Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown

This was a really nice hotel. The staff were friendly and everything was clean in my room and elsewhere throughout the hotel. I wish parking was cheaper, but I used the parking garage instead of valet and saved some $ there. It wasn't even a block away, so super easy to get to.

Our experience was top notch! The location is awesome and close to everything, the service was excellent and room was spacious and clean! Special shout out to Michael at the front desk who was always so helpful and accommodating. Also to Lily at the front desk who was so friendly and helpful. Shout out to all the valet guys for their quick service and great care of our vehicle, especially Jacob and Randy who were always so kind and helped us load and unload our vehicle while we were busy with our baby. Will definitely stay here again for our next visit!

Very nice updated hotel. Rooms are tall and plenty of space. Very quiet fir a downtown location. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast available as either continental or by order for $. Evening dining available for $.

When we got there they overbooked and we would have to change rooms the next day. We made reservations in February. The next day the rooms weren't ready. My room was being cleaned as we talked to them. Finally it was ready when I complained. My sister's room was not ready until after 3:30 after a lot of complaining. Thank God my room was ready. The girl at the desk couldn't be bothered to help us she was on her phone the whole time. The hotel was very nice but what a pain to get rooms

Front desk, and housekeeping staff were the absolute best. Always met with a smile and eager to assist. Top tier staff makes this lodging a 5 +. Newly renovated rooms does help, but the staff sealed the deal for me.

Our second visit to this particular Hilton in the past month, and our experience thus far has been as great as the first visit. Front desk staff is always pleasant, housekeeping staff very friendly and accommodating, valet staff very helpful and polite, and breakfast downstairs is great. Had exceptional service from Richard at breakfast this morning - so considerate, polite, and all around terrific. Hotel in a fantastic location, and a solid value that influenced our decision to return to this specific Hilton - and we will do so again next month.

A mixup had us bumped into a tiny room, too small for our group, but Lilly did her best for us, even during their busiest week and she set us up in an even better room! She saved our weekend. This hotel was in a perfect place downtown and the room was perfect.
