Be careful when ordering from Kirklands. We placed an order for a table. They canceled the order never notified us and never refunded the money. They claim they send emails but nothing was sent. We contacted them and they said they cancelled the order due to low inventory. We will see if they make the refund without another call. Watch your account closely if you order on line

This is by far one of the best stores I have been to. The Greenwood, Indiana location has the nicest and most attentive staff. I was having a rough day (but of course they didn’t know that) and I was indecisive about a set of vases that I liked. The manager of the store offered to hold them until I decided and he even offered me an additional coupon. It seems like it was just a small gesture but it made my entire day. I definitely walked out of the store with them and his kindness and conversation left an impression. I am grateful for kind people like the staff here. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Randy the manager is amazing!! Every time I go in to that store he is the sweetest and kindest with amazing customer service!! I line the team there! Very attentive and caring! Unlike the one in Plainfield! Thank you for amazing customer service!

Love this store! Always great items. I usually find way too much I would like to buy. Hardly ever leave without buying something. Also love their Daily Deals! And the K Club.

Went here today to look around. Get several things here for Christmas. Check out my pictures of the snowmen I saw there today. Many good things here for Christmas.

This company has potential to become one stop shop for high End cheap/affordable stuff. But I didn’t like their Store setup. It look like a dump yard. No sections, stuff lying here and there all around over the floor.

Have always liked Kirklands but have made several purchases recently and just had to come comment about the great employees they have at this particular store. Everyone has been so helpful and pleasant; really going the extra mile. I will be giving this store my business in the future just because of their helpfulness and treatment of their customers!
