Kiki was very professional , very kind, she was a wonderful driver! Made me feel safe! She said she was new, but I never would’ve guessed! She needs a raise!! Excellent first-time experience! Driver was courteous, compassionate and on-time. He paid great attention to safety protocols. The ride felt safe and comfortable. Vehicle was clean and spacious. Thank you for getting Sis Shaaron to the baptism as promised!! Will definitely seek to make INCareTrans our primary transportation provider.

Both drivers were very kind with great attention to detail. Their driving was great too! I will definitely book with INCareTrans when I need a ride.

They were great! On time as promised, very kind and loaded my wife into the van. On the return trip; same driver same as before. He even asked to help us get her in the house. I tried to tip the driver in which he quickly refused. They will always be my go to for medical transportation.

Ms.K is super nice and easy to befriend as she has quickly became a friend of mine I feel. Not to leave out anybody else though because there hasn't been one driver I've ridden with that I did not like. Really great service!

Driver arrived promptly. The van was very nice. The driver seemed a little distracted with a phone on the visor playing some video and she was also talking on the phone. She ran over the rumble strips several times to and from the doctor's office. On the way home she pulled out in front of a car that was turning.

Ride to Ascension St Vincent Carmel was great. Driver was prompt, professional, courteous. Return home not so much. Driver was 1.5 hours late. She wore a headset and was talking on a phone while driving - distraction. At 82nd and I-69 driver ran a red light.
