Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown Across from Circle Centre

I want to acknowledge a few people who made my stay at this hotel very special. |First---Baylee in valet parking greeted me warmly. Baylee was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. |The same can be said of Drew in valet parking who assisted me when I checked out.||Angelica-one of the managers was attentive, helpful, and wanted to ensure I had a great stay. ||Karina did a wonderful job cleaning the room and taking care of anything I needed for the room. ||Jossie-went way above and beyond in selecting a room for me. I had requested to upgrade to a suite, but none were available. She took the time to show me three different rooms. I have never had that level of service at any other hotel. |She did this with professionally and with a smile on her face. ||Thank you Hampton Inn Indianapolis for providing a great experience. This historic hotel was a delight to visit. Very clean, surprisingly modern, and the staff and service was first rate. The complimentary breakfast was varied, and delicious. We had one incident with the facilities and the staff was quick and professional to remedy and management was very thoughtful and prompt in resolving the situation. We would happily use this facility again and recommend it to anyone.

Excellent location! Staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. The hotel was full and we had a handicap accessible room as that was all that was available. This was difficult for a family of 4 for space and room set up. We asked to switch but could not be accommodated as the hotel was full. This was also the darkest room I have ever had in a hotel. The rooms need more light. Bed reading lamps or something would help. It was difficult to read in bed at night. The room was otherwise fairly clean except for the floors in the entry way and bathroom. I felt the price of the hotel room warranted more comforts and cleanliness.

We were here with the Calgary Stampede Showband and had a very busy schedule with frequent comings and goings. The entire valet staff was absolutely amazing—professional, courteous, and incredibly accommodating despite our constantly changing plans. Their flexibility and positive attitude made a big difference during our stay. Thank you for going above and beyond!

We traveled from Iowa to Indianapolis to attend an Indiana Fever game, stayed at the Hampton Inn and loved it!! The location was perfect, walkable to the game, restaurants & bars. The staff at the Hampton Inn were all very, very friendly & helpful. Actually reached out to see if we needed help or assistance. Baylee was amazing helping us get our vehicle picked up as well as assisted in getting it included in our room rate. We highly recommend staying there!! Go Fever, we love your City!!

First of all, this hotel is extremely clean and immaculate! The lobby area is spacious and bright was floor to ceiling windows with a great view of downtown. Check in and check out was easy and fast. Room was 807. It was very clean, nicely decorated and fairly roomy for the 2 of us. I liked the security of having to use your card to get into building and to swipe in the elevator to get onto floors. Valet parking with in and out privileges is offered by the hotel for USD$55/day. We didn't need our vehicle much so we parked across the street in the parking garage for USD$25/night for 12 hours. No in and out. Street parking is USD$2/hour. Breakfast on the 2nd floor was bright and lots of seating area. Fay, who worked the breakfast was absolutely amazing! She was friendly and works hard at replenishing the foods. She greeted us and thanked us for choosing The Hampton Inn for our stay. Fay kept the dining area clean. Fay's smile was a delight to see each morning. Thank you Fay for making our stay even more enjoyable!! The only thing disappointing was the coffees and hot water offered in lobby were always cold. I always enjoy having a cup of decaf in the lobby but I couldn't. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Although there are numerous hotels in this area, I will stay here again.

Jossie made my trip so special! She is the exact kind of person you want to talk to after a long day of traveling. She was attentive, kind, and caring! Not to mention, the rooms are very clean and in a great location in town! 10/10!
