We had an amazing experience with Royal Transportation for our wedding! The driver was so nice and truly seemed to care about us and our guests. The prices were very reasonable. The bus was clean and all of our guests loved that we had transportation for them!

I can't say enough good things about Royal Transportation and our driver, Rick Miller! After a difficult situation with another company, Rick stepped in and truly saved the day by agreeing to drive us back to Chicago. Not only was Rick an amazing driver, but he’s also an incredible human being. We spent three non-stop hours talking about everything, and he made the journey feel like a breeze. His positive attitude and great conversation helped us forget all about the rough experience we had before. If you ever need a reliable, personable driver, Rick is your guy. Highly recommend!

I had high hopes for Royal; all of the reviews spoke highly of the service. We booked one 30 person shuttle to pick up two rounds of guests at our wedding venue to take them back to our hotel after the reception. The rides were scheduled for 10:30pm and 11pm, with 11pm being the final and last ride out. At about 10:40pm, I started to hear from guests that the shuttle never picked them up at 10:30pm and they were wondering if it would arrive at 11pm. Up to this point, Royal had not reached out at all; I was never given driver details or contact information for the service. I hopped on Google to find the dispatch number, and on my wedding night called into Royal to figure out why I had guests waiting on the curb without a ride. Turns out the first shuttle did show at 10:30pm, but did not alert the venue, coordinator or myself and did not wait around long only taking three people to the hotel on the first trip(we had 15 who needed the first shuttle). When I called in, dispatch was helpful; he contacted the driver to make sure he was at the correct locations and according to Royal, all was well. However, I asked dispatch for the drivers number so I could ensure the 11pm pick was on time and everyone who needed to be on the shuttle made it. The driver was less helpful, when I finally got through to him, he immediately had an attitude with me saying he picked up all my guests at 10:30pm and that nothing was wrong. I asked that he call me directly when he arrived at 11pm for the final pickup so I could ensure everyone made it onto the last shuttle. That last shuttle never showed; I stood on the curb with the remaining guests from 10:50pm to 11:10pm waiting for the shuttle. Instead of enjoying my wedding night, myself and some groomsmen had to order Ubers for all of the guests who were waiting on the shuttle. I never heard from the driver again, the second shuttle never called or showed at the venue at 11pm. I sent an email to the customer service team trying to figure out why the shuttles I paid for never showed. After about a week I heard back, Royals story is that both shuttles arrived on time as agreed upon and that all guests were taken care of. They explained that drivers don't need to let anyone know they have arrived for pickup, they are experienced so the people will know. Of course this was all nonsense; I was standing on the curb at 11pm when Royal says their shuttle picked up my guests. I was putting guests into Ubers at the same time Royal claims they were loading those very same guests. I don't know where the second shuttle was that night, but it was most certainly not where I paid for it to be. So to summarize, we paid ~$650 for two shuttle pickups for 40-60 guests. What we got was a single shuttle pickup of three guests at 10:30pm and no shuttle at 11pm. And we have Royal telling us that none of these things happened, according to their drivers everything went exactly as agreed. Someone isn't being honest here, and its not the guy who spent 30 minutes on his wedding night ordering Ubers to cover for the shuttle service.

I am an airline crew and they booked us this company for our transportation. Upon arrival our driver was not there. When I called to get an update the dispatcher, I belive named Issac was rude and unprofessional. Told me he will call back with an update and never called back. When I called again to get an update he hung up. Driver arrived shortly after and also complained about Issac being unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.

Issaq and his team of skilled and dedicated drivers make events happen all over the midwest. We would never use any other transportation company. For us, Royal makes it happen time after time.
