think we all cried. It was a experience I’ll definitely remember, and would definitely recommend any bride to go to Sophia’s! Thank you Sophia’s for being so wonderful!

We had such an amazing experience looking for a prom dress.
We were not sure if we were going to find just that right one. We had great customer service within the dressing room. Trying on many dresses to decide on one that the dressing room attendant found for us. Spectacular dress so pretty

I would rate Sophia’s over and over again if I could! With it being a sample sale, the place was packed but it was such a positive environment from ALL of the staff and I felt very comfortable. Katie was my stylist yesterday and she was the absolute BEST! She was so friendly, went through the notes I had given for my appointment and did not disappoint when picking out dresses. I woke up glowing this morning knowing this was my first and only bridal shop and have the perfect dress for me. Now I have to wait 320 days to put on the dress and post a picture…I cannot wait! I am so happy my family was there to support me in making this decision, what a wonderful experience!

I highly recommend shopping here! I had such a wonderful time working with Sukhi on finding me a suit to wear for my best friend’s wedding! She was beyond accommodating and helpingful, especially when it came to picking out my suit and shawl, setting prices, working with me on fabrics, and she even helped me get a custom shawl made for the bride as well! The service and whole process was so, welcoming, fun, and just an all around joy! The suit and shawls turned out so gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier with everything! I got here from Ohio at 1 today and called the store. The owner picked up and opened the shop up quickly. She had a few things she was taking care of. But is always mindful of her customers times. This is in response to the recent review from Baljot.

Still driving down here all the way from Cleveland to get the best suits. I’ve already purchased 4 dresses from here along with jewelry. I promise you will not walk out of the store without getting something. The selection is top tier.

The owner here is wonderful and down to earth. She is such a friendly vibe and has never given me any issues. I come from 4.5 hours away and will continue to come 🙂

It was my first time coming here and the owner was so helpful. There are so many colors to choose from and tons of variety. You can find a suit for any occasion. I came all the way from Cleveland and will definitely return!

I was having a hard time finding an Indian clothing store in Indianapolis and I am so happy to have found Indi Selection Boutique. The owner is very kind and extremely helpful. She not only finds you the outfit you need but knows just the pieces of jewelry and shoes to match your outfit. Having an understanding of how much Indian clothes and accessories cost in other places, I was pleased to find really good prices here. The owner was so kind to understand ,offered a discount as well. I appreciate her being so kind and patient. I am recommending this place to my friends!!

I had such a wonderful experience at this Indi selection clothing and jewelry store! The collection is beautiful, with a wide variety of traditional and modern outfits. The fabrics are good quality. The jewelry section is equally impressive elegant that complement the outfits perfectly.

The people were very welcoming, patient, and helpful in suggesting styles and accessories that suited me. Prices are fair for the quality, and I felt comfortable browsing without pressure.

You come the visit in the store because they have a lot of selection for Indian clothing, Kurta pyjama turban and owner was very nice. She is very helpful. I visited every time here if i wanna get attractive cloths. I bought kurta pjama and punjabi jutti from here. I really like environment here and also a i got the sale cloth from here its very cheap and stuff is so soo comfortable. Went into the store today looking for interesting Indy 500 shirts. Turned off immediately when I saw the “credit cards only” sign on the door. I believe in the “Legal tender for all debts public and private” part of cash. The one person at the desk did ask if I needed any help, but seemed relieved when I said “no” so that she could go back to talking and scrolling on her phone. There are some interesting shirt designs, but there is nothing special about the quality.

In-house design of their merch. Focus on local connections. I have several T-shirts from defunct local businesses (Roselyn Bakery, Atlas Supermarket, Burger Chef). Great local business that deserves our support.

I haven’t yet gone into their store. But, have ordered online twice and LOVE my Butler T-shirt!!! It’s soft, good quality and holds up well after washing and drying! I have had no problems with ordering, shipping or receiving my order! I love all the retro items and that you have IMS items too! Great job!!

We love purchasing sweatshirts and t-shirts for our favorite teams and local landmarks at The Shop! It takes about a week for orders to ship…but they’re totally worth the wait.

Really phenomenal t-shirts at good prices but i have had mixed experiences with customer service. I hope they work out the kinks so I can keep on getting these cool shirts with less hassle!

1st order online filled and shipped quickly. 2nd order totally opposite. Order placed 12/4, not given to shipper til 12/9! Called store, clerk said she couldn’t help but gave me mgr’s email (twice confirmed with clerk). Emailed 2x, no response; no ‘undelivered email’ received. Emailed info@theshopindy. Received a terse & condescending responses from a ‘co-owner’ saying ‘people like me….’, pretty rude. Will never spend another dime here…order STILL has not arrived as of 12-15, even though I am 12 miles from shop.

Avoid this business at all cost. I was loyal for several years until I trusted them with a large purchase for a designer set of sneakers. Eileen decided that the authentication of my purchase was not included in the price and only decided to inform me of this AFTER I paid.

After handing me my sneakers, she physically took them back and removed my certificate of authenticity and held it hostage for an additional payment or a “fee” as she called it. I explained I had already purchased the sneakers with the certificate.

This is a very misleading business practice and you should question the legitimacy of any item you’ve purchased there.

Do not trust them with your money. I have reached out several times to them directly via email to resolve this. They will not answer your emails or help you resolve any concerns you have. Period.

I’ve found some really nice brands here at low prices, especially when stuff is on sale. Really friendly people too.

Love this place.. very friendly staff… Lots of sale items and selection… Unfortunately if you are sized XL or larger there is not much for selection. Last time I went to the toggery I was a size medium/large and scored a ton of wicked clothes on the cheap… Post 2020 pandemic I am now an XL and didn’t find much I’m afraid… But seriously tho… They have a large variety of clothes… Once I’m back down to a solid large I’ll be back and buying their clothing with a vengeanc.. cause yea they really really do have awesome clothes here!

I’m in such a pickle trying to find a gown for a formal dance I’m going to volunteer for this Friday night.. I called the Toggery this Wednesday. The woman who helped me on the phone shopped for me with me on the phone to see what was in stock. With my needed larger size it made it easy for her on the phone call. She knew where to look for any and all pieces to put together an outfit. What unbelievable and helpful service I received! I cannot wait to shop in person there!! I’m sorry I didn’t get her name.

Walked in and out without a word being said to me. No “welcome in” or “thanks for coming in”. Felt off, left pretty soon after coming in. Had some good designer pieces that were nicely priced though. Would love to come back and have a better shopping experience.

Nice selection, including plus size for women. I wear an American 16w or 1x, which is an Indian size 5x and they had several choices. I found a beautiful kurta set that fit me perfectly and my 6’3″ husband found a nice outfit too. The owner, a helpful, kind woman, was great as were the other employees.

I bought two outfits for a wedding in Africa. I was clueless on what I should wear and they took great care of me! I am very tall and they still had a lot of options for me to choose from. I received many compliments on my clothes at the wedding!

My significant other and I are traveling to Kenya for a wedding. We had been overwhelmed when trying to look for lehengas and kurtas online, but right when we walked in to this store they were able to point us in the direction of what we needed. They were super kind and helpful with pairing our outfits together, meeting the dress codes for the different events while also keeping in mind these were pieces we needed to travel. They also were keeping in mind light weight fabrics would be best for our trip. They are working with us to get the pieces tailored. Pamela owns a wonderful boutique in a prime location near Broadripple. She keeps in stock latest trends and fashionable clothes and accessories. Everything is so cute!! The owner is the sweetest person ever and you can tell is really passionate about her store. Take nice stroll over to Lola Blue Boutique and I promise you’ll find something perfect to walk home with! For me it was this crossbody bag for the summer!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Francis + Fern. I stopped in during a girls weekend in Indy from St. Louis and bought the cutest charm bracelet. A few weeks later, my little sister unexpectedly passed away, and our family wanted to bury her with a bracelet representing all the nieces and nephews she loved so much. I reached out to the boutique to see if they could help, and they absolutely went above and beyond.

They sent me photos of every charm and bracelet option they had—over text!—so I could pick out the perfect ones. They were kind, responsive, and incredibly empathetic throughout the process. They made sure the bracelet was made and shipped in time for the funeral, and their warmth and customer service truly meant the world to me during such a heartbreaking time.

SUCH A DREAM! The decor is amazing and even has some photo op places! While the place is small, there is such a wide selection. Hilarious and cute gift ideas (candles, cups, jewelry, cards, etc) for anyone. The clothes are great quality and have a range of sizes. Also the staff is amazing and kind and helpful. I plan on coming back (hopefully I don’t spend all of my money).

Great store and very friendly staff. This is my go to store when shopping for a gift for my wife or my daughter. They always love anything I have gotten them from Francis and Fern.

I couldn’t buy anything because my suitcase was already stuffed to the seams, but I have Francis & Fern saved to order some treats by mail. Lots of fun, creative merchandise, such as Dolly Parton sweaters, home decor, cute earrings, Taylor Swift candles, and so much more. There’s also a cute photo opp corner with a yellow 2 seater bike and a rainbow backdrop. Clothing is a bit pricey (most of what I saw was $30-60), but it’s great quality and unique, so worth the price!

The manager of this store is snobby and rude. I purchased a 60$ shirt and the system malfunctioned and she would not refund me. She said “what do you not have another 60$” treating me like I did not have the funds. She didn’t even give me a receipt to show proof that I needed a refund. It is now a week later and my money never went back into my account. I called the store to speak with her and she was not nice. She did not help me at all, and now I am still out 60$ I will never be shopping here again. For a place that is supposed to be centered around Christian women, I felt her customer service was not of that.

Literally the cutest store ever! I took my future mother-in-law and sister in law here while they were visiting and it was a total winner. The experience is just so unique and personable and the atmosphere is breathtaking. They put so much thought into everything and it just flows so organically. Also, love the music they play! It’s so refreshing to be able to shop while listening to Christian music. The shop is so girly and beautiful and just my new favorite.

I loved this place! I was shopping for a dress for a late spring wedding. The staff was friendly and while the prices were a bit high for a lot of their items, it is a boutique store, so that’s expected. I was a little disappointed at the sizing choices. There were a lot of extra smalls and smalls, but very few mediums or larges. I’ll definitely return as their items were beautiful and unique and the staff very attentive.

Very good experience here for my fiance. The store reps were very helpful, not pushy, and would often check in on my fiance while she was trying on clothes to see if she needed a different size of clothes.

Was accused of shoplifting after doing nothing but walking around and looking at clothes with my girlfriend. Manager said we were doing “sketchy stuff” and one of her employees claimed to have seen me put something in my pocket. She never clarified what exactly we were doing that was sketchy, so I guess if you shop there make sure not to look at anything the wrong way.

Sara at the Keystone location was so helpful! She called customer service for me to get approval on an item to be shipped from another store. Even if it doesn’t work out I am truly thankful that she took the time to try!!

I was walking around with my friends looking at jewelry and clothes and went to try on a shirt when a male worker accused me of shop lifting and asked me to show the pair of earrings I was looking at, I showed him where I had placed them again and he walked away but kept eyeing me and my friends down the whole time we where in the store.

Marigolds is my favorite shop! Linda and her staff make shopping fun and offer the best customer service around. The clothes are artsy, fun, great quality and unique. The staff has talent for putting together the perfect outfit with flare and uniqueness. Not exaggerating, every time I go out wearing a top, dress, scarf or piece of jewelry I have purchased from Marigolds – I always receive compliments. The staff is honest (with care) when something is not flattering on me. They want you to be happy with your purchase and are not just trying to make a quick sale. Plus . . . the owner, Linda and her staff are extremely active and generous in the community. Marigolds is by far my favorite shopping venture. A visit with the Marigals always proves to be a fun experience. Love the shop, experience, clothes and staff!!!

Great clothing boutique in Broad Ripple. Amazing and helpful staff. They want you to leave looking great. They are honest about which clothes are flattering and let you know when clothes aren’t the best fit for your shape and figure. They know their inventory and help hand pick different pieces for you to try on. They also have unique and fun clothing.

Have shopped at Marigold for years, and their clothing is well-made, many in the USA which I really
appreciate. Some of the things I’ve purchased there have lasted forever and are generally easy-care.
I find their selections appropriate for mature women who want something with unique style that is “out of the ordinary”! Basics also available: pants, jeans, knit tops, etc.

The staff is wonderfully welcoming and very helpful. I like their honesty in telling me what looks good on me and what doesn’t! Shop here and they’ll quickly get to know you; very personal attention.

The best place for adult women’s clothing and accessories!

This is the second time I’ve visited this specific location within a month and both experiences were the same. The associates did not greet customers as they entered the store, they did not ask me or any other customer if we’d like a fitting room (I had 5 items in my hand), and it almost felt like a bother when I had to return two items that I purchased online since they were too big.

I grew up working in retail (Justice, Victoria’s Secret, and Louis Vuitton) and loved the aspect of building relationships/understanding what type of product makes others happy. Teenagers/young adults who are entering the workforce have little to no customer service skills. It’s truly sad because brick and mortar locations will eventually lose business if things don’t start changing.

From a former retail associate – please do better and make your customers the priority. Please instill confidence in your associates that they do have the knowledge and drive to positively promote your brand and contribute to your store’s goals. 🙂

Although I love my clothing from people the employees are rude and disrespectful especially to their employees one day I came and they were making fun of this girl and calling her names. Honestly a horrible place I known a few friends that have worked here and did not like it

Customer service is lacking at this location. Every single time I make the mistake of stepping in this specific store, I regret it. The most unfriendly people I’ve ever “engaged” with. I’ve visited many other FP stores, and have always been met with the friendliest, most sincere, and helpful people.
I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a store in my life, as at the Keystone location. & if you don’t make a purchase, you can feel the displeasure oozing out of them as you walk out the door. Makes me question if I should be doing business with FP at all.

Love the customer service and special attention the associates provide. Though pricey, I’m willing to pay a little more because I’m treated well and shown that I’m valued. I appreciate Free People’s commitment to a unique, comfortable style that can be paired with most anything old or new!!

I’ve been to this specific store four separate times since it has opened. Every single time the four associates all stay behind the counter and talk. They don’t offer help, they don’t greet, nothing. One of them was on her phone. This has happened every single time. They appear to be young but that’s no excuse. This is their job.
