She ran over the rumble strips several times to and from the doctor’s office.

Red tire Taxi just needs to RETIRE! The company only has one driver this old man to service everyone which is ridiculous! I called for a cab yesterday at 2 pm in hopes of getting a ride for my 18 yo and 13 yo kids. My kids waited from 4:15 the time we scheduled pick up until 6:45 at night. Finally I just walked half way and met my kids. I didn’t even get a courtesy call of a cancellation or explanation. I tried calling again today to schedule a ride and their 24 hrs service is not real I’ve been calling since 6 am trying to schedule something and no luck. Red Tire save yourselves the embarrassment and call it a quits because unfortunately it’s evident that you can’t keep up with Lyft or Uber! Which sucks because I wanted to support you guys but you guys make it impossible to do so! Very disappointed in you red tire!

On May 2 there were threats of thunderstorms and graduation so I decided not to take the bike. I called at 11 and was insulted. “You mumble. You talk too fast.” as if all phone issues were the problem of the speaker. At the time he was to arrive he called and asked me what time I needed to be at work, and also how important was it. He had other things to do. It was, from soup to nuts, it was a top two most rude interaction I have ever had with any car service in any town. I have a bike. Lyft is in town. I will not be calling them again. Do not expect them to show up just because they have committed to do so.

I love love love Red Tire Car Service. I have been using them for close to two years now to and from B town and the Indy Airport. I have my friends use it when coming to visit and we use it for our family members as well. They communicate very well on who the driver will be and when they will be there. Most important thing they have never been late. Travel is stressful enough the last thing you need is being stressed on if your ride is gonna show so you don’t miss your flight. Great service for those of us who don’t want to mess around with smartphone apps. You make a phone call to make a booking, pay an invoice online (they send you an email), and a car comes exactly at the appointed time. They also give you the driver’s phone number for a direct contact if needed.

We used this company’s service a few times to travel at night from Bloomington to the Indianapolis Airport or vice versa (whenever shuttles aren’t running), and had nothing to complain about.

Pretty pricey of course, but in line with the competitors.

I have used Red Tire about 4-5 times since I moved to Bloomington; mostly for a ride to and from the Indy airport. All of my drivers have been professional, punctual and always tried in their own way to make sure I am comfortable during the drive (e.g., music preference, etc). What I like about them is they utilize communicate to get the job done. For example, they sometimes will call or text to confirm your pickup or drop off the day before. They take cash or credit, as well. Great service. Will be using them in the future again.

Called and asked to go to the closest adult E.R, when he got to the spot he decided to start driving while my child was unbuckled and the doors were wide open. The entire vehicle smelled like cigerettes. he took us to Riley children’s er and then when we told him it was wrong and that they only treated children he told us anywhere else it’d cost us $20, double the price. he then took us back to where he picked us up and left us there. Rude the entire time he was taking us back. Do NOT ride with this taxi company.

The gentleman was professional but it was way to expensive the gentleman that I spoke with said it would cost me 35 dollars I paid the man 66 dollars for a 6-8 mile round trip. When he dropped me off he told me he would be back in a hour so I assumed he was picking up someone else in the area. He called me and told me he was outside waiting on me at the door while i was checking out I told him i would be out in just a moment. He then proceeded to tell me he waited on me and my ride was going to 57 dollars plus whatever added on for the trip back. Now if you waited on me why did you call me and tell me your outside at the door waiting. And then proceed to show me how much my fair was. If it wasnt a problem waiting why did you call me and say your at the door after you told me you would be back. But any who I will not use green cab again. I paid 66 dollars, uber would have been cheaper and alot faster time of pickup. I try to use a local driver to help any community that i am in but my next choice will not be green cab.

Horrible experience. Mom waited around after a confirmation text she received she was paid for and book for a trip from indianapolis to Bloomington at 10:40pm. The bus never showed, they never called her to cancel, and she had to have my brother drive over an hour after 11pm to pick her up and drive her home. She didn’t get back till after 1am. Company also has a no refund policy on any fees you paid and just want to give her a credit. Horrible policy, horrible customer service and horrible communication. Never use this company if you have another option.

My own experience with GoExpress between Indianapolis airport and Bloomington was excellent. In both directions the drivers were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus was clean and had seatbelts. I always allow a ton of time when I travel so it would have been fine if there had been delays, but there weren’t; I got both directions quite timely. Purdue graduation day, we lost our rental car opportunity to Indy airport. There were no cars available. It was just an added stress to our graduation time, and it was a Saturday. My daughter located Go Express Travel online and booked it. They saved the day! They picked us up at their shuttle stop at Purdue U’s McCutcheon Hall building, across the street from Subway. The drive to the airport was nice, but it’s so frustrating that you have to buy an entire extra seat just for one additional piece of luggage (not ideal for international students). Even worse, the driver pocketed my cash into his personal wallet—I didn’t get a receipt or anything. I felt robbed, with no choice but to comply to avoid being stranded. It’s such a sad experience.

TERRIBLE. Flight was delayed barely got to the pickup spot 5 minutes late – they left already. No call or anything to tell me I’m stranded. I call them 3 times no answer. I go to their website to switch the time to another shuttle but I can’t. I try and cancel for a credit to rebook but I can’t. Goexpress is a joke and this isn’t my first bad experience using them. AVOID and either Uber or find another service!

We used them for an 8th grade trip to DC. We had 3 buses, one broke down an hour into the trip leaving us at a gas station with 80+ people stranded and antifreeze all over some peoples luggage. We get a new bus then are told we are switching buses with another one. That one had no air at all once so ever. It was 86 degrees outside so the bus was a sauna. I personally have health issues and ended up having a seizure on the bus due to the heat. No report was taken. An accident report should of been taken. If I were to of had to go to the hospital it would of went back on them. So they would of then had to deal with my insurance company because it happened in their bus. They ended up switching the buses back the last day so that I had air for the ride home. But everyone else had to ride home from Washington DC to Middletown IN with no air. I understand things happen but the buses were switched because certain drivers were not trained on the different types of buses they own. And I know 2 drivers were on their 1st trip with this company in general. They let everyone know that while we stuck at the gas station. It looks like this company usually stays within Bloomington. I would definitely recommend they stay there and properly train and educate all their drivers before they send them 9 hours away with kids. Another thing. If YOUR bus breaks down or if the air goes out you could at least offer a cooler with water. Anything.. These kids were having to pay $6-8 on water like crazy which then led to many of them with zero money for the remainder of the trip. You take care of your customers period.

Don’t give these people your money. I requested a quote online and didn’t hear back from them So I called to see if they could give me the quote over the phone The dispatcher who answered seemed to be bothered by my call. He was asking me information about my pick up and drop off , I again told him I have the reference quote numbers and he started to raise his voice at me and saying he needed to know where I was going. I told him that I would not be doing business with them and I hung up.
I emailed them, letting them know of my experience and miraculously, I get the quotes i submitted online in my inbox. And then a reply email stating this,

“oh nathan I am so sorry, that was the last straw for that dispatcher, he was dismissed as soon as we listen to the tapes. I have quoted you, sincerely apology for the way you were treated. I hope you can forgive us for that bad apple.”

I highly believe this is from the person that I spoke to on the phone and no one was fired for this.
