First visit EVER – will NOT be the last. Miraculously – everyone is very helpful – but a noteworthy interaction with the manager, Paul, whose engagement was beyond my expectations. People here have a passion (although some misguided in believing some of the marketing – Canon fanboy lives matter – LOL) and it shows. I stopped by for a few minutes to delay enough to avoid some Columbus traffic in my eastbound travels – I stayed TWO hours. Exceptional selection – exceptional knowledge – and dare I say – a THROWBACK to the days when customer service actually existing in our world. MY HIGHEST recommendations. Like a kid in a candy store – and the candy store manage is more than happy to share and teach!!!! My apologizes to those who follow – I’m usually better at getting photos – but every time I’d pull the phone I’d see something I wanted to touch/feel/play with – rinse and repeat… JUST GO THERE.

The Photo Lab is amazing! They were able to scan over 400 2×2 slides in a short period of time for my Grandfather’s funeral. The slides were from the 1950’s through the 1960’s and they turned out perfect! Thank you for helping fulfill one of my Grandfather’s last wishes of having them all scanned and digitized.

I purchased a KEF R6 Meta Center Channel Speaker as an open box item on the website. It was listed in excellent condition and shipped from this store. This is a $2,200 speaker when purchased new and the factory packaging consists of a large well-packaged box. This store didn’t even bother to put it in a box. They merely wrapped it in plastic wrap, slapped a shipping label on it, and called it a day. This speaker is made out of wood with a piano black finish. I’m sure you can assume the condition of the speaker when it arrived to me. The worst part is that I can’t walk in and exchange it for another speaker. My only option is to return it and wait for a refund. I can’t believe this is how their employees are trained. Who thought this was a good idea?

I came into Best Buy today for a memory card for a car camera for a friend of mine. I also had a couple questions about tablets/notebooks. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and walked to the area I needed and shown where I was to go next. First the store is great for computer enthusiast. It beats BB or the old Fry’s Electronics stores. But here is where it went South.
I had a simple question about my Microsoft subscription share; I could not share it to my laptop that I purchased from Micro Center. I just sent my cousin there to shop and she bought a laptop. They did not share with me a cost for his “Consultation”, which he claimed it under for even looking at it. Had I known I would have decided it wasn’t worth $50.00 they charged me for 15 min to figure out the issue. Then he showed me a Service Brochure to purchase a 1 year agreement for $139. He could have said thanks for coming in, there will be no cost, and I wouldn’t be writing this to share my disappointment with their Service Department.
I still think it’s a great store, but I would never purchase their warranties or suggest going to their service department, without full disclosure of their fees for any service they provide. I definitely learned my lesson.

Go at your own risk . I went in with a brand new pc two days old that was shipped to me , and took it their because I was getting a blank screen paid 80.00 just for them to see what the problem was and said it would be next day or two days and to leave it their . Ok Got a text saying the next day even though on their website it says if you buy a part it will be repaired the same day . They didn’t even give me an option. Next day I get a text to pick up pc it’s fixed just needed mother brain put back in to go pick up and not even have my power cord . Pieces off of it and didn’t even put back on it or give it to me , WiFi usb gone . I even asked for my hdmi and power cord and was told both was inside of pc . To come all the way home to now power cord , pieces inside off . They fixed it and didn’t even put it back Together ! I called and they said didn’t see anything and they advise customer to not bring in their power cord because it happens often ! I said that’s funny I wish I was advised because they needed mine for sure ! A brand new pc parts just gone !

Great experience here! I brought in a mac that was 12 years old that finally called it quits. The guys at the knowledge bar were extremely helpful in giving me my options for data recovery and a new computer. They were very informative and patient with my questions and concerns. Update 07/2024: Absolutely consistent in their great service and selection. I wish I remembered the sales rep assisting me, but I had a question in regards to a mouse that I was interested. He had offered to just unseal the box and allowed me to experiment with it, with no hesitation. Hope you guys are here to stay, I’ll keep coming back.

So Austin was fantastic. I am having a gaming PC built for my son. I was given a parts lists and being completely uninformed on gaming PCs Austin was amazing. I actually got better parts than the original list and added an anti virus and was still under budget. The only thing else I have to get is a windows key for 25. Walmart. The killer of American retail. This location in particular. If you want customer service expect 20 minutes or hunt someone down for help. All employees wear some kind of headphones talking on their phones about anything but work.Walmart is no longer a convenience store. Everything is either locked up, not properly stocked or past its best by day. They can claim they are priced within reason compared to the economy they are not. Walmart is not for the consumer Walmart’s gross profit for 2023 was $147.568 billion, a 2.65% increase from 2022. It is quite sad as Americans let this company come in and kill every small business in every small town across America, we get crowded like animals into a pen to then do self check out do not dare make a mistake or you will be charged. It is sad as Americans we allowed this to happen. Most of us do not have choice to go anywhere else as there is nowhere else to go Walmart no longer employees the same amount of people they did 10 years ago. Walmart is a true economic killer

I have been here 3 times just trying to buy razors but are unable to get any from the glass “vault!” There is never anyone in the area to assist with the “beauty” department. After qalking around the store for 40 minutes, I tried once again to get razors, not jewelry, just the Bic Disposable Razors, and have to wait another half hour without success! I will rate this as a putrid design flaw and rate it a big fat 0! I guess I can put most of things back and visit Dollar General. I’m extremely disappointed with this department store!!!

If you’ve previously avoided this Walmart due to past experiences, it might be time to reconsider. In recent months, the store has undergone significant improvements. The floors are being redone, the pharmacy has been relocated for better access, and the previously unpleasant odors in the refrigeration section have been addressed. Additionally, the quality of the produce has markedly improved.
However, there are still areas that need attention. The self-checkout process can be confusing, and while it’s not necessarily the fault of the staff, it does impact the shopping experience. The parking lot also requires some work; the growing potholes make navigating with a cart challenging.
Overall, the store has made commendable strides, particularly in terms of employee performance and the shopping environment. It’s clear that this Walmart is on an upward trajectory, and many in the community, myself included, appreciate the efforts. Keep up the good work!”
Update 5/29/23 I have finally taken pictures of this Walmart. It seems like the management of this Walmart is non-existent the rotten smell I wrote about in my last update is still there, I took a picture of the cooler I think it’s coming from they had chicken in it. You would think that after they were shut down not too long ago they would be better about the cleanliness of this store but I guess not.

This Walmart is one of the worst I have ever been to it is still dirty most of the staff are extremely unprofessional they stand in the aisles not stalking or shopping I try not to buy food here because of the rotten smell I have experienced in the refrigerated section on multiple occasions It seems like whoever manages this location is not doing their job.
They had some Christmas ornaments I was looking for so I ordered them off the Walmart app so I could pick them up the next day when I arrived to pick them up it took like 30 minutes for someone to get to me and their were only three people in line plus one of the scanners they were using couldn’t scan anything so I had to wait until they were finished with someone so the person that was helping me could use the one that was working

The brown-skinned workers are very racist. If you ask them for milk, they act like they don’t understand, because no one has the key. They send you to customer service, and it gets worse because they don’t resolve anything, just like if you asked them for free milk. They’re all like that all the time. It’s the worst Walmart I’ve ever seen.

My iPhone was bent and shattered. Ordered the parts through them, took 2 days to get to the store, dropped off my phone and the screen and back holding was replaced perfectly. My phone looks and works like brand new. Told me to come back in if I had any issues as back holding replaced have common problems.
The parts are not the cheap, prone to breaking, they are nice and sturdy.
If I ever need a repair will definitely come here. Only $385 for the entire replacement including parts and labor.

Today I planned on purchasing a pair of Beats Studio Plus earbuds from this Target. Which is the only Target that I go to because it is close to my home. I was in the electronic department for literally 10 minutes without a single store associate ask me if I needed any assistance.
