A very nice hotel within walking distance to several nice restaurants, sports venues and other downtown attractions. Front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. Bellmen were awesome. My only complaint was late night valet was in booth, but did not notice me pulling up to check in. Front desk person asked me for valet ticket and I told her there was no valet. She went and got his attention and my valet ticket. Executive Lounge has wonderful views and is worth the upgrade if you’re not a frequent flyer. Rooms appear to be recently redone. One new on- property steak house is under construction. Overall a very impressive property.

Great location to Lucas Stadium and Victory Field. The front desk was very helpful in setting up a late check in (passed midnight). The room is clean. Parking was a little tight (I drive a full size pick up) but it was manageable. The banquet halls are clean and the sound quality is great. Plenty of rooms for hosting events. Every staff person was helpful. Also very nice views!

I recently stayed at this location and it was such a nice experience from front desk to rooms, house keeping, great dining/staff, and the front desk extended our stay because we had a late flight. I also left behind my medicine in the fridge and house keeper returned it to lost and found and HUNTER kindly assisted me ensuring safe and quick delivery!!!! That meant so much and will definitely be staying here again next time we are in town.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Customer service was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Decor was newer so it looked fresh and modern. Bed was comfortable though a bit on the hot side for me. Seemed like the sheeting may have been microfiber instead of cotton? Regardless, I would definitely recommend the JW Marriott as a perfect stay in Indy—especially if you need to be close to all that the downtown has to offer.

The hotel itself is located in a prime location for the convention center being attached to most of it via walkways. I would say that the parking is a bit absurd, it can cost up to $59 a day to park in their underground structure. The spots are rather narrow and it seems to fill up brother quickly. The service in the front desk was efficient and they definitely put it on air of luxury with that being said, at its core it is just a simple hotel. The rooms themselves are cleaned regularly as you would expect from such a place, and overall the facilities were for sure above average. If you are looking to stay in the city for convention, there are likely less expensive options outside of the city or nearby, but if you want ease of access to the center as well as to some of the event halls that are often used for conventions, there’s no better place to stay than here.

Caveat, I would not recommend eating at the restaurant that is attached to the hotel, while the service was acceptable, the food itself did unfortunately not settle well for myself and three other people who ate there. We each had different dishes.

I have never had a bad experience in the last few years I’ve been coming to this hotel. My a few weeks ago stat was just as good as any other. The receptionist took my reservation was kind, and cheerful, which was appreciated after a long day. We chatted a bit while she got me booked into the hotel. Fascinating and warm personality.Everything went flawlessly.

there were an Olympic sport for customer service, Tracy at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown would have taken home the gold (and probably broken a world record while doing it).

I called in to update my reservation, fully expecting the usual hold music marathon. Instead, Tracy swooped in like the hotel superhero I didn’t know I needed. She was fast, friendly, and somehow made me feel like updating a reservation was the highlight of her day. Honestly, I’d call her again just to have my faith in phone calls restored.

The rooms are great, the location is perfect, but let’s be real—Tracy is the reason this place deserves 5 stars.

Had a great stay at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. Was in town for a conference, and couldn’t have been a better experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Seems like the hotel was renovated fairly recently, and they did a great job – clean, crisp, and new. (Some colleagues were staying at the JW next door, and we all noted the Marriott was nicer!) Super convenient with all the walkways, and walkable to the stuff that’s available in the downtown area too. Gym is great for someone who likes to work out during travel, too. Really loved the grab and go and fast casual spot in the lobby – extremely convenient and pretty delicious for easy breakfasts. Would definitely recommend for business travel!

Awesome Hotel!! Sound transference from floor to floor was non existence. Quiets nights.
Huge lobbies. Decent breakfast. Convenient parking and easy to walk everywhere. If your going to DCI World Champ, don’t be cheap and get a Best Western. Stay here. Its worth the convenience and comfort. Also close to Military park where the corps do their lots.

We stayed here for a TKD tournament a few weeks ago and we will definitely never stay here again. It WAS conveniently located near the tournament it seemed like EVERYTHING was extra. Expensive hotel with no included breakfast and all of the in-hotel amenities had prices akin to an airport. $7 for a Gatorade type prices. Parking was also exorbitantly priced for the extremely tight and not safe feeling dungeon of a garage.

Beautiful hotel, it is inside the old Union Station. It is beautifully decorated in the lobby and old platform area right outside of our room. The staff are plesant, responsive and excellent in customer service. The room was large, beds very comfortable, and the shower was great. They have old train cars that are now rooms, we were sadly unable to stay in one they were all booked. But our stay was great and it’s close to everything downtown. Thank you for a wonderful stay, would definitely stay again.

We stayed in one of the king premium rooms and truly enjoyed it. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, in a hotel. It was in a great location to get to Lucas Oil Stadium and the downtown events center. The staff we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was there was not enough drawer space to unpack our clothes. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. Yasebel, Jan and Samantha went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in our rooms and were so accommodating to the kids.

The hotel was clean, beautiful inside and the train cars were great for the kids.

The location of the hotel is in a construction zone which made it difficult to get in and out of the hotel with a stroller. The mall is closed which makes the area kind of deserted if you’re looking for a “downtown” vibe.

The hotel itself is amazing, if you’re coming for a conference or a game – I highly recommend this hotel

This was our second time staying in a train car room and it didn’t disappoint. All of the employees were so helpful and kind and met all of our needs through simple text messaging. It was great because when we needed more towels, etc., we could just text while we were out exploring the city! They recently remodeled it so it was even nicer than our first stay! Great location, clean, and such a unique, fun stay. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

Positive: The hotel was recently renovated. The interior touches are nice. There are rooms in former train cars for a unique experience. Negative: I knew the hotel was formerly part of the train station, but in my room I learned the trains run directly over or next to rooms. With few passenger trains, that’s almost all _freight_ trains. Do not use the station parking; go for the expensive valet.

***update ***
The Hotel did reach out to me regarding the one issue we had with the valet, and everything had been rectified. We still highly recommend this hotel, as it is truly a beautiful place to stay.

A beautiful hotel. We stayed in the train car and it was extremely comfortable and quiet and a fun experience. The cookie and fruit tray was delicious. We walked all over the inside of the hotel, and it was amazing to see how beautifully designed it was. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the fact that I had a $20 bill closed in my center counsel, and the valet decided to go through my things and help themselves to my money. I did send an email to the hotel that went unanswered. So please be aware of what you leave in your car, because it might not be there when you get back. Other than that, we had a great time, and it was super close to the Lucas Oil Stadium. We would definitely stay here again.

This is NOT a family friendly hotel. First of all, no one is friendly. the hotel staff are rude and short and to be honest have no business being in the “hospitality business”. the hotel has removed their pool, which is not good for those traveling with family. Out side the hotel you will find the homeless and the rampant drugs now overtaking so many of our beautiful cities. walk on the wild side and explore the outside, maybe you too and show your children what a drug addict looks like with the needle still in them, laying on the street outside the hotel. for a low price of $250.00 a night and you too can be woken up in the middle of the night with someone pounding on our door. don’t worry the front desk will call the event “unfortunate” and that is all. The beds are comfortable. But beware, not a family friendly place. even the Police tell you to get the kids inside before it gets dark……..

We really enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Regency during our conference. We did notice many changes to the hotel since our last stay. I do wish the hottub was still available as well as the hot/dry sauna; these would truly add to a wind down opportunity after a stressful meeting.

The staff are friendly and the location was what we needed. The room was clean, updated and if that’s all you want then this is great. However, the bed is not comfortable (we stayed in a king room) the sheets had a very distinct and not pleasant smell (I am guessing due to being under the ac vent) and the air in the room is very “wet” feeling- not as humid as outside but definitely noticeable. It was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature for us. The bathroom is extremely small. Due to those things- we will choose another place next time.

Attended a conference at this hotel which made for a good central hub for my trip. Rooms were HUGE and very spacious. I was impressed with the overall experience in the guestroom. They attended to a couple issues very quickly. I loved the easy check in access and not needing to go to the desk – a perk when traveling on business. Only downsides were the restaurant situations. The hotel restaurant off the lobby really seemed irked to have to deal with a larger group of conference attendees but given how early everything else closes it was the main spot to gather. That soured the experience slightly. I would encourage going offsite for any food and beverage needs. Other than that – as far as a conference hotel, it checked all the boxes.

We arrived with 44 people from Dothan, Alabama in 2 vans for NAYC 2025. Zach Lovell, was in the lobby and I needed a luggage cart. He said give him a minute and he would help me. He unloaded 2 vans worth of luggage and refused to allow ladies to carry anything. He made us feel so welcomed and at home. He walked a good ways to load our stuff to take to our room to unload as a dropping point for everyone to claim. He never complained about the heat or said I can’t. He even asked if he could do anything else. The rest of the staff have been helpful and the rooms are amazing. We will return in 2 years and hopefully can stay with the Hilton and have Zach assist us again.

The rooms are spacious but that’s the only positive. Be prepared to sweat. It will not get cooler than 73 and we heard multiple guest complaining about this so it wasn’t just us. Not only warm in the rooms but warm everywhere. And when anyone around you takes a shower it sounds like a machine gun or construction. It’s crazy for a hotel this expensive. Too many choices downtown! Save your money! We actually left early because we couldn’t take the heat. What hotel this expensive has a room that is so warm that you can’t sleep at night?? So disappointed.

I rated only 4 stars because, in my opinion, it was a bit over priced. With that being said, we had an amazing stay. The staff was amazing. The room was very clean and well kept. I think $14 for a cocktail in the lounge is way overpriced but the bartenders were so amazing and friendly and the atmosphere was 5 star quality. I felt like a VIP the entire time I was there.
My biggest and main complaint is that the garage parking was $20 per night and when I pay $150+ per night for a room, I think parking should be complimentary and included.
Would I stay there again? Probably not, but only because I don’t need to be pampered with VIP treatment.

The room was comfortable and the only reason I gave 4 stars is because the cleaning staff left dirty washcloths from the previous guest in the shower. The front desk was very nice – I had an accident and a staff menace me HER crutches to use – without them I don’t know what I would have done.
Parking gets a ZERO! My car was broken into. Back window was smashed in and I have learned they have NO cameras in the garage. Park at your own risk. Gary, another staff member graciously vacuumed my car and tapes plastic on my window so I could get home. Thank you to all of the staff

A lot went wrong and I won’t be back. The first thing, I ended up taking a red eye flight so I’d be arriving early in the morning day of my reservation. I called and asked what my options were and was told the only was to check in right when I got there was to book another night for the day before. So I did. I knew I’d be tired and did not want to bother with having to wait. So I get there and the front desk tells me the computer is running a report and she cannot check me in so to sit down and it will be awhile. 30 minutes go by and I’m exhausted and annoyed. She finally asks me for the name on the reservation and I get back up to go to the desk and she tells me it will still be awhile. I ask why. She says well housekeeping doesn’t get in until 7 so the room might not be ready… my room should have been ready the day before and she would have known that if she would have actually tried to assist me. No apology or anything for the delay. Then I get up to my room and it has an adjoining door. I figure my colleague I also booked a room for would be next door and that was the plan but they have her room away and put her in a tiny room. Which was great because the people who did get her room were so loud, all hours of the night either having a party, having loud sex or blasting the tv. I did call and the front desk said they would send security. Service was pretty slow at the restaurant and the kids in whatever sports team staying there were running up and down the stairwells at all hours playing with silly string. This place was chaotic. Ac in room did not get cool enough and the hot water on the shower took 20 minutes to warm up. For the price, this was an absolute joke.

after an amazing experience in December staying in a corner suite I had my daughter for a daddy daughter Easter weekend and I decided to book the same corner suite to really treat her. We stayed from Friday, April 18 checked out Sunday midday April 20 when I arrived, I asked concierge if I could give them the bag of stuff from the Easter bunny. I simply asked if they could put it in the room not only did they put it in the room, but they had arranged everything in a very nice way that made my job. Is the Easter bunny very easy Sunday morning. shout out to Justin, Jesse Ishmael, Omar, Samuel Ingrid in housekeeping among several others you all make me feel like the most important person in the world. Every time I stay there when I know for a fact this time there were many more VIP guests than myself. I was a little hesitant that the pool may be a little boring for my seven-year-old daughter however we essentially could not leave. The happy Easter card under the door with the breakfast vouchers was an unbelievable surprise. I only wish I could bring an unlimited stack of cash to tip the team every time I stay at the Conrad because I never seem to bring enough. They deserve everything they get and more. Thank you all for providing me and my daughter with an unforgettable weekend and we will be back soon sooner rather than later!!! I cannot recommend taking To a corner suite anymore stayed in 1401 in December and 15 oh1 this past weekend just amazing amazing view of the city and an amazing room.

My first time staying at a Conrad. The service was absolutely fantastic. Ancilleo (sp) at check in was very professional and courteous. First impressions 1st class!

The facility itself was a bit older but none the less really nice. That’s the only reason I gave a 4 on the room.

We went out and upon our return had a turn down service, truly amazing again.

Location is perfect for anything downtown. Lots of restaurants close by.

For a 5 Star hotel the price was reasonable.

Great place , I’d go there again! Well done Hilton!

We just stayed at the Conrad during Gen Con, and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The service is incredible and the hotel staff are very helpful. The dine-in breakfast is so convenient especially when you are heading out to the convention every morning and the food was delicious! There is also a skywalk that connects the Conrad to the Hilton and then to the convention center — could reach the ICC in just about 6 minutes. Its definitely quite pricey but well worth the stay.

I travel weekly for business and the Conrad in Indy is one of my favorite hotels. The rooms and staff are exceptional! The rooms are always clean and fresh smelling, the beds are very comfortable, and the hotel staff is always professional and friendly. Consistency is important to me and the Conrad Indy delivers consistent quality…stay after stay.

From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was quick and seamless. Valet service was smooth and professional, which set the tone for the stay.||The room itself wasn’t overly large — just enough space for a desk, bed, and couch — but it was thoughtfully arranged and comfortable. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but the clear-glass shower was generously sized, and the soaking tub plus ample counter space at the sink made it work.||The location is excellent — right in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, within walking distance of restaurants, a (mostly deserted) mall, and just a 10-minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse.||Bonus perk: Capital Grille is perfect for a great dinner, and it’s located right inside the Conrad. We popped in for appetizers and drinks — convenient and delicious — a double win when you’re traveling with a younger one and don’t want to trek far for good food.||Overall, the Conrad offers a refined yet approachable luxury experience in a prime location. Perfect for both leisure and event stays in Indy.

So we checked in on Friday night, Saturday morning at around 9 a.m we were woken up by hammers, saws, chisels and the sound of a very loud work crew. The hotel knew this was going to be going on and still placed us right next to this. We contacted the front desk and they said, sorry we are at full capacity but we can send someone up and ask if they can quiet down. So basically ask them if they could hammer quieter ? Oh, and the super helpful person at the front desk said, They stop at five! We came up to take a nap and can’t even do that because this joke of a hotel has a construction crew on a Saturday when they are at full capacity. They called my husband back at 3:30 and offered to switch our room, so they lied to me when they told me they had no more rooms available. He said no, because we weren’t even in the room because we couldn’t stand to be there, so by the time we got back they were supposed to be done for the night. Four hundred dollars a night to stay in Indianapolis… Indianapolis and this greedy hotel has construction going on! Monday through Friday I could understand, because if you are coming in for business you’re more than likely gone before 9 a.m. if your coming in for a concert and you want to enjoy your time on the weekend but you can’t because they have saws, hammers, god knows what else, that’s a joke. Stay elsewhere! To add they did not stop at five. They continued on well past till a hotel staffer came up and told them they needed to stop because they had guests complain. So they threw that on the guests that paid over double the normal rates to stay in this hotel and then couldn’t even sleep. Greedy. Dirty and not worth it. Stay at one of the hotels near it. This place isn’t worth the money and isn’t willing to do the right thing. They will comp a room for guests who complain about dogs barking, but won’t make it right when they have a construction zone in the rooms right next to yours. Edit: So after arguing with us and giving us the run around, they finally said that they would give us a refund for our stay, since we had to sleep in a construction zone, slash fire hazard. We got the refund today, and it was 239.48 short of our full refund. My husband spent 45 minutes on the phone with Expedia, just to find out this hotel did not authorize a full refund like they said they would. Please stay elsewhere. There are plenty of decent hotels right down the street.

This was a really nice hotel. The staff were friendly and everything was clean in my room and elsewhere throughout the hotel. I wish parking was cheaper, but I used the parking garage instead of valet and saved some $ there. It wasn’t even a block away, so super easy to get to.

Our experience was top notch! The location is awesome and close to everything, the service was excellent and room was spacious and clean! Special shout out to Michael at the front desk who was always so helpful and accommodating. Also to Lily at the front desk who was so friendly and helpful. Shout out to all the valet guys for their quick service and great care of our vehicle, especially Jacob and Randy who were always so kind and helped us load and unload our vehicle while we were busy with our baby.

Will definitely stay here again for our next visit!

When we got there they overbooked and we would have to change rooms the next day. We made reservations in February. The next day the rooms weren’t ready. My room was being cleaned as we talked to them. Finally it was ready when I complained. My sister’s room was not ready until after 3:30 after a lot of complaining. Thank God my room was ready. The girl at the desk couldn’t be bothered to help us she was on her phone the whole time. The hotel was very nice but what a pain to get rooms

Our second visit to this particular Hilton in the past month, and our experience thus far has been as great as the first visit. Front desk staff is always pleasant, housekeeping staff very friendly and accommodating, valet staff very helpful and polite, and breakfast downstairs is great. Had exceptional service from Richard at breakfast this morning – so considerate, polite, and all around terrific. Hotel in a fantastic location, and a solid value that influenced our decision to return to this specific Hilton – and we will do so again next month.

A mixup had us bumped into a tiny room, too small for our group, but Lilly did her best for us, even during their busiest week and she set us up in an even better room! She saved our weekend. This hotel was in a perfect place downtown and the room was perfect.

This historic hotel was a delight to visit. Very clean, surprisingly modern, and the staff and service was first rate. The complimentary breakfast was varied, and delicious. We had one incident with the facilities and the staff was quick and professional to remedy and management was very thoughtful and prompt in resolving the situation. We would happily use this facility again and recommend it to anyone.

Excellent location! Staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. The hotel was full and we had a handicap accessible room as that was all that was available. This was difficult for a family of 4 for space and room set up. We asked to switch but could not be accommodated as the hotel was full. This was also the darkest room I have ever had in a hotel. The rooms need more light. Bed reading lamps or something would help. It was difficult to read in bed at night. The room was otherwise fairly clean except for the floors in the entry way and bathroom. I felt the price of the hotel room warranted more comforts and cleanliness.

First of all, this hotel is extremely clean and immaculate! The lobby area is spacious and bright was floor to ceiling windows with a great view of downtown.

Check in and check out was easy and fast.

Room was 807. It was very clean, nicely decorated and fairly roomy for the 2 of us.

I liked the security of having to use your card to get into building and to swipe in the elevator to get onto floors.

Valet parking with in and out privileges is offered by the hotel for USD$55/day. We didn’t need our vehicle much so we parked across the street in the parking garage for USD$25/night for 12 hours. No in and out. Street parking is USD$2/hour.

Breakfast on the 2nd floor was bright and lots of seating area. Fay, who worked the breakfast was absolutely amazing! She was friendly and works hard at replenishing the foods. She greeted us and thanked us for choosing The Hampton Inn for our stay. Fay kept the dining area clean. Fay’s smile was a delight to see each morning. Thank you Fay for making our stay even more enjoyable!!

The only thing disappointing was the coffees and hot water offered in lobby were always cold. I always enjoy having a cup of decaf in the lobby but I couldn’t.

I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Although there are numerous hotels in this area, I will stay here again.

TL/DR: bugs! I booked this room for my drill weekend since it was close to the armory & I didn’t wanna spend too much money. I was supposed to stay two nights. The outside of the hotel looks like it could use some upgrading but whatever. I checked into a room on the 4th floor that seemed okay even though there is a lingering smell of cigarettes in the whole building. I opened the curtain to let some light in before settling in & noticed the window was stuck open with no screen. I asked for another room since I didn’t want bugs getting in. The staff was really nice about it & accommodated. I think the room they gave me was supposed to be an upgrade: it was bigger/bigger bed & had a mini fridge. There were bugs in the fridge! Some dead & a few alive crawling around. Bugs all over the sink & a dirty washcloth, I’m not sure how the maintenance staff would have not noticed that. I demanded a refund but had to deal with the third party I booked through as well as figuring out new lodging since I had booked a few weeks in advance. Sorry to the staff for getting sassy but it was pretty unacceptable. Luckily I noticed all this before unpacking or getting too comfortable.

I had a very disappointing stay at Norwood Inn State fair Grounds. The room was extremely dirty and filled with bugs, flies, and even cockroaches. It was honestly one of the least clean places I’ve stayed in, and I couldn’t feel comfortable during my time there. That said, I do want to mention that the staff were genuinely kind and helpful—definitely the one bright spot in the experience. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Cleanliness needs serious improvement.

Don’t waste your money. There was no fridges in the rooms as advertised. Roaches everywhere. No breakfast as advertised on the website. We woke up this morning to water pouring from the ceiling. My husband took a shower and got maybe 3 minutes of hot water. There is no hot water from the tap, like it’s not even hooked up. The room was filthy like it’s not been properly cleaned. Stuff all over the walls and while it says no smoking everything had cigarette burn holes through them. Just overall don’t stay here. Spend the money to go somewhere else.

Here are the good things about this hotel: The TV works.|Here are the bad things about this hotel: Driving up, the parking lot is full of huge pot holes. We were initially assigned to a room that had not been cleaned. The second room we were assigned had nominally been cleaned but had stray hairs remaining. It has a ground in dinginess that would require some updates to the furnishings and some fresh paint to fix. There was only one towel in a double occupancy room. The staff did bring up another set of towels. The toilet was not working correctly and ran all night. The faucet on the sink blasted water out the back. The ceiling over the window drips. The beds are creaky and sagging with hard, flat pillows. The bathroom was full or roaches and ants. There is a nice breakfast area in the lobby, which creates the logical, but incorrect assumption that there will be breakfast or at least coffee. There is a coffee maker in the room. The coffee maker in the room does not work. There is a microwave in the room. The microwave in the room does not work. That is all I found that was wrong with the place, but that should be enough to make it clear that this is not a good place to stay.

I would give zero stars if I could. My stay at the Norwood Inn in Indianapolis was an absolute nightmare. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a musty smell—and to make matters worse, within minutes I saw a roach crawling across the nightstand. I killed it and tried to brush it off, but then I saw two more near the bathroom. Completely unacceptable.||I went to the front desk to request a new room or at least have someone address the problem. The staff was incredibly dismissive and rude. The person at the desk barely looked up and acted like I was inconveniencing them by reporting the issue. No apology, no urgency, just a shrug and, “We can’t do anything tonight.”||I ended up leaving and booking a room elsewhere because there was no way I was sleeping in that place. The lack of cleanliness and the terrible customer service made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Spend your money elsewhere—this place is filthy, and the staff clearly doesn’t care.

I booked what was billed as an Executive room and was sorely disappointed in almost every respect.
1) The room was in generally poor condition, with apparent water damage and other broken or exposed fixtures. The sheets had stains on them. There were several insects that I spotted throughout my stay.
2) My key card stopped working on the second day. The front desk was quick to replace it. One of the members of the cleaning staff also offered to let me in, which I declined.
3) Most of the ice machines on site were broken. As far as I could tell, only a single ice dispenser on the 3rd floor worked.
4) My internet stopped working in the middle of the afternoon. It was out for so long that I ended up setting up my own hotspot just to get some work done.
5) The hall windows were left open at all times, at least on the second floor.
6) Their website lists amenities including a complimentary breakfast (not offered) and a cafe (not present). I didn’t even bother to see whether the advertised indoor pool, spa, or gym existed. None of the pictures on their site appear accurate at all, perhaps being taken from a different property.
7) When I brought this up with the front desk staff, I was told that the information was correct on all 3rd-party sites. When I insisted that their own website ought to be correct, I was told that the clerk had been “telling him” to change it for a long time.

I would not have booked a room here if I had known any of this, and I will not stay here again.

I think this place is getting bombed with bad reviews by other hotels in the area. I almost passed it up because of the many, many, many bad reviews, but there’s nothing wrong with this place at all. No fridge or microwave in the rooms, but everything is clean and undamaged. I dunno, maybe they give different rooms depending on how classy they think you are. Either that or these other reviews are full of it. This place is fine, and a lot cheaper than anything else in the area, don’t let the reviews scare you away.
