This is the second time I’ve visited this specific location within a month and both experiences were the same. The associates did not greet customers as they entered the store, they did not ask me or any other customer if we’d like a fitting room (I had 5 items in my hand), and it almost felt like a bother when I had to return two items that I purchased online since they were too big. I grew up working in retail (Justice, Victoria’s Secret, and Louis Vuitton) and loved the aspect of building relationships/understanding what type of product makes others happy. Teenagers/young adults who are entering the workforce have little to no customer service skills. It’s truly sad because brick and mortar locations will eventually lose business if things don’t start changing. From a former retail associate - please do better and make your customers the priority. Please instill confidence in your associates that they do have the knowledge and drive to positively promote your brand and contribute to your store’s goals. 🙂

Samantha, the store manager, is excellent. She is so helpful and energetic and very passionate about her job. I think FP movement clothes are amazing and so comfortable for my lifestyle. I truly like the customer service Samantha provides at this store and she is absolutely adorable and so helpful and knowledgeable about the products! ten stars for Samantha and FP movement! Thanks! Although I love my clothing from people the employees are rude and disrespectful especially to their employees one day I came and they were making fun of this girl and calling her names. Honestly a horrible place I known a few friends that have worked here and did not like it

Amazing customer service. Love this store period. Everything I tried on was amazing.

Customer service is lacking at this location. Every single time I make the mistake of stepping in this specific store, I regret it. The most unfriendly people I’ve ever "engaged" with. I’ve visited many other FP stores, and have always been met with the friendliest, most sincere, and helpful people. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a store in my life, as at the Keystone location. & if you don’t make a purchase, you can feel the displeasure oozing out of them as you walk out the door. Makes me question if I should be doing business with FP at all.

Love the customer service and special attention the associates provide. Though pricey, I'm willing to pay a little more because I'm treated well and shown that I'm valued. I appreciate Free People's commitment to a unique, comfortable style that can be paired with most anything old or new!!

I’ve been to this specific store four separate times since it has opened. Every single time the four associates all stay behind the counter and talk. They don’t offer help, they don’t greet, nothing. One of them was on her phone. This has happened every single time. They appear to be young but that’s no excuse. This is their job.
