My family and I had a great stay at the Sheraton. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was very convenient. But what truly made our experience special was the outstanding customer service. One person who really stood out was Roberto at breakfast. He was absolutely amazing; he truly embodies the spirit of hospitality! ¡Gracias, Roberto! You made our stay even more memorable.
I rated only 4 stars because, in my opinion, it was a bit over priced. With that being said, we had an amazing stay. The staff was amazing. The room was very clean and well kept. I think $14 for a cocktail in the lounge is way overpriced but the bartenders were so amazing and friendly and the atmosphere was 5 star quality. I felt like a VIP the entire time I was there. My biggest and main complaint is that the garage parking was $20 per night and when I pay $150+ per night for a room, I think parking should be complimentary and included. Would I stay there again? Probably not, but only because I don't need to be pampered with VIP treatment.
This was a kind of sad trip. Memorial service for my Aunt what had passed. However, I have stayed at tons of Marriott related hotels over the years. I wanted the thank Kiana in the restaurant for breakfasts. She and the morning crew did a spectacular job. Quick, efficient, always taking care of all the guests. Also, want to call out the bartender, unfortunately, I forgot his name! But he was quite helpful with suggestions!|All in all, a good trip! Thanks
Fast check in, the room was great! The bed was absolute perfection as always! Very clean hotel with other amenities right in the central of Keystone Crossing fashion mall area. Valet was excellent. They were quick to get my car whenever I needed it. "Will" went the extra mile in Valet and actually offered to take my luggage for me. Valet doesn’t usually go the extra mile like that so I appreciated it. "Will" you made the Sheraton look even better than I already thought it was!!
The room was comfortable and the only reason I gave 4 stars is because the cleaning staff left dirty washcloths from the previous guest in the shower. The front desk was very nice - I had an accident and a staff menace me HER crutches to use - without them I don’t know what I would have done. Parking gets a ZERO! My car was broken into. Back window was smashed in and I have learned they have NO cameras in the garage. Park at your own risk. Gary, another staff member graciously vacuumed my car and tapes plastic on my window so I could get home. Thank you to all of the staff
A lot went wrong and I won’t be back. The first thing, I ended up taking a red eye flight so I’d be arriving early in the morning day of my reservation. I called and asked what my options were and was told the only was to check in right when I got there was to book another night for the day before. So I did. I knew I’d be tired and did not want to bother with having to wait. So I get there and the front desk tells me the computer is running a report and she cannot check me in so to sit down and it will be awhile. 30 minutes go by and I’m exhausted and annoyed. She finally asks me for the name on the reservation and I get back up to go to the desk and she tells me it will still be awhile. I ask why. She says well housekeeping doesn’t get in until 7 so the room might not be ready… my room should have been ready the day before and she would have known that if she would have actually tried to assist me. No apology or anything for the delay. Then I get up to my room and it has an adjoining door. I figure my colleague I also booked a room for would be next door and that was the plan but they have her room away and put her in a tiny room. Which was great because the people who did get her room were so loud, all hours of the night either having a party, having loud sex or blasting the tv. I did call and the front desk said they would send security. Service was pretty slow at the restaurant and the kids in whatever sports team staying there were running up and down the stairwells at all hours playing with silly string. This place was chaotic. Ac in room did not get cool enough and the hot water on the shower took 20 minutes to warm up. For the price, this was an absolute joke.
Location is great. I’m an Indianapolis native so I’m very familiar with the city. I prefer to stay in this area versus staying downtown. The hotel is also connected to the mall. It’s a modern, clean, and peaceful space. The corner suite we were given was perfect. Staff were relatively friendly for the most part. Overall, no complaints.
