Wow…. You will NEVER GO WRONG buying from Family Leisure. NEVER.

First of all, it was my mistake – that we made 5+ years ago… yes… 5 PLUS… we purchased an awesome Vuly springless trampoline from Family Leisure in Atlanta and decided we wanted to get bells and whistles and ordered a tent for the top. We ordered the wrong size… We asked if we could return it and they said no problem… long story short, years passed, 4 moves to 4 states later, we found it in the garage with 4 moving stickers slapped on the box. We emailed and said, “heyyyyy, remember us?”

We shipped it on our dime (I mean – it’s been years) and boom – a refund check is mailed to our new address! What an amazing example of top notch customer service. We even offered to just have credit if they wouldn’t / couldn’t refund. Their willingness to even entertain our return/ exchange is significant.

We are lifelong customers – I’m gonna check out their website to see what else we can buy (and never return)!

I am writing this review to express my satisfaction with Family Leisure from day one. We bought an above ground pool 3 years ago and I can honestly say that we have been very well taken care of. From sales to service, we have never been disappointed. Great business to work with … Thank you Family Leisure in Indianapolis!.

Family Leisure was so easy to work with and our Berlin Gardens pavilion turned out amazing!!! Highly recommend the privacy wall and the onyx and cedarwood color combination!

Great place for outdoor furniture. We purchased a set for our 3 season room and love it and 2 chase chairs for our patio.

Anthony and Christian were AMAZING!!! They always go above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied but most importantly they share their knowledge of pool maintenance. Thank you guys for taking such good care of us!

Let’s start at the beginning when the delivered our product and the ladder has sharp section that could puncture the lining, and they were scratched terribly all over and dirty. I was told they would replace them which didn’t happen till installation, which was a nightmare in itself. We recorded this whole process where they missed spreading the powder lime(I pretty sure that’s what it was) I was told to get to purchase to help save us from damages caused by mole, voles, and such. They also continued to ignore the calls Mark was making to them because I called him myself with concerns of how this installation was going. The top ledge was bowing and not straight either when finished. If a female can tell things are wrong and off that says something. Again we recorded the whole thing. They did not mist the sand so every foot print is felt, still after it was filled, that they made wile putting liner in. The steps arrive later and I was giving grace where I could. But I feel I got a cheep job of installation even paying more for them having to dig more than the standard. Mark was to have someone come check the pool when we opened it this summer, as I told him it’s so bumpy on the bottom. I am just not happy on all this and now I feel the poor installation made it less sturdy and stable.

We had an awesome experience with Family Leisure when purchasing our first hot tub! Mike was fantastic! He helped us from start to finish with the entire process. We had so many questions and he was available to answer them all! The hot tub came sooner than we expected and was delivered and ready to use the next day! Highly recommend Family Leisure and Mike!

So many fun and unique items at Hampton & Co. You could literally spend 2 hours looking and still not see everything they have. I picked up a few cool art pieces, some really nice incense ( soul sticks) a hat and several other unique items. Prices are super fair and the selection is unbeatable. Really great shopping experience.. Great music and all the vibes. The owners are super nice fellas too. It’s a place you feel good about spending your money at. 1000% recommend!!

Hampton and Co is a novelty shop and so SO much more! Every time I go there I find something new and wonderful. The drag shows that they put on are so fun and the last one actually made me cry. In a totally good way! Couldn’t recommend this place and their shows more highly!

They are absolutely wonderful people who have given me the chance to sell my items in their store and have supported me and my markets in 2024! They do so much for the community of Irvington and cannot wait to see where they take it in 2025! I’ve been to this store multiple times. They have a back door that leads to a connecting other vintage buisness, and we’ve walked through both stores on multiple different occasions. I came back to visit expecting everything to be normal as the other times have been, when in reality we walked in and were greeted, but everyone else who was shopping in the store left. I was with two other people, all POC and we walked around the store for a decent amount of time casually browsing the items that were available to buy. As I said we were greeted when we walked in, but the two white male employees continued to stare at us throughout. I headed to the back room where there is another vintage shop, with no problem as it is right by the register where one of the men were sitting. A short amount of time after, my two friends followed me into the room, still browsing the items throughout, not running or hiding or even swiftly walking into the room so noone would have seen us. Within seconds of my other two friends stepping into the second shop, one of the employees stormed into the room following them, stating “yeah so this is closed so can you get out??! Its clearly closed.” When the two doors to the connecting store were wide open, there was NO ONE left in the store they watched us slowly cruise into the other room, we were the only people in the store. We were all about to purchase items and put them all back because of this abruptly rude experience. Maybe if the other store is closed, dont write it in tiny words on a not visible sign, maybe shut the TWO connecting doors to the other store. Every other time we have came to this store the other store was open, it wasnt our fault whatsoever, and instead of kindly letting us know he rudely came up to us and pointed to the tiny words at the bottom of the sign. Close the door next time and maybe dont take out your misery on your customers who you now have lost money from. Blantly rude and will NOT be returning.

It’s a great store, I love going in and hunting for new home decor. Holiday decor is always adorable and affordable! On occasion, the employees are kind of short and not very welcoming, but everyone has an off day.

This was my first time here. I was suppose to be tagging along with my daughter to help with her son, but oh my gosh they had all kinds of nice things and decent prices! I’ll definitely be going back!!

A lot of stuff, limitless options for home decor. A bit on the pricey side in my opinion, but their clearance sections are quite large and you can find a lot of stuff half off if you’re not terribly picky. I’ll definitely be returning to get more home stuff!

Good variety of items. I went for kitchen accessories. Very happy to find a Kitchen Aid meat tenderizer, steamer basket and mesh collander to replace a worn out one. One stop shopping! All items of high quality!

Store is set up nicely but like any store shop for bargains so have to look plus they don’t offer any kind if discount for signing up to get emails

I am always apprehensive about going into furniture stores, but not here. They greeted me when I walked in, which I anticipated…but they gave me all the space I needed when I shopped. That was the best part. Daniel and Kelly did a great job helping me pick out what I needed and when it came to the pricing, this place blows most stores away with the sticker prices. Very affordable and great quality. I feel like my money went far here. The sectional I bought looks great and I recommend this store to anyone

Best of all it was exactly what we wanted, and in stock. Their delivery was quick, we bought a Sectional and a coffee table on Sunday, it was delivered Monday morning. Furniture looks and is priced pretty decently. However, I purchased a rug here recently. They have all the selection of rugs you’re looking for. Bought an 8’/12’, and it fits perfectly with my furniture. Recommend to any looking for fashionable add-ons. They have it!!!

I bought all my furnitures from this place, It took me about 4 tripes and numerous change of minds,too many beautiful things, hard to make a choice, but at the end of the day,I was able to get everything I needed and I love every single item I bought here.

I’ve shopped @ this store for over 20+ years. I’ve seen a change in staff, & ownership it seems a few times. What I LOVE is that they have unique items at a great price, maybe not furniture or rugs so much, but DEFINITELY other household products, & other simple items. What I absolutely HATE about this store now is that they DON’T & DID NOT know that I do usually spend 2-300 dollars or more, easily in one trip. From the time I came in with a cart , (therefore kinda obvious that if I was going to steal, where would I put the shit to do such) but after walking through the furniture because there was a chaise that caught my eye 1st, I went straight towards the area of underwear & ladies pajamas. It was then that I noticed an older worker like absolutely staring at me, almost with a grimace & just freaking watching me like a hawk. I turned several times looking back & him & the dude was so obvious, he half way spoke as if it hurt his feelings, when I stopped going through to find a small for me Mom, & started back at dude. Fact that some of us know how you can FEEL a person’s energy. I continued my shopping even though I wanted to walk the hell out at that moment because I chalked it off as just a random dude acting like the Japanese & Korean beauty shops when it comes to being in our neighborhoods but treating our patronization as crap beneath them. As I continued now with damn near my cart overflowing, I catch this younger worker now lurking LITERALLY on ever aisle I chose to go down or one over. Even down to the final moments of me checking out, this dude went back & forth. I have NEVER been so offended, I more than likely, (after today because I have a return for a faulty item & pajamas that were the size they were supposed to be, plus grab 2 more pillows they had on sale) AM NOT RETURNING BACK HERE UNTIL THE NEXT MANAGEMENT OR CREW BUYS THEM OUT which seems to be every so many years. Or just go to another one. The really look poorer than me calling themselves hawking someone, I would complain to corporate if the were a legitimate business.

Wow!!! I was blown away when I walked into this furniture store!! The selection is amazing and there are so many unique pieces. This is definitely going to be my new favorite place to shop for new items for the house. The customer service was exceptional!! We ended up buying a new sofa, rug, art for the living room and a fabulous super soft chair. I feel like the prices were very reasonable and honestly less than what I had seen on the internet. I’ve always loved the unique items they carry. Decided to look around today and not only was I greeted but treated as a valued customer like they treat each person who comes in the door. We had a great all around experience with Urban Styles. The store itself having so many great options in alternative furniture and accessories.

We were able, with General Manager Robert’s assistance, to furnish 3 rooms! He was also able to supply a great deal on mattresses making this a one stop shop! It was refreshing to have a true consultant to guide us.

Their other stores aren’t bad like this one.
But the workers were sweaty and my mom was kinda grossed out.

Shop at their other locations because this store is not worth your time because there’s no air conditioning and funny enough there was no heat when we financed our bedroom set back in januaray. Its giving ghetto but it is the Washington square mall after all…

I shopped at their sister store before and had some issues, but this store is much better. The two girls that work there are kind and they are very helpful. Manager gave me a free area rug with my sectional, and that was pleasant!

We were in store Saturday night, called Michael Sunday at noon, and the couch was delivered Tuesday morning! Delivery experience was great; they showed up, moved everything in, built the couch, and set it up exactly how we wanted it!

Very very cool and unique decor. I really enjoyed looking in this store and was hoping to make some big purchases because the name includes “underpriced.”
Everything was marked WAY WAY up. Please change your name as this is misleading. I don’t know how you can say underpriced when a simple mass manufactured candle costs $54.99 for 10oz of scented wax. We were looking at comparable prices online and most everything could be found elsewhere for a quarter of the cost.

Their merchandise is unique and interesting. We loved looking at all the unique items. However, the name is extremely misleading. It’s called ‘Urban Underpriced’. It should be called ‘Urban Overpriced’. A set of cute books for display, not even for reading was $300! They look like they came from a thrift store and should have been one tenth of that price. Everything was extremely overpriced. Too bad because the merchandise is awesome and very interesting. Sales people were very nice as well. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the high prices. Otherwise I would give it five stars because of the unique merchandise.

Earlier this year I bought a couch and love seat. It took 8 months to come in due to the current market and demand, but Robert was always very helpful and provided regular updates along the way as he could. I was also able to purchase a cabinet that I absolutely love! There were a couple places where the wood glue seemed to be seeping through the pieces but not super noticeable. Thankful that they were able to deliver to my second floor apartment without any difficulty. Overall very happy with the service given and kindness shown! Would shop here again.

We had a great experience purchasing our new couches at Urban Underpriced. Robert was the associate that helped us and he got us all the discounts and deals he could. We didn’t feel pressured at all. We also felt like our new couches are amazing quality and not just for lower-priced furniture. They’re just good couches. I would definitely return to this store for future purchases.

Be careful when ordering from Kirklands. We placed an order for a table. They canceled the order never notified us and never refunded the money. They claim they send emails but nothing was sent. We contacted them and they said they cancelled the order due to low inventory. We will see if they make the refund without another call. Watch your account closely if you order on line

This is by far one of the best stores I have been to. The Greenwood, Indiana location has the nicest and most attentive staff. I was having a rough day (but of course they didn’t know that) and I was indecisive about a set of vases that I liked. The manager of the store offered to hold them until
I decided and he even offered me an additional coupon. It seems like it was just a small gesture but it made my entire day. I definitely walked out of the store with them and his kindness and conversation left an impression. I am grateful for kind people like the staff here. Thank you for going above and beyond.

This company has potential to become one stop shop for high End cheap/affordable stuff. But I didn’t like their Store setup. It look like a dump yard. No sections, stuff lying here and there all around over the floor.

Have always liked Kirklands but have made several purchases recently and just had to come comment about the great employees they have at this particular store. Everyone has been so helpful and pleasant; really going the extra mile. I will be giving this store my business in the future just because of their helpfulness and treatment of their customers!

We bought our dining table and chairs here about 10 years ago and they were great to work with. A few years later we had a manufacturing defect in the finish on our table and Dustin worked with us and the manufacturer for a fix. Then recently we wanted to add more of the same dining chairs, and even though we have since moved across the country, they were great to work with on finding the same chairs in the same fabric and having them shipped to us. We would work with them again even though we’re not longer in Indiana!

Complicated furniture purchase with delivery in another state but it was handled efficiently and timely. Husband found a chair there that he loves enough to purchase another one! Watch for regular sales. Love that Houseworks is locally owned.
