I purchased a KEF R6 Meta Center Channel Speaker as an open box item on the website. It was listed in excellent condition and shipped from this store. This is a $2,200 speaker when purchased new and the factory packaging consists of a large well-packaged box. This store didn't even bother to put it in a box. They merely wrapped it in plastic wrap, slapped a shipping label on it, and called it a day. This speaker is made out of wood with a piano black finish. I'm sure you can assume the condition of the speaker when it arrived to me. The worst part is that I can't walk in and exchange it for another speaker. My only option is to return it and wait for a refund. I can't believe this is how their employees are trained. Who thought this was a good idea?

I came into Best Buy today for a memory card for a car camera for a friend of mine. I also had a couple questions about tablets/notebooks. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and walked to the area I needed and shown where I was to go next. The associate was more than helpful and in no time I was back in my van on my way home with all the info I requested.

The employees here are wonderful. Jordan took care of us, helping us upgrade a phone and purchase two phones. The employees at this location never disappoint. As long as they continue with this type of customer service, we will continue to come here.

I've been coming to this store for months at 10 am to deliver items to customers. Today, a new rude employee opened the door and said we don't open until 11 am. Please make up your mind on the delivery door time and train employees how to communicate better. He didn't even bother to say, at leas, let me check with the manager or someone else. Thx.

Average selection of appliances at this store location. I would prefer to see appliance packages bundle together, rather than scattered throughout the area. I understand having all the dish washers together and the fridges, etc.. but if I’m buying a whole kitchen full of matching appliances, I would at least like to see it displayed. Just a helpful suggestion to increase buyer engagement.

On Mon. Aug.11 I took my phone to a T-Mobile store to get it fixed. They suggested I go to Best Buy.A young man named Jackson fixed it and didn't charge me anything. This is where to go for a new phone or getting your old one fixed.

Great staff! Very helpful! Adam was great at checkout and super quick. We were asked right away when we walked in if we needed help and a gentlemen guided us right to where we needed to be. Everything is laid out well. They even sell Lego sets there which is awesome cause I had wanted to buy one as a bday gift for a party that night!
