I love this place!! Been coming since they were downtown by Union Station. They are so nice and knowledgeable! I've gotten gear, photos enlarged for exhibits, and most recently they enlarged and cleaned up a few photos of my Mom, Dad, and Uncle for Mommy's upcoming birthday. I can't wait for her to see them!! <3 They are HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN!! Thank you!! See ya soon!! ( Ok, well when I have more money to spend, lol. )

I have been buying 99% of my photography purchases from Robert's for 9yrs. The customer service, staff technical knowledge about everything back to daguerreotypes is fantastic, and being a small, family owned company that is smart and adapts is impressive. They also provide classes and have excellent events. I hope they last forever.

First visit EVER - will NOT be the last. Miraculously - everyone is very helpful - but a noteworthy interaction with the manager, Paul, whose engagement was beyond my expectations. People here have a passion (although some misguided in believing some of the marketing - Canon fanboy lives matter - LOL) and it shows. I stopped by for a few minutes to delay enough to avoid some Columbus traffic in my eastbound travels - I stayed TWO hours. Exceptional selection - exceptional knowledge - and dare I say - a THROWBACK to the days when customer service actually existing in our world. MY HIGHEST recommendations. Like a kid in a candy store - and the candy store manage is more than happy to share and teach!!!! My apologizes to those who follow - I'm usually better at getting photos - but every time I'd pull the phone I'd see something I wanted to touch/feel/play with - rinse and repeat... JUST GO THERE.

The Photo Lab is amazing! They were able to scan over 400 2x2 slides in a short period of time for my Grandfather’s funeral. The slides were from the 1950’s through the 1960’s and they turned out perfect! Thank you for helping fulfill one of my Grandfather’s last wishes of having them all scanned and digitized.

Great assortment of film stocks and used old cameras. Was very surprised to see Dubblefilm and am happy to pick up from Indy now instead of ordering online! Would highly recommend, they absolutely have everything you would need and great customer service

Being very undereducated in the camera world, I came in looking for a camera for a specific event. Justin was extremely informative and got me exactly what I was looking for. He made sure I got a card big enough for my event, and also an extra battery. I was very impressed with everything the store has to offer and the warm welcome we received. I will absolutely be back!
