Luxury by DB is a phenomenal service! At the last moment we recently booked one of their custom luxury bus to take seven family members to an event! We had a great time at the event and arrived in style, luxury is what they personify. Our driver Darrell was great, Arrived on time and just a gentlemen. Inside our luxury bus, A bottle of champagne and a sound system that Complements the club experience! I will definitely use their service again for another event I recommend this service to anyone in the Indianapolis area that wants to get to and from such events safely, promptly and in style go with luxury by DB!

Booked Luxury by DB for a night party with 15 people. Extremely happy with their services. Booked the party bus for 4 hours. Our driver Emerson was immensely kind and professional. We went to multiple bars downtown Indianapolis and he was always on time and willing to help us. This outing was planned last minute and Luxury by DB was the only transportation service that worked with us and we are so glad. I recommend this business to everyone. Our whole group was very pleased. THANK YOU EMERSON for giving us an incredible night. He helped us with all the bus services (music, lights, and drinks inside the bus) Our group was all coworkers and close friends so we are excited to tell others of the great experience we had and to recommend these services.

I have to say, from one Car Service to another, I am so happy to have been put in connection with Luxury By DB! I own a Car Service in NJ so when it comes to someone transporting my daughter I’m very picky. I have struck gold with this company. From start to finish always 100% on the ball, friendly & accommodating. I have to say we work very well together. Communication is on point. They look after my daughter as if she was their own. I am so happy I made the switch! I recommend them to anyone I can.

We booked a party bus for a joint birthday celebration and the service was top notch!! Emerson was our driver and he was very kind and professional, always making sure that we were all doing well and enjoying ourselves! He was always on time to pick us up from the bars we went to and the experience all throughout was excellent. I would 100% recommend this company for your next party or event!!

Incredible transportation, driver, and services! Planned an outing for coworkers and friends and could not find any transportation available to fit our group size due to short notice. Contacted Lux by DB and was helped by Emerson. He was able to answer all of our questions and make sure we had a great night planned. Emerson was our driver. He was very hospitable and helped us all throughout the night. His mannerisms and charisma made our night so much eventful and special. Will be using their services again in the future and big thanks for all the accommodations!

I had the same experience as a previous customer: bait and switch. Like a previous review, the car I paid for a month in advance did not show up. I paid for a Tesla X and a Cadillac Escalade showed up. The driver called the manager, who tried to lie and say my reservation wasn't for the Tesla. It was for an SUV. That makes me think they knew what they were doing and intentionally gave the Tesla away to someone else. The manager apologized and offered to refund the total amount and have the driver leave, but then I wouldn't have transportation for prom and pictures because it was an hour before the event. The manager OFFERED to refund the difference instead of automatically refunding me once I sent them the proof that I had ordered a Tesla X but then turned around and said the SUV was more than the Tesla so they were just going to not charge the difference. They ruined the event and had a legal obligation to fulfill the contract that was made. I requested an apology from the owner and was told the manager was apologizing on his behalf. Basically, the owner didn't have the decency or time to apologize or address the error his staff made. That said, the driver was professional and punctual, and the car was clean. It was a nice car if I was being picked up from the airport, but it was what I wanted for the event and not what I reserved a month in advance.
