They were great! On time as promised, very kind and loaded my wife into the van. On the return trip; same driver same as before. He even asked to help us get her in the house. I tried to tip the driver in which he quickly refused. They will always be my go to for medical transportation.

Ms.K is super nice and easy to befriend as she has quickly became a friend of mine I feel. Not to leave out anybody else though because there hasn’t been one driver I’ve ridden with that I did not like. Really great service!

Driver arrived promptly. The van was very nice.
The driver seemed a little distracted with a phone on the visor playing some video and she was also talking on the phone.
She ran over the rumble strips several times to and from the doctor’s office.
On the way home she pulled out in front of a car that was turning.

Ride to Ascension St Vincent Carmel was great. Driver was prompt, professional, courteous. Return home not so much. Driver was 1.5 hours late. She wore a headset and was talking on a phone while driving – distraction. At 82nd and I-69 driver ran a red light.

I have had several rides from Express and all have been 4 plus stars….Wish I could express how grateful I am and how much I truly enjoyed not only the ride but the conversation i had with my driver/owner of company Jodie!!! You made my day and thankyou again for being you!!!

beware – they left an elderly person stranded for over 3 hours after a dr. visit. she said to just call back to pick up then never answered the phone again.

Amazing people! The owner was practically in bed for the night when I called looking for a ride for my son and I after getting stranded in the cold but she took the time to come out and help us herself. You just don’t find people like these anymore! I am so grateful, not only for the help, but for the opportunity to find someone so truly good hearted and dedicated. Touched and inspired, I highly recommend!

Who’s ever complaining about restrooms, no one cares. It belongs to Yellow Cab. Yes Uber and Lyft ran them out of business. They don’t care that your unhappy

Bathrooms are always dirty. Feels like a jail. Small, metal toilets. Driver’s using mop area to cleanup and wash their self.

Am not complaining about the waiting lot I am complaining about the drivers who driving Uber and Lyft they driving really bad they not follow there driving is very dangerous I feel bad for the customer from airport they ride with them speed limit 30 in the airport they driving 60 miles per hour restroom is clean these driver making mess in there they taking showers in the sink

Nice lot but the restrooms are discussing black Stuff on the walls floor is alway wet. Rarely ever has soap, the toilets wobble and the seats are about to fall off. I bet the ones in The Marion County jail are nicer. Oh i forgot they did install new hand dryers they are nice.

Uber, lyft, and the airport need to get a hold of the chaos. People arguing and fighting because people are parking wher you are suppose to be driving. Taking all of the spaces for the buses and they have to park there you are suppose to be driving and the uner drivers block the handicap parking so they can’t get to those

Red tire Taxi just needs to RETIRE! The company only has one driver this old man to service everyone which is ridiculous! I called for a cab yesterday at 2 pm in hopes of getting a ride for my 18 yo and 13 yo kids. My kids waited from 4:15 the time we scheduled pick up until 6:45 at night. Finally I just walked half way and met my kids. I didn’t even get a courtesy call of a cancellation or explanation. I tried calling again today to schedule a ride and their 24 hrs service is not real I’ve been calling since 6 am trying to schedule something and no luck. Red Tire save yourselves the embarrassment and call it a quits because unfortunately it’s evident that you can’t keep up with Lyft or Uber! Which sucks because I wanted to support you guys but you guys make it impossible to do so! Very disappointed in you red tire!

I just wanna say thank you for the great people of Red Tire Taxi, being international student in Bloomington and I didn’t have a car for the whole Fall semester would be a nightmare without the friendly and professionally service of Red Tire. They really took care of me, always on time, they email, call, text you confirmation for your reservation, and most of the drive helped me a lot with stuff is not their job to do. Amanda and Damian helped me a lot to pass the driving test by just giving me hints about the tests, no I passed and I have my car, and I won’t use them as much, but I just wanna say thank you for the great service, keep it up guys, definitely recommending it to everyone.

Called and called for a ride, 40 minutes of phone ringing later I had to walk to work. 3.5 miles on the hottest day of the year, then had to work 10 hours, all because red tire taxi can’t pick up the phone. The drivers are awesome, if you get one, though

On May 2 there were threats of thunderstorms and graduation so I decided not to take the bike. I called at 11 and was insulted. “You mumble. You talk too fast.” as if all phone issues were the problem of the speaker. At the time he was to arrive he called and asked me what time I needed to be at work, and also how important was it. He had other things to do. It was, from soup to nuts, it was a top two most rude interaction I have ever had with any car service in any town. I have a bike. Lyft is in town. I will not be calling them again. Do not expect them to show up just because they have committed to do so.

I love love love Red Tire Car Service. I have been using them for close to two years now to and from B town and the Indy Airport. I have my friends use it when coming to visit and we use it for our family members as well. They communicate very well on who the driver will be and when they will be there. Most important thing they have never been late. Travel is stressful enough the last thing you need is being stressed on if your ride is gonna show so you don’t miss your flight. They are very professional I highly recommend

Great service for those of us who don’t want to mess around with smartphone apps. You make a phone call to make a booking, pay an invoice online (they send you an email), and a car comes exactly at the appointed time. They also give you the driver’s phone number for a direct contact if needed.

We used this company’s service a few times to travel at night from Bloomington to the Indianapolis Airport or vice versa (whenever shuttles aren’t running), and had nothing to complain about.

Pretty pricey of course, but in line with the competitors.

I have used Red Tire about 4-5 times since I moved to Bloomington; mostly for a ride to and from the Indy airport. All of my drivers have been professional, punctual and always tried in their own way to make sure I am comfortable during the drive (e.g., music preference, etc). What I like about them is they utilize communicate to get the job done. For example, they sometimes will call or text to confirm your pickup or drop off the day before. They take cash or credit, as well. Great service. Will be using them in the future again.

My driver in Indianapolis was Greg McFadden, driver # 8163. He is the most professional and dependable driver I have ever had across all platforms! Anytime I need a ride he is always there, not on time, but early!! Give this man a raise!!

Idiot driver took customer to the wrong mobile home park & proceeded to drive the wrong way on a one way drive. She passed 3 “Wrong Way” signs. When confronted, she blew past the person & proceeded to continue going the wrong way. Stupid/lazy drivers are as dangerous as drunk drivers. Ride these cabs at your own risk.

Jacki/Jackie was amazing. She got me from point A to point B in one piece. She is very pleasant.

Zac was able to get us to our destination quickly. He was invaluable in helping transfer my husband from his wheelchair to vehicle, vehicle to wheelchair, and back to our car. A great and kind individual, thanks Zac.

I had a fantastic ride with Shaneta this morning! I felt like I was riding around with a good friend, it wasn’t an awkward silent ride at all. I really enjoyed our conversation! There were some traffic issues but we made to my doctor’s appointment by the skin of my teeth. Shaneta even came in with me to make sure my appointment wouldn’t be canceled! Just WOW! Really hope I get to ride with Shaneta again soon! Thank you!

Called and asked to go to the closest adult E.R, when he got to the spot he decided to start driving while my child was unbuckled and the doors were wide open. The entire vehicle smelled like cigerettes. he took us to Riley children’s er and then when we told him it was wrong and that they only treated children he told us anywhere else it’d cost us $20, double the price. he then took us back to where he picked us up and left us there. Rude the entire time he was taking us back. Do NOT ride with this taxi company.

Drivers came through when Lyft and Uber couldn’t. They were faster and cheaper than Lyft and Uber. Drivers had good humor and were polite and the vehicle was always clean and spacious.

Found myself lost (literally and figuratively) and needed a ride. Dave saved the day! Not only did he provide me a ride at a fair price but also stayed with me to make sure I was okay after finding my car without a battery. This is someone who cares about what he does. Thank you!

After another cab company bailed, I was super grateful that this company was at pick up location within 10 minutes. I had 11 passengers. Quick and polite. One cab driver did not start meter and cost was double to other cab. Make sure to have meter start when entering the cab.

The gentleman was professional but it was way to expensive the gentleman that I spoke with said it would cost me 35 dollars I paid the man 66 dollars for a 6-8 mile round trip. When he dropped me off he told me he would be back in a hour so I assumed he was picking up someone else in the area. He called me and told me he was outside waiting on me at the door while i was checking out I told him i would be out in just a moment. He then proceeded to tell me he waited on me and my ride was going to 57 dollars plus whatever added on for the trip back. Now if you waited on me why did you call me and tell me your outside at the door waiting. And then proceed to show me how much my fair was. If it wasnt a problem waiting why did you call me and say your at the door after you told me you would be back. But any who I will not use green cab again. I paid 66 dollars, uber would have been cheaper and alot faster time of pickup. I try to use a local driver to help any community that i am in but my next choice will not be green cab.

Straightforward. I had an early pickup (3:45 am), and they got me on time. At first, the driver couldn’t find me, but I called the main number and told them exactly where I was, and the driver appeared. They did originally quote me $30, and it was a bit more than that. This certainly beat taking an Uber / Lyft.

Horrible experience. Mom waited around after a confirmation text she received she was paid for and book for a trip from indianapolis to Bloomington at 10:40pm. The bus never showed, they never called her to cancel, and she had to have my brother drive over an hour after 11pm to pick her up and drive her home. She didn’t get back till after 1am. Company also has a no refund policy on any fees you paid and just want to give her a credit. Horrible policy, horrible customer service and horrible communication. Never use this company if you have another option.

My own experience with GoExpress between Indianapolis airport and Bloomington was excellent. In both directions the drivers were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus was clean and had seatbelts. I always allow a ton of time when I travel so it would have been fine if there had been delays, but there weren’t; I got both directions quite timely. I would definitely use the service again based on my experience.

Purdue graduation day, we lost our rental car opportunity to Indy airport. There were no cars available. It was just an added stress to our graduation time, and it was a Saturday. My daughter located Go Express Travel online and booked it. They saved the day! They picked us up at their shuttle stop at Purdue U’s McCutcheon Hall building, across the street from Subway. The driver was professional; it was a clean shuttle bus, A/C, and they got us to the airport on time! It was a great experience. Thank you, Go Express Travel!

The drive to the airport was nice, but it’s so frustrating that you have to buy an entire extra seat just for one additional piece of luggage (not ideal for international students). Even worse, the driver pocketed my cash into his personal wallet—I didn’t get a receipt or anything. I felt robbed, with no choice but to comply to avoid being stranded. It’s such a sad experience.

Affordable, convenient service to and from Lafayette to IND! Both drivers I had were friendly and accommodating. The hourly service offered is so nice! Will definitely use again.

TERRIBLE. Flight was delayed barely got to the pickup spot 5 minutes late – they left already. No call or anything to tell me I’m stranded. I call them 3 times no answer. I go to their website to switch the time to another shuttle but I can’t. I try and cancel for a credit to rebook but I can’t. Goexpress is a joke and this isn’t my first bad experience using them. AVOID and either Uber or find another service!

We used them for an 8th grade trip to DC. We had 3 buses, one broke down an hour into the trip leaving us at a gas station with 80+ people stranded and antifreeze all over some peoples luggage. We get a new bus then are told we are switching buses with another one. That one had no air at all once so ever. It was 86 degrees outside so the bus was a sauna. I personally have health issues and ended up having a seizure on the bus due to the heat. No report was taken. An accident report should of been taken. If I were to of had to go to the hospital it would of went back on them. So they would of then had to deal with my insurance company because it happened in their bus. They ended up switching the buses back the last day so that I had air for the ride home. But everyone else had to ride home from Washington DC to Middletown IN with no air. I understand things happen but the buses were switched because certain drivers were not trained on the different types of buses they own. And I know 2 drivers were on their 1st trip with this company in general. They let everyone know that while we stuck at the gas station. It looks like this company usually stays within Bloomington. I would definitely recommend they stay there and properly train and educate all their drivers before they send them 9 hours away with kids. Another thing. If YOUR bus breaks down or if the air goes out you could at least offer a cooler with water. Anything.. These kids were having to pay $6-8 on water like crazy which then led to many of them with zero money for the remainder of the trip. You take care of your customers period.

Don’t give these people your money. I requested a quote online and didn’t hear back from them So I called to see if they could give me the quote over the phone The dispatcher who answered seemed to be bothered by my call. He was asking me information about my pick up and drop off , I again told him I have the reference quote numbers and he started to raise his voice at me and saying he needed to know where I was going. I told him that I would not be doing business with them and I hung up.
I emailed them, letting them know of my experience and miraculously, I get the quotes i submitted online in my inbox. And then a reply email stating this,

“oh nathan I am so sorry, that was the last straw for that dispatcher, he was dismissed as soon as we listen to the tapes. I have quoted you, sincerely apology for the way you were treated. I hope you can forgive us for that bad apple.”

I highly believe this is from the person that I spoke to on the phone and no one was fired for this.

This is a horrible transportation company. The owner Larry, feels comfortable using the ” N ” word freely and then wants to apologize and curse at his employees and not pay them for their hourly labor.

Very disrespectful and racist owners. I don’t know if the driver and the woman are couples but two after taking our monies were so disrespectful to us. Don’t give them your money.
