They were great! On time as promised, very kind and loaded my wife into the van. On the return trip; same driver same as before. He even asked to help us get her in the house. I tried to tip the driver in which he quickly refused. They will always be my go to for medical transportation.

Ms.K is super nice and easy to befriend as she has quickly became a friend of mine I feel. Not to leave out anybody else though because there hasn’t been one driver I’ve ridden with that I did not like. Really great service!

The driver seemed a little distracted with a phone on the visor playing some video and she was also talking on the phone.
She ran over the rumble strips several times to and from the doctor’s office.
On the way home she pulled out in front of a car that was turning.

Ride to Ascension St Vincent Carmel was great. Driver was prompt, professional, courteous. Return home not so much. Driver was 1.5 hours late. She wore a headset and was talking on a phone while driving – distraction. At 82nd and I-69 driver ran a red light.

Nathan, our driver, was amazing!! He was professional, friendly and personable. He made sure we didn’t wet during the rain by getting close to the buildings’ entrances. He made everyone feel comfortable. We loved our coach bus. It was some of our guests first time on a coach bus and they were so impressed.

Avant-garde provided excellent service and was easy to book 22 passenger van for a birthday. The van was nice and clean. Michael was our driver and did a wonderful job. He was on time and gave us safe, comfortable transportation.

This was my first time booking Avant Garde Limousines. They did a wonderful job getting our wedding party from the church to the reception on time. This was an overall smooth and pleasant experience. I would strongly recommend using them for any of your future events!!

Our driver Jill was very courteous and informative about Indianapolis. Answered all our questions and was a pleasure to visit with.

Great ride to the airport! Joshua arrived about 5-10 minutes early and was ready for us with a nice clean and big car for the four of us and our large bags. The ride was smooth and we got to the airport with zero problems. I’m glad I booked this instead of driving and parking my car for 3 weeks at the airport.

Return trip review: Our driver Steven was waiting for us in baggage claim at 11:30 at night and helped us with our large bags and got us home safe and sound. It was a very comfortable ride and I’m super happy I didn’t have to drive 50 minutes after traveling for 20 hours. I won’t hesitate to use them again whenever the need arises. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I booked AvantGarde as a wedding reception getaway luxury car for my daughter. Online booking was easy.. James, the driver, arrived early at my daughter’s wedding reception. He was very professional. Vehicle was great.. Communication about reservation status including arrival time was excellent. Great Job.

Great experience. Katie was super friendly and responsive to questions during the booking process. Our driver, Joshua, was nice and got us safely to a concert and back. We booked the sprinter limo van which was perfect for our party of 10.

Nice airport, and various attractions within it like cars from speedway motor museum, Kind Gallery, Beatles. Designs for identifying the restrooms is nice. Creativity at the airport reflects via art and designs.

It felt good to come home after traveling. The airport was clean. I was annoyed that they only had one section opened for all flights but I was able to easily find my bags. The bathrooms were clean. The shuttle was clean. Its normally super easy to navigate the airport.

I arrived at 6:20am on a red eye from Seattle with 5 hours to wait until my ride arrived. Exhausted I Googled “places to rest” and discovered they have Sensory Rooms! They are beautiful and peaceful spaces, geared toward adults and children with special needs. They even have an adult sized changing table in the attached large bathroom! It has low lighting, with soothing colors and art work. I am thoroughly impressed and feel blessed to find such a quiet place to recover.

This airport is gorgeous and in my top 3 cleanest airports. My favorite part of this place is the wide open spaces to walk without bumping into people. The design of this airport was well thought out.

My only flaw is the Uber pickup area. It’s literally a skinny sidewalk against a wall in which your trapped and can’t walk around anyone without stepping into the busy road. To me it’s a huge safety hazard.

Light and bright, clean, and well organized. I love that they put “people movers” all over! And I appreciated the art/poetry in the windows. Lots of variety in the food options.

IND is a very nice airport. I noticed that all the elevators , escalators, and moving sidewalks were working. The baggage claim was spacious and bright. A very good food court is offered Pre-security, awesome! Post-security offers good coffee and dining options as well and the airport interior is well lit, and up to date flight departure/arrival boards. IND is one of the better airports I’ve been through in quite a while. It’s a great airport!

Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is one of the cleanest and most organized airports I’ve visited. The layout is easy to navigate, security lines move efficiently, and staff are helpful. I appreciated the wide seating areas, charging stations, and variety of food options. It’s a calm, traveler-friendly airport with a modern design and plenty of parking. A great starting or ending point for any trip through Indiana!

I booked Indy JoyRides for my friends bachelorette party. We had a blast! Matt made the booking & scheduling process simple and stress free and our driver Steve took great care of us on the day of. We not only got a driver but a photographer for our trip! I definitely recommend booking a ride with them.

Had a great time on the brewery tour that we chartered through Indy Joyrides for my brothers bachelor party. I booked with Indy JoyRides for a bachelorette party for a wine tour! We all had a wonderful time! Everything was well organized and everyone I worked with was super nice and friendly. Our itinerary was very detailed and they were able to work in all the wineries we specifically wanted. We booked Indy Joy rides for a 40th Birthday, we had a great time, Matt worked with us on our stops. Our driver was friendly and made sure to keep us on track with our stops. He was awesome with helping for us to take group pics!! The 1205 distillery was a favorite, drinks were amazing!!

The day of our driver showed up on time. We had a bus full of girls so I was nervous that we were going to be a handful but the driver was so patient with us. I would absolutely recommend Indy JoyRides to anyone that wants to have a fun easy day with a group of friends! 🙂

We used Indy JoyRides last winter for a brewery tour. There were 15 of us so we had the whole bus. We were able to be picked up at my apartment downtown which was great. The interior is really nice. There is a chalkboard wall to draw on and a bar/ice in the middle of the U-shaped seats. I liked that we could all see each other and talk and not sit school bus style. Our driver gave us suggestions of where to go but was also willing to take us wherever we wanted. I liked that we got to choose which breweries/wineries we went to instead of having a planned schedule. We changed our mind about a few places halfway through the evening and our driver was more than willing to change the plan.

I would definitely recommend Indy JoyRides to a friend and I hope I have a reason to use them again in the future. They were very easy to communicate with and the whole night went perfectly because of them!

As parking lots go it is a good one! Lol. I live the bomb proof trash containers…adds charm. Would be really nice to see the airport police roll trhough occasionally for safety sake.

It would also be nice to see the airport police constantly patrol the “loop” around the terminal….people still park on the side of the road.

Very safe location to park while waiting for loved ones to arrive at the airport. It sits right next door to a convenience store that has lots of goodies. It is a very short drive from the cell phone lot to the pickup area for the Indianapolis airport. It’s not creepy or weird. It is clean and safe. Feeling. Park here and wait for your loved one to to call you on your cell phone. Then you can drive into the pickup area. Law enforcement parking enforcement individuals do not want you to park along the curb for very long. They will make you move along. So it’s best. Just sit back in the cell phone lot and wait for the phone call.

Good place to chill at while waiting for flights to come in.

I am it sure why many people not utilizing this FREE parking ( Wait to pick up) service at Indianapolis international airport. Lots of space and very convenient from terminals. Dedicated parking lots for commercial vehicles non commercial pick up services. Clean parking lot and great view to see take off and landing of aircraft.

Convenient place to have your car on standby when waiting to pick someone up. Only a couple of minutes to arrival/departure curbside.

This is such a convenient place to park when waiting for passengers. I was able to have a work meeting while waiting for my parents and itnonly took 3 minutes to get to the terminal once they said they were ready.

It’s a nice place , quite and there’s a place where you can let your pet do their business just make sure you pick up after them.

We used Advanced Limousines for prom night, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Our driver, Parampreet provided excellent updates about the arrival time, was extremely professional, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable throughout the evening. Incredible transportation, driver, and services!
Planned an outing for coworkers and friends and could not find any transportation available to fit our group size due to short notice. Contacted Lux by DB and was helped by Emerson. He was able to answer all of our questions and make sure we had a great night planned.

Emerson was our driver. He was very hospitable and helped us all throughout the night. His mannerisms and charisma made our night so much eventful and special. Will be using their services again in the future and big thanks for all the accommodations!

I had the same experience as a previous customer: bait and switch. Like a previous review, the car I paid for a month in advance did not show up. I paid for a Tesla X and a Cadillac Escalade showed up. The driver called the manager, who tried to lie and say my reservation wasn’t for the Tesla. It was for an SUV. That makes me think they knew what they were doing and intentionally gave the Tesla away to someone else.

The manager apologized and offered to refund the total amount and have the driver leave, but then I wouldn’t have transportation for prom and pictures because it was an hour before the event.

The manager OFFERED to refund the difference instead of automatically refunding me once I sent them the proof that I had ordered a Tesla X but then turned around and said the SUV was more than the Tesla so they were just going to not charge the difference. They ruined the event and had a legal obligation to fulfill the contract that was made. I requested an apology from the owner and was told the manager was apologizing on his behalf. Basically, the owner didn’t have the decency or time to apologize or address the error his staff made.

That said, the driver was professional and punctual, and the car was clean. It was a nice car if I was being picked up from the airport, but it was what I wanted for the event and not what I reserved a month in advance.

We had an amazing experience with Royal Transportation for our wedding! The driver was so nice and truly seemed to care about us and our guests. The prices were very reasonable. The bus was clean and all of our guests loved that we had transportation for them!

I can’t say enough good things about Royal Transportation and our driver, Rick Miller! After a difficult situation with another company, Rick stepped in and truly saved the day by agreeing to drive us back to Chicago. Not only was Rick an amazing driver, but he’s also an incredible human being. We spent three non-stop hours talking about everything, and he made the journey feel like a breeze. His positive attitude and great conversation helped us forget all about the rough experience we had before. If you ever need a reliable, personable driver, Rick is your guy. Highly recommend!

I had high hopes for Royal; all of the reviews spoke highly of the service. We booked one 30 person shuttle to pick up two rounds of guests at our wedding venue to take them back to our hotel after the reception. The rides were scheduled for 10:30pm and 11pm, with 11pm being the final and last ride out. At about 10:40pm, I started to hear from guests that the shuttle never picked them up at 10:30pm and they were wondering if it would arrive at 11pm. Up to this point, Royal had not reached out at all; I was never given driver details or contact information for the service. I hopped on Google to find the dispatch number, and on my wedding night called into Royal to figure out why I had guests waiting on the curb without a ride. Turns out the first shuttle did show at 10:30pm, but did not alert the venue, coordinator or myself and did not wait around long only taking three people to the hotel on the first trip(we had 15 who needed the first shuttle). When I called in, dispatch was helpful; he contacted the driver to make sure he was at the correct locations and according to Royal, all was well. However, I asked dispatch for the drivers number so I could ensure the 11pm pick was on time and everyone who needed to be on the shuttle made it. The driver was less helpful, when I finally got through to him, he immediately had an attitude with me saying he picked up all my guests at 10:30pm and that nothing was wrong. I asked that he call me directly when he arrived at 11pm for the final pickup so I could ensure everyone made it onto the last shuttle. That last shuttle never showed; I stood on the curb with the remaining guests from 10:50pm to 11:10pm waiting for the shuttle. Instead of enjoying my wedding night, myself and some groomsmen had to order Ubers for all of the guests who were waiting on the shuttle. I never heard from the driver again, the second shuttle never called or showed at the venue at 11pm.

I sent an email to the customer service team trying to figure out why the shuttles I paid for never showed. After about a week I heard back, Royals story is that both shuttles arrived on time as agreed upon and that all guests were taken care of. They explained that drivers don’t need to let anyone know they have arrived for pickup, they are experienced so the people will know. Of course this was all nonsense; I was standing on the curb at 11pm when Royal says their shuttle picked up my guests. I was putting guests into Ubers at the same time Royal claims they were loading those very same guests. I don’t know where the second shuttle was that night, but it was most certainly not where I paid for it to be.

So to summarize, we paid ~$650 for two shuttle pickups for 40-60 guests. What we got was a single shuttle pickup of three guests at 10:30pm and no shuttle at 11pm. And we have Royal telling us that none of these things happened, according to their drivers everything went exactly as agreed. Someone isn’t being honest here, and its not the guy who spent 30 minutes on his wedding night ordering Ubers to cover for the shuttle service.

I am an airline crew and they booked us this company for our transportation. Upon arrival our driver was not there. When I called to get an update the dispatcher, I belive named Issac was rude and unprofessional. Told me he will call back with an update and never called back. When I called again to get an update he hung up. Driver arrived shortly after and also complained about Issac being unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.

Issaq and his team of skilled and dedicated drivers make events happen all over the midwest. We would never use any other transportation company. For us, Royal makes it happen time after time.

Just got back from a 2-day trip. I always park economy with no issue. My car now has a bunch of scratches above the tire. Spoke with an officer only to find out they have one camera and zero solutions.

We did not know to write down the shelter number and only had the letter and row number which caused us to miss our drop off. A supervisor came and picked us up and drove us to our car. He was so kind and helpful. I wish we had his name. He waited to make sure our car started since we had parked there for almost 2 weeks. Highly recommend! Thank you for your kindness and help!

Great place to park and a lot cheaper ($9/day) vs garage ($20/day). The bus shuttles are reasonably frequent during normal hours, usually plan on adding 10-15 mins when I park there vs garage. Love that they have the free umbrella to loan when it rains, you just return it on your next trip! The waiting shelters have heated lamps above for those colder days.

The parking rate was fairly reasonable.
There is a shuttle bus that will shuttle you to and from the airport with your luggage at specific pickup points throughout the parking area.

Enough spots usually, shuttle to airport available, cheaper option for longer parking

Buses never want to stop at the last 3 shelters- 20,21,22. Even if bus is half empty, they won’t stop! I highly recommend calling the number on the stall and request the buses stop for you. Leave a message and keep calling. Otherwise you could be waiting over 20 mins!

The cheapest parking at the airport. Shuttle service available that drops you off at the terminal at the rental car counter area outside in the parking garage under cover on the ground floor. It’s then an escalator ride to the moving sidewalk to more escalatots to ticketing. Go online and order a ‘park-ind’ card and you can use it to exit and enter Any gate and earn discounts on parking as well as get electronic receipts.
