Came here for an industry exhibition. The group rate made it more competitive. The parking is not very clear. There are two entrances both show all the other brands. Drove By the first entrance because JW Marriott was not shown. Check in was pretty quick. Room was good. On then 9th floor corner. Wish had higher floor but the 9th was decent. There are two different elevator groups. One only goes to 22nd floor. The other starts at 23 and up. That’s the first one you run into after check in though. Overall a good hotel.

Meseret was very charming and helpful. She made me feel welcome made sure I had all I needed. Alex was a delight and the food was delicious. They made the trip extra special It is service like this that makes the JD Marriott an exceptional property.

I’m a Titanium Member and JW Marriotts never disappoint when it comes to great service. But I have to say that Alex and Mes in the Executive Lounge are EXCEPTIONAL!! Friendly and knowledgeable, but also ELEGANT – they both just ooze class. My experience spending 30 mins in the lounge was just wonderful. Please appreciate them and take care of them, because they’re taking care of your guests in a big way. 👍🏼

Room smells like dirty feet , elevators out of order with the hotel at capacity. Plan on waiting if you have a high floor. They promised us two rooms on the same floor when we checked in and did not deliver. The food is great, nice staff and it’s clean in the common areas. 🚨 Update: it was my wife’s feet the stink so upgraded by one star. This place is just not 4 or 5 star.

I stayed at the JW Marriott Indianapolis Downtown for a cheer event and was there for the entire weekend. The hotel was a great experience overall, but my favorite part of my stay was hands down the bar. It was sooooo busy every night, yet Eric, the bartender, made the experience feel personal and top-tier. His drinks were absolutely delicious — he created a special cucumber martini for me on the spot, and it was so good I came back the next day just to get another one. What really stood out was Eric’s service and attention to detail. He remembered it was my birthday, wished me well, and immediately knew exactly what I wanted without me even having to ask. Even with the bar packed, he still managed to check on everyone, keep the water flowing, and make sure every guest felt taken care of. He also introduced us to a few of his other signature mixes, and they were just as good. Eric is truly one of the best bartenders I’ve had — skilled, professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient under pressure. I will absolutely be back, and I’ll definitely be stopping by the bar to see Eric again.

Five star room, customer service and members lounge. We are Elite members and often find that hotels don’t offer the upgrades Marriott promises. But the JW Marriot offers more a five star experience. We were offered a room upgrade to a corner room with view of the city. The rooms are wonderful – comfortable beds, incredible view and central location. The floor to ceiling windows offer a view that matches anything we’ve seen in Chicago or New York. The members lounge is amazing – floor to ceiling windows 31 stories above the city. Full breakfast, lunch and dessert options. Throughout the customer service has been amazing. Becky, Ditta, Meseret and Alex in the members lounge asked about allergies and made sure I had gluten free desserts. Thanks guys!

Anna and Eddie at Rye Bar completely elevated my experience at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. From the moment I sat down, their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. They anticipated needs before I even had to ask, offered thoughtful recommendations, and delivered service that felt both polished and genuinely personal. It’s rare to encounter people who balance efficiency with authentic hospitality so effortlessly. Anna and Eddie’s warmth and attentiveness made the entire stay feel seamless and memorable. The food and drinks were outstanding, and their expertise behind the bar truly enhanced the experience. If you’re staying at the Marriott Downtown, I highly recommend dining at Conner’s — and if you’re lucky enough to be served by Anna and Eddie you’re in for a first-class experience.

Positive: Kindness of the staff. Negative: Cost of the hotel was higher by the time I got there with all the other fees. Parking should not cost more when you are already paid for a room and the extra 100 for fees.

Loved the property! It was very pleasant to be welcomed by an open lounge/foyer with fireplaces and ample seating. You could see many people taking advantage of spots to chat or work. The design and ambiance were welcoming and enjoyable. The staff was professional and friendly. I enjoyed the Loaf & Vine convenient shop insight the lobby. The wrap sandwich was perfect for lunch on the go between sessions. My room was quiet and clean. I enjoyed the bedding and spacious room. Temperature is always a question in hotels and I was comfortable through the entire stay. Everything was enjoyable and pleasant. Look forward to visiting again.

I wish I had stayed here both days that I was in town, but the experience was great for the day I was there. Location was right around many restaurants and not as far from the stadium as we thought. My friend was sick while there and I needed help with getting items to my room while I was out, Tyla (or Kyla, sorry I forgot which spelling), a Black woman who was the front desk agent, helped me with getting my order when the delivery people were less than helpful. She even assisted me with getting things to my room. I used to work for the Marriott in Chicago and I know the level of service we gave our patrons and I'm glad to see that more properties are gi ing the same type of help and assistance to the customers.

Adequate is the best description. Not good not terrible just adequate.. My room wasn't available until 2 hours after the supposed check-in time. Fortunately, I was traveling with someone and was able to put my luggage in their room while waiting for the hotel to call me and let me know my room was ready. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked properly. Their TV channels didn't include any premium channels aka movie channels but there were a couple of sports channels. Normally this isn't a big deal since most hotel TVs now work with your own streaming services. Unfortunately, the only streaming service possible on the TV was Netflix and only if you have Netflix without ads. I subscribe to the ad supported Netflix version so it wouldn't operate. One final word of advice is to be prepared for long wait times for hot water on the 10th floor. Not sure how all the floors are. I almost gave up on hot water my first night thinking I'd have to ask for another room. Eventually, it started warming. My second night I turned the shower on hot upon getting back to my room. I proceeded to get my sleepwear out, brushed my teeth, flossed, got my washcloth and towel ready, and after waiting about a minute longer, finally had hot water. Maybe don't stay here if water conservation is important to you.

Mohammed — he is truly amazing. I received the best service ever. His kind heart really stood out. I saw him helping an elderly couple get to their seats. They wanted to eat steak, but it was not available, and he did everything he could to help them. He even brought in other colleagues, and thanks to his big effort, the lovely couple had a great dinner. They appeared to be in their late 70s and had a full day of traveling. I witnessed him helping the gentleman with great kindness to get to his seat, picking up their plates and mine as well, and keeping everything clean and ready for everyone to enjoy. He is a wonderful person and an amazing asset to this hotel.

Mohammed made our stay at the Marriott Indianapolis Downtown truly exceptional. From the moment we visited the M Club lounge, his welcoming demeanor and genuine kindness stood out. His smile was contagious, and his customer service consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well cared for. The M Club lounge was always clean and well stocked, which made it a reliable and relaxing space during a very busy All-Star cheer event weekend. My daughter and I were especially grateful to have someone like Mohammed during such a hectic schedule. Exceptional customer service is rare, and Mohammed is a true asset to the Marriott team. This is a wonderful hotel with excellent accessibility to nearby venues and amenities. We look forward to returning for our fourth year in 2027. PS: The gummy bears in the lounge are amazing.

Positive: Location Negative: We were wrongly charged $69 for valet parking even though we parked our own car in the garage. We also paid the $49 for the self parking. Tried multiple times with the hotel to get the charge resolved and got the run around.

The rooms are dated and need to be updated. My shower had mold in it. I went downstairs and asked to be switched to another room. The room I was switched to also had mold in the showers. Not a little bit but a lot of mold. I was disgusted and didn’t want to shower the night I was there. This hotel totally needs to be upgraded.

I came for a meeting and had little disappointment with the stay. Front desk staff was amazing. My room was nice except it had issues with the hvac (no temp control and the fan was blowing at an uncomfortable temp). When I let them know, they sent an engineer to fix it. That helped the second night but my last night it reverted back to the first night’s temps which wasn’t great. The meeting spaces were good from an attendee standpoint. I loved coming across this vending pharmacy in the hotel – there was a good variety and the prices were fair. I certainly needed it! Out of the meeting- so many activities were walkable. It was a 10-12 minute walk to see the Pacers play the Nets. If I wanted to catch a play, an option was across the street, shopping and restaurants were all around (except the mall – don’t go looking for that like I did… it doesn’t really exist anymore). I heard a river wasn’t far but I didn’t go that direction. I went on a leisure walk with colleagues and we ran across several large war memorials and was in sight of what looked like a beautiful public library but we had to turn back for our meetings. Said that to say, you won’t get bored around there.

Don't go here if you like sitting down to have lunch. They've blocked off all the small tables people have been using for years claiming they're for bar use only. Those tables used to be out in front of the waterfall but they replaced them with three big glass tables and lined up the smaller tables by the bar. These tables aren't even in the bar they're in the walkway alongside it. It's a disservice to the restaurants in the lobby and downtown workers who have frequented this place for years. Bad form. Bad decision.

Came here to support family for a cheer competition. Payed top dollar to have easy access. But I'm sorry, there wasn't any accomidations other than being connected. The elevators broke and had people stuck. The service elevators had to be used multiple times. Housekeeping knocked at 9am. The rooms were VERY hott during the day. The showers were cold and water pressure wasn't great. The parking costs were crazy and inconvenient for the time of the competition. Plus the garage is SO CONFUSING. And only one very crowded bathroom in comp area, if you go back to hotel area for parking there are no public bathrooms.

Decided to stay last minute due to snow emergency. Front desk agent was helpful and very friendly. Room itself is a bit dated for such a nice hotel. The beds were not horrendous, but did not sleep well. The heat didn't work very well as the cold air seeped in through the window. No fan in the bathroom so our showers created a stuffy environment, and then the window iced over from the humidity of showers. But the water pressure and temperature was amazing in the shower. The cast from phone did not work on any 3 devices we tried utilizing on the TV. Really appreciated the indoor Sky walk connecting us to Plaza Park Garage that we were utilizing for the convention center event we had.

pros: close to convention center downtown location bed was comfortable and bedding 🛌. temp control was fine . and internet was so so . cons : bathrooms small no grab bar to step in or out especially if u have mobility issues .No microwave in room or maybe have one 2 use like on each floor also no trash cans as , I wanted to take out trash like food containers etc had to go to first floor . Also , staff didn't know the hours for Regency Club as it was closed on Weekends .And I had to back down to get food vouchers for the globist . Further note: They need staffing in their restaurants especially when their is big events or conventions, as they were understaffed.

This place is great, it’s an old train depot. There are still old train passenger cars here that they have converted into rooms. Breakfast is about as good as any hotel that has free breakfast so if you choose your hotel based on great free breakfast then this is probably not for you. The staff is however, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. It’s location is downtown and within walking distance of some great dining options and has indoor skywalks so you can get from the hotel to the convention center, Lucas Oil stadium, and a nice parking garage without walking outdoors. Beautiful location with lots of history but still a modern stay, very nice.

No real wow factor except at 2am on night one when the train rolls through and the building shakes and you jump up thinking its and earth quake! Lobby is boring, rooms are on the smaller side but clean with nice hot water. Service was good but it's a place to sleep and that's pretty much it. Good clean room with 2 trains or so nightly, so if you're a heavy sleeper this is the place for you!

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza for the weekend and overall had a really cool experience. The standout feature is definitely the industrial aesthetic. The exposed steel beams with visible rivets give the whole place a historic, almost warehouse-converted-into-luxury vibe. It feels unique compared to your typical cookie-cutter hotel. The large common areas add to that charm — plenty of space to relax, meet up with friends, or just take in the architecture. Location is another huge plus. It’s right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and several attractions without needing to drive everywhere. That convenience alone makes it a great choice for a weekend stay. There were a couple downsides, though. The bathrooms are very small and set up in two separate spaces, which feels a bit cramped and awkward — especially if you’re sharing the room. Parking can also be a challenge if you’re not using valet. Finding a spot nearby isn’t always easy, so valet might be the less stressful option. Overall, it’s a solid downtown stay with character and convenience, just be prepared for tight bathrooms and plan ahead for parking.

The Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station is a unique hotel housed in America's first Union Station, an historic train depot listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It retains great character and charm through its grand architecture and preserved elements. A standout feature is the 26 guest rooms converted from authentic early-20th-century Pullman train cars, still positioned on original tracks. These provide an immersive, memorable stay with vintage appeal and modern comforts. The downtown location offers convenient access to attractions such as the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. On-site amenities support both leisure and business needs effectively. While the train car rooms deliver exceptional novelty, their narrower dimensions and occasional ambient noise from rail activity are inherent to the design—many guests view these as enhancing the authentic experience. This property earns strong recommendation for travelers seeking distinctive heritage accommodations in Indianapolis.

The location of this hotel is really unbeatable, especially if you are in town for a convention or anything on the circle. The staff were amazing, we stayed over christmas eve and christmas day. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I have had at a hotel, shout out to Ashwin he made our breakfast great and he was so nice. He was super helpful and made sure we always had coffee. Crystal made us feel at home as soon as we checked in and gave us a lot of cool information about the hotel. My only issue was the room, if you get the rail car rooms they are very cool and novel, but they are for sure cramped. The rooms are not the most luxurious in the Indy area, but the beds were comfy and the pillows were soft but supportive. The lack of a TV we could stream to was a downside. Otherwise, amazing stay we would absolutely stay again.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza 30+ times over the last seven years. We have also had a big customer conference held there with 150 participants. First: The Grand Hall at Union Station is beautiful and makes for a great customer event center. Second: the hotel is under an active train track, so about half of the rooms experience rumbling and shaking from the trains occasionally at all times of the day and night. Third: I have stayed there because it is very close to my office, but also convenient to the main Indianapolis convention center and Colts Football stadium. The rooms are a bit dark and aged, although still comfortable. The showers are standard. (I appreciate that IHG has gone to wall based soap, shampoo and conditioner in their hotels.) I like the train car rooms better than the standard rooms, because they are long and thin. It allows for the TV seating area to feel a bit separate from the bed. The breakfast is extra – so plan on an extra $20+ for breakfast, unless it is included with your rate, The gym is small and only treadmills (3), ellipticals (3) and one bike. Just a rack of dumbbells up to 50 lbs and some exercise bands round out the full gym. Similar to holiday inns, but not up to the par of some of the larger and more prestigious brands.

Text: Rooms are very spacious. Front desk team very helpful as well as Sam the valet. Tori and Lanee at the front desk helped me with a situation one early morning. Emily at the front desk went out of her way to find a new room for me – she is a true asset to the Hilton brand! Great fitness center with Precor machines & good free weights. Nice breakfast (great service with Natalie). Hotel is in a good location. Rooms are somewhat dark for business travel. Main problem was could not get enough/any heat in 2 different rooms during very cold weather. Freezing! Also, during 2 stays in 2 different rooms – lamps had a bulb burned out so room was darker than usual.

As a Diamond member, this is truly one of my favorite hotels! Every time I stay at Hilton Indianapolis, I’m reminded why I love it so much. I even created a TikTok video review to show just how beautiful this property is. I occasionally visit Indianapolis, and I’m often very last-minute with my bookings. Each time I’ve chosen this hotel, I’ve been beyond pleased. The staff is absolutely amazing especially Lanae at the front desk (I apologize if I misspelled her name). She is always so welcoming, professional, and accommodating. Her customer service really stands out and makes every stay feel special. I also want to recognize the restaurant and the breakfast staff they are fantastic! Breakfast is always a great experience with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms and suites are some of the best I’ve experienced spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The beds are amazing! I consistently get the best sleep here. If you’re looking for a hotel in Indy, this should be your first choice. It’s not only beautiful and comfortable, but also cost-efficient. I highly recommend it!

I enjoyed staying at the Hilton in Indianapolis. I had a large room with a decent view. I was really happy to be recognized as a Diamond for Life member when I reached my room. Katelyn B. was very thoughtful and left a nice card and a box of Truffles for me. We had such an enjoyable stay at this modern hotel with just the right touch of class. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the shower was hands-down the best I’ve experienced in a long time. Special shoutout to the bathroom mirror — a flawless 10/10.||||The only thing we missed was the skywalk access to the convention center. It was definitely walkable, just a bit chilly during our visit. Still, the hotel staff more than made up for it. They were genuinely the best I’ve ever encountered — warm, attentive, and truly committed to great service.||||Overall, a fantastic stay that left us impressed and already thinking about our next visit.

Awesome place. We stayed on the 10th floor facing Union station had a balcony and it was a great room. Room was spacious and bed was awesome. I wish I could buy this type of mattress for home. Year after year, we stay at the Omni for Jamfest weekend, but unfortunately the customer service we’ve received from Regina has continued to decline. Each visit, she becomes more combative and argumentative with hotel guests. It also feels like service is inconsistent—some patrons are treated well, while others receive noticeably poor service. This trip, we ordered sliders and fries. The sliders came out cold, and the fries were overly salty and also cold. We informed our server, who was very kind and professional. However, once Regina was made aware, she immediately became defensive and wanted to argue about how the sliders were entered into the system instead of focusing on resolving the issue. This isn’t a one-time experience. Last year she was rude, and the year before (prior to the remodel) her attitude was also unprofessional. While everything else—from check-in to the room—was perfectly fine, Regina’s behavior is the reason for this negative review. Going forward, this will not be our hotel of choice for Jamfest weekend, and I will be letting our cheer family and friends know to book elsewhere if they want better service.

Had a great two night stay here during the month of October. From the moment you walk in it is obvious that this is a five star hotel. The lobby isn't huge but it is very elegant and smells wonderful. The staff I encountered during my stay were very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a lot of amenities. The bathroom was a good size with separate shower and tub. I loved the traditional elegant decor of the room which separates it from a lot of the modern luxury hotels that mostly look sterile and cold. The fitness center was large and had a lot of equipment to choose from. The lap pool was also very nice which was right next to the fitness center. The only issue I encountered was that the Lounge was closed in the afternoon even though the hours were posted that it would open at 4. As a diamond member, I had planned on using my daily dining credit towards dinner and drinks only to find out it was no longer open but opted for in-room dining instead which was pretty good. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a luxurious hotel in downtown Indianapolis.

Sheets had stains and pillows were dirty with stains (inside pillow cases) . Check and make sure guys!!! Gym was nice! Pool was ok but towels ran out and hair all over the floors! Mall had 3 floors and very convenient and nice! Could use more signs from and to hotel and mall. Staff was nice! Breakfast was expensive! I was asked if I wanted coffee and I thought it was free since he asked and had it on every table but it was charged $5.00! Real and honest review. Better off drinking the coffee in the room!

Positive: Very nice. Staff was great. Negative: We couldn?t get our room to cool down. It was hot and stuffy.? me and my teenage daughters both slept on top of the blankets because it was so stuffy. The AC blower couldn?t have blown out the candles on a cake for a mouse. Set it at 63 and only got to 71

Really great hotel and fantastic location for shopping and amenities. Little details made this stay more enjoyable such as cookies in the afternoon and attention to detail by the great staff. The food was fantastic. We ordered room service and ate on site several times would like to shout out Blake and Christian the GM for great customer service and for enhancing our stay – we will be back and highly recommend!

Enjoyed an evening of Dinner Detective. This is absolutely a lot of fun and worth the money. The crowd interactions makes it so much fun. Definitely a fun atmosphere and I highly recommend this event. The food was enjoyable. If you are a person with a big appetite eat a little something before going. I heard a gentleman say he was still hungry, but it was plenty of food for me. Bring your thinking cap with you for sure!

First time here. Would stay here again in a hearbeat. The people were very nice & showed that Hoosier Hospitality. Room was clean, beds very comfortable & shower was hot. No complaints. The area has plenty to do less than 10 minutes away.

Getting negative out of the way first. Dirty towels scattered all over the pool area with no clean towels. Called front desk and they said they’d bring some, they never did, so my husband had to go get some from our room. The pull out bed in our room was very springy and hard, and the shower had obviously not been cleaned. Other than that, it was an amazing stay, the food at the restaurant downstairs was delicious, the pool and hot tub are great, and all of the staff was very friendly. We will stay again!

The property is well located and easy to get to. The hotel room has a nice size and is new and very clean. I ordered room service for dinner. I found the food to be carefully made and tasty, despite my having ordered it at 10PM. I was worried care and attention to detail might slip at that later hour but it definitely did not. If you're looking for a full service hotel with very friendly employees who care about your satisfaction stay here. I am glad I did.

We had a wonderful stay here for a swim meet we traveled for. We upgraded our rooms to queen beds, had a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room with the good creamer and coffee. Rooms had a warm and upgraded decor that was pleasant, the beds were super comfy as well as the pillows. Great night sleep for my son and me! Staff was very helpful and attentive. Jaden and Lily helped to check us in early and handled any of our needs. We will be back!

I am in Indianapolis often for work and this is my favorite hotel in the city. Not only are the rooms always clean and comfortable, but the staff is incredible here. Jossie took a fair amount of time to help me print documents that I needed— and was very polite. My rewards status was also recognized, and I received an upgrade, given availability, during another stay. Excellent location and an extremely well run property. I will certainly stay here again—and you should too!

I want to follow up with an honest review after a very stressful and emotionally charged situation that occurred during our stay this past weekend 12/13 — 12/14. One that was not caused by the hotel or its staff. The staff at this hotel were professional, calm, and supportive throughout the entire situation. At no point did I feel threatened, mistreated, or disrespected. On the contrary, the team handled everything with patience, neutrality, and a clear focus on guest safety, especially where a child was involved. Hotel staff de-escalated tensions appropriately, maintained professionalism even when emotions were running high, and ensured that everyone remained safe. I was treated with kindness and understanding, and I am genuinely grateful for how they handled a situation that was entirely outside of their control. The property itself was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located downtown. Any issues that arose during our stay were addressed calmly and professionally by staff. I felt it was important to leave this review to provide an accurate reflection of my experience. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to families and travelers who value professionalism, safety, and respectful service.

Recently stayed at Hilton garden inn. They had HVAC problems out of their control. Our room was 83. Manager Mindi was very helpful and understanding. She made sure we got another room and followed through to make sure we were good. Front desk agent Jaden was so fun!

Overall this hotel is a very good hotel and a very clean hotel. Avoid 16th floor. To be fair they told me that the 16 floor has no windows only a ceiling window and it sounds kinda cool but it was pretty depressing and thr ceiling wondow is super up high. It is not some fancey glass ceiling. And the water pressure in the 16th floor was pretty low… The parking is free valley but the valley folks were super attentive and quick. The location is amazing.

I stay at Hilton hotels across the country and recently had one of the best experiences In Indianapolis. There was a hotel wide issue due to new construction in the downtown area and Mindi Poole – Front Office Manager was beyond professional and accommodating. Although the problem was not due to any fault of the Hilton Garden Inn, Mindi and her boss Alex Kimbrell – Assistant General Manager made an unfortunate experience one of the best trips I've been on. I would recommend you stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Indianapolis! Over and over again!

We were in town for Nate Bargaetze's comedy show at the Gainbridge Field House. We booked the Hampton so we didn't have to drive home afterwards. The Hampton was within walking distance from the hotel and the crowd size was overwhelming. 😳 The hotel was great! People were nice, helpful and informative. Absolutely NO ONE lost their temper or rushed the service despite the lines of people trying to check in or arranging valet parking. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked with towels and all other necessary supplies. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a clean, safe place to sleep. It was easy to get to, and the valet parking was a godsend.

The location is perfect if you have to attend an event at Gainbridge. The room was spacious BUT extremely dark. Only lights in the room was the small desk lamp, the two small reading lamps above nightstand, and the overhead light at the entrance. In addition, there was no soap at the sink so you had to turn around and get soap from the shower dispenser to wash your hands. Lastly, the bathroom ceiling looked like it was about to cave in with plaster peeling and huge water stains. Honestly, I suggest not renting the room until it's fixed (821).

Positive: The room was so comfortable and bright. I asked for a top floor. I was in town for a concert and it was a short 3 min walk! Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was an added bonus. Negative: ""

First time here and will stay here again. The service we got upon check in was amazing – helped us find parking across the street which was 1/2 the price of valet. The rooms were great except our room if 731 needed more lighting (which was my reason for the 4 star on the room). Having said this, this is the best hotel we have stayed at regarding AC. I have never seen a thermostat in a hotel room that goes down to 50. We tend to find hotel rooms on the stuffy side and ac not all that great. I wish all Hilton/Hampton brand hotels would have ac like this hotel. The hot water – best! The bed – in my opinion was great. We did not eat the hot breakfast as we were in a time crunch – however the lady who I did not get her name – asked if she could box anything up for us. We got here late and checked out early so can’t comment on the location but from what we saw driving to and from hotel there seems to be a lot of places to go and eat at. For sure stay at this hotel if you are in the area. This will be our go to hotel going through Indy in the future.

Nice hotel overall. However for the nightly rate the room needs small upgrades. The TV was antenna only and barely kept a signal. Would be nice to have a smart TV in this day and age so we could stream our own content. The bed was just a mattress that was sunk in the middle. We personally did not like the breakfast, sausage, eggs, potatoes did not taste good. We stuck with cereal. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay was wonderful in many ways. Check-in was quick and easy, thanks to Damien, who was pleasant and very helpful. The next morning, Kay made breakfast a delight—she greeted us warmly, kept everything well stocked, and was super attentive to our needs. One area that could be improved is the valet service. When we pulled up, we had to unload all of our many bags ourselves and struggled to carry them in before a valet inside noticed us. Later, when we called for our car to run an errand, we found it covered in snow. We hadn’t realized the vehicles were not kept in a covered garage, and it would have been nice if more than just the windshield wipers had been cleared. Overall, the staff inside the hotel made our stay enjoyable, but the valet experience left room for improvement.

Stayed here for the TSO (trans-siberian orchestra) since it was so close to the field house, and it was so enjoyable! Damien at the front desk made the check in process fun and engaging, he even thanked my husband for his silver status! The rooms were decent and the bed was extremely comfortable. The view we had was of the circle, and the lights were gorgeous. Would definitely recommend staying! The staff is amazing, the rooms are cozy and the views are beautiful.
