I want to be fully transparent that I ended up buying my dress elsewhere. That being said, my experience at Luxe Redux was wonderful and I highly would recommend them. I worked with the wonderful Mary Grace, and let me tell you, she is amazing!!! She initially went off my inspiration photos and then tailored her selections for me based off my feedback and body language. I was surprised to see what I eventually gravitated towards. With her I figure out I liked modern elegant shapes that complimented my body, and omg were her selections serving body! (I’ve included photos of the runner up dress.) She was so sweet and patient and even wanted to see pics of the dress I eventually chose. It was a very low pressure environment and I genuinely felt like Mary Grace just wanted me to find THE dress I wanted irregardless of where I bought it.

Since the second we walked in, the Lux Redux team made my family, friends, and I feel so welcomed🥰 It was my first time ever trying on wedding dress, but they made the process so simple and easy. And they really made sure to focus on me and my dream dress! Which I did end up leaving with my dream dress😍 Thank you to the beautiful staff, especially Claire, who made it such a fun and lovely experience! The manager even came up to meet me, which was very sweet! Overall, it was a fantastic time! And I’d recommend that place to any lady looking for their perfect wedding dress🤩

Amazing! It felt so relaxed and peaceful while also being a high end storefront experience! My stylist Claire did an amazing job of learning my style and preferences and she picked out some truly stunning gowns! I ended up finding THE DRESS with the help of Claire and I couldn’t be more thankful for her expertise!

We had a wonderful experience wedding gown shopping at Luxe Redux from start to finish. Claire, our consultant, was incredibly personable and clearly took the time to understand my daughter’s vision before we even arrived. It was obvious she had done her homework, which made the entire appointment feel thoughtful and personalized. We were a little concerned about finding a good selection of plus-size wedding gowns, but Luxe Redux absolutely did not disappoint. There were beautiful options, and Claire guided us through them with such care and attention. I’m not usually an emotional mom, but when I saw my daughter in the gown, I was completely overcome. It was such a special moment for our family. We were also incredibly impressed with how quickly everything arrived, her dress and veil are already back, which exceeded our expectations and made the whole process even smoother. Claire is truly a gem, and I highly recommend Luxe Redux to anyone looking for a bridal shop with beautiful gowns and an amazing experience.

I Absolutely loved my experience with Claire! from the moment my mom and I walked in she was so sweet and thoughtful! She made me feel welcomed and beautiful during my appointment, she helped me step out of my compartment zone when trying on so many of the beautiful gowns they have! My experience was absolutely wonderful! I had two appointments as I did not find the one on my first visit, but the gown of my dreams was in San Antonio. A few days later, I spoke with Shay (my bridal consultant), she was AMAZING! I decided to have the dress transferred to Indy and it was the one! I found the gown and can’t wait to sparkle and shine on my big day 10/10/26! Great big thank you to Shay for her patience, professionalism and perseverance in assisting with my selection process! If you’re looking for a designer gown for le$$, I highly recommend booking an appointment at Luxe Redux! Ask for Shay!

It a mall kept in pretty good condition, especially when compared with the rest mall in the area about 2-3 miles east. There is scheduled to be a complete mall makeover in 2026-2027 timeframe.

Visited this mall when traveling through Indiana. It has some of the high-end fashion stores, which is probably why it holds the name it does. I found that a third, if not more, of the storefronts had nothing in them so a large portion of the mall is or at least seems vacant. The food court has several options but it also does not have much variety. There was plenty of parking and space to move around once in the mall and luckily it is in an area with a large number of restaurants and other shops so if it does not have what you want there are other options. It is not a bad mall but it could be better.

Shake Shack here is seriously the best! You can’t go wrong with their burgers and fries—always hits the spot. The mall itself is super fashionable and clean, with lots of nice stores to check out. Honestly, the vibe is great for just hanging out or grabbing a quick bite. My only little thought? They could add a Bath & Body Works or something similar to make it feel a bit more inviting if you’re not shopping designer stores. Other than that, it’s a solid spot with good food, a fun atmosphere, and plenty to explore. Whether you’re stopping by for a burger, people-watching, or a little retail therapy, it’s easy to have a good time here. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

One step into this mall and you'll understand why it's named The Fashion Mall at Keystone. The stores cater to those that are into higher end apparel with stores such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Coach, while still having stores for everybody such as Nike, Levi's, and Gap with a little bit of everything in between. The food court is decently sized with an array of options from Shake Shack to Tobu Oriental Eatery. Also a very nice mall just to simply walk around inside as it's very clean and easy to navigate.

They have a Lush store…. I think that says it all lol. Really good shopping experience but I got a little lost the first time I was there. Great place to find a gift.

The employees at the Louis Vuitton store are simply amazing! They helped my son with his purchases and were very patient and friendly towards him. He is only 12 and very indecisive. Thank you for caring and being gentle with him. Our experience at this store was top notch!

Had a great experience here while visiting from out of town. There are luxury stores (Gucci, Louis Vuitton, etc), mid tier price stores (Coach), and budget friendly options too. The food court has many great options as well. Each store we went into had wonderful customer service.

I had such a wonderful experience at Indi Selection! I’ve bought a couple of suits from here, and the quality of the clothing is absolutely beautiful. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful; she really takes the time to make sure you find something you love. It’s great to find high-quality items with such friendly, personalized service. I’m a very satisfied customer and will definitely be back!

Update: I got here from Ohio at 1 today and called the store. The owner picked up and opened the shop up quickly. She had a few things she was taking care of. But is always mindful of her customers times. This is in response to the recent review from Baljot. Update: Still driving down here all the way from Cleveland to get the best suits. I’ve already purchased 4 dresses from here along with jewelry. I promise you will not walk out of the store without getting something. The selection is top tier. The owner here is wonderful and down to earth. She is such a friendly vibe and has never given me any issues. I come from 4.5 hours away and will continue to come 🙂 It was my first time coming here and the owner was so helpful. There are so many colors to choose from and tons of variety. You can find a suit for any occasion. I came all the way from Cleveland and will definitely return!

I have gone to this store a couple times now. Both experiences have been so nice. The store owner is very kind and sweet. The store itself has a good selection of desi clothing and accessories. I was able to quickly pick out a pretty velvet orange shalwar on my first trip, and today I found a lilac kurta in just 5 minutes. It was just what I was looking for! The only reason that was possible is bc the store is organized and clean. It is not cluttered, which I really appreciate. Prices are also great! I recommend this place!

I highly recommend shopping here! I had such a wonderful time working with Sukhi didi on finding me a suit to wear for diwali . She was beyond a healping service and whole process was so, welcoming, fun, and just an all around joy!

She was beyond accommodating and helpingful, especially when it came to picking out my suit and shawl, setting prices, working with me on fabrics, and she even helped me get a custom shawl made for the bride as well! The service and whole process was so, welcoming, fun, and just an all around joy! The suit and shawls turned out so gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier with everything! I visited the Nordstrom beauty department and had the best beauty adviser, Afaf. She was very knowledgeable about the beauty products. She invited me to try several perfumes, and I finally bought one to add to my perfume collection. She also gave me samples of various products, which was so sweet. Thank you, Afaf, for helping me!

Danielle in lingerie was my savior and ensured I had a perfect fit for my dress for my son’s wedding. She correctly fitted me for bras and for foundations and then called in alterations to make adjustments so that everything stayed securely in place — even while dancing– in my off the shoulder dress .. cannot praise her enough. Very knowledgeable and very responsive. Made me a very relaxed MOG Diana

Tom was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right blazer. He took the time to understand what I needed, offered honest advice on fit and style, and made sure everything looked sharp and well-tailored. i had ordered a house of fb dress for pick up that ended up looking super cheap and not fitting correctly so i needed to find a replacement. i didn’t know where the order pickup was as i had never done it before and when i asked an employee she rudely pointed me in the right direction. all of the fitting rooms i went into had clothes everywhere and no staff to be found which was disappointing but i tried the dress on and when it didn’t work decided to head over to their dress section to find a replacement. their sizing was not super inclusive and i had a hard time finding anything below a size 8 which is fine considering im sure most of the dresses were returns. the woman who helped me in the dress fitting room and with the exchange was very pleasant. my favorite part of this experience by far was my time in the womens shoe department!! the employee who helped us was beyond knowledgeable about all of the products and provided recommendations based on what i was looking for. it was right before close but he didn’t seem in a hurry and didn’t try to rush us out. clearly loved what he was doing and made great conversation. i walked out with two pairs of shoes instead of the one i came for!

Absolutely disgusted & disappointed! I’ve shopped with this business since the 90s. Made several purchases since being back in Indy. Came in today to NO GREETING. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. TWO WOMEN AT TE REGISTER. Somehow I must’ve been INVISIBLE when I was perusing the jewelry case. NO ONE asked if I needed help or anything…. But as SOON as "other" customers entered, they BOTH gave a very audible, WARM greeting to THEM. I guess in 2025, my skin tone is still TOO DARK. I still tried to shop, although the sinking feeling wouldn’t go away. I have a very bad taste in my mouth and after speaking to the Elder regarding what happened, her smugness and obvious smirk felt like a complete insult. I really LOVED this Consignment store for THIRTY YEARS! Recently introduced my 30yr old daughter to this place, but I’ll be seeking a business that will be happy to have someone who LOOKS LIKE ME as a repeat customer. This really hurts, but hey….it’s only a "store", right? DO BETTER.

This is so tragic honestly. When I tell you I love this local consignment and take everyone and anyone when they visit or haven't been. It's a real shame that people feel as if they can judge kids or don't have the common decency to control their face when not agreeing with someone else's choices of style. Kree was the young girl at the register who is new because I go quite often. I watched her for a minute before saying anything hoping it wasn't real. She literally looked at my daughter who is what you could call emo with such disgust too many times for the two min check out process. I asked her if she was ok and she said yes. Wasn't very sincere and I just said you know what I'm good. I went to drop off my daughter at the house and I'm going back up to say my peace but had no intention of doing it infront of my 11 year old daughter who's in the stages of life of finding who she is. I'm so disappointed in people's entitlement. I will continue to shop here because I've always been treated kindly and the staff is great. Kree though is not.

Really clean store, their men's selection was small but they stuff they had was really cool. I talked to one of the employees and he said they were always looking for more men's clothing. The staff was very friendly and I would recommend checking it out!

Don’t consign here- complete rip off, I dropped clothes off before a move and had over $100 in money owed – I came back to visit my parents and stopped in for a check – they said they don’t hold money for over a year. It’s absolute theft.

Such a great group. I’ve always have a great experience when walking into the store. Really friendly staff and communication is always on point.

Avoid this business at all cost. I was loyal for several years until I trusted them with a large purchase for a designer set of sneakers. Eileen decided that the authentication of my purchase was not included in the price and only decided to inform me of this AFTER I paid. After handing me my sneakers, she physically took them back and removed my certificate of authenticity and held it hostage for an additional payment or a "fee" as she called it. I explained I had already purchased the sneakers with the certificate. This is a very misleading business practice and you should question the legitimacy of any item you've purchased there. Do not trust them with your money. I have reached out several times to them directly via email to resolve this. They will not answer your emails or help you resolve any concerns you have. Period.

Never consign with them again! Brought in designer shoes worth $400. They did not do their research! Shoes were sold for $78 period. They offered me $35. Only after I complained and told them I was going to write a review, then they wanted to confess that the proper research had not been done and wanted to offer me more money. NEVER, NEVER Will I go into this store or consign with them again! first and last time!

Had a great experience in the store! Fitting room attendants were so helpful, kind and positive. And checking out they were so nice to chat with. Nice to not feel completely ignored and no one was badgering me to buy anything

I’ve been to this Urban Outfitters before a few times in my life. I bought some books here and I belive clothes mabey one time. This is one of the closest locations of Urban Outfitters to me because I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I love how close this place is to the fashion mall and the store itself. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible in store experience. I was trying on a jacket and employee came up to me saying a customer wanted the size I was trying on. Shethen proceeding to take it away from me and hang it back up and walk away.

I just left this location and the girl in the black tube top was rude and told me I couldn’t use my $5 off but another girl let my sister use hers – I’ve never had an issue using a $5 off on anything, even sale items but regardless they just need to be consistent about that

Customer service is non existent here. I was not greeted when entering the store. I walked through the entire store twice without anyone saying anything to me. The clearance section looks like a tornado went through it everytime I go in there. Dressing room attendant refused to help me grab different sizes. Overall not the experience I was expecting. This seemed to be the case in most stores at keystone but I was gearing for a more helpful shopping experience at this particular store.

Was not in the store one minute, before the female walked over and acted like she was straightening out some clothes on a mannequin ,if that were the case you would have been doing it before me and my daughter walked in. What happened to greeting someone at the door. But instead u walked over to make sure we had no large bags to steal, All black ppl don’t steal ya know,🙄 just like I know all white ppl don’t do meth. Won’t return, clothes were not up to par anyway.

They have some interesting things for sale but the prices are high. I heard some girls looking in the clearance area say how the prices weren’t marked down much. The store was clean and arranged nicely. No sales staff asked if I needed assistance the whole time I was in the store.

I have to say, I have never made a review in my life. Rarely have a felt a service warranted it, but I just couldn’t not say what was on my mind. And the website makes it so hard to send a compliment I’m sure most people just give up. I was in this store today at keystone and I had such a pleasant experience, every employee was so nice and helpful. Simon at the register was particularly amazing, she greeted me like I was an old friend, complimented me and all the stuff I picked, it felt like she was a best friend I’d known my whole life, never rushed me, let me talk about my trip coming up and really cared about what I was saying, never rushed me even when there was a line. Customer service at this mall has been terrible these past few years and it was such a delight to walk into this store and feel like I was shopping with friends. I wanted to make sure Anthropologie knew it doesn’t go unnoticed. You hire terrific young ladies at your store and I wanted to make sure sweet little Simon at the register got the compliments she deserves. Great work ladies! Thank you for the best shopping experience I’ve had at this mall in years.

I returned a $230 dress and unfortunately UPS forgot to scan it in. Although there was a tracking number, there was no confirmation that it had been mailed. I complained to UPS. They told me that in order to be reimbursed the original sender, Anthropologie, needed to file a claim for the missing dress. Explained that to Anthropologie and they refused to file a claim.

I stopped by to do a return, and Lily helped me. She was incredibly kind and encouraged me to find some new items in the store. A few weeks later, I had an issue with a return, and Kylie, a manager, took my issue on as if it was her own. She emailed me, called me, and got to the bottom of the issue. When we discovered the issue was, in fact, my fault, Kylie continued to be patient and kind. Having help like Lily and Kylie really makes me feel even better about Anthropologie, a place I already love!

Beautiful clothing and accessories! Such a fun store to go into and look around. Watch for the sales because they have amazing items and have snagged a few. Update 10/10/24 Sarah is a wonderful manager and just met her today. She really knows her clothing and what textures, fabrics look great with the different styles.

This has become my favorite store. I find a half dozen things I want to buy every time I go. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The dressing rooms are well lit and roomy. New merchandise arrives weekly. Returns within 30 days for full refund, after that for store credit.

Sadly, after many pleasant experiences over the years, Maurice’s has lost me as a customer. I have spent thousands over the years at this store and have never had an experience like this. I bought two pairs of jeans, spending over $100+ on them and when trying them on at home I hated the way they fit me. Not thinking about it, I threw away the receipt and tags since they had always looked up prior returns/exchanges in their system with my phone number. Well, they informed me that without the paper receipt and tags, they could not be returned. They refused to look my number up and said they had to have the physical receipt. So every other time they just did it differently? Now I am stuck with these jeans that I won’t wear and have to go spend more money somewhere else to get some that fit the way I want. Because of this, I won’t be back. I would rather spend more on jeans elsewhere than somewhere that does stick to their policies and truly needs to work on customer service.

Both last night, and today I went to Maurices. Last night being my first time I have ever stepped foot in that place. I was instantly greeted by two wonderful store associates who were very nice to me. Making sure I was finding things I liked, etc. Amber helped me in so many ways and made me feel happy to shop there. I tend to not always have the best experiences at stores and usually leave empty handed or saddened by the lack of clothing options. Everything I tried on was true to size and I bought everything I wanted. I can’t wait to go back to experience my time there again. Not only is everything beautiful, but they even write your name on your dressing room door for you. Thank you Amber for being such an asset to Maurice’s here in Greenwood. I will see you again soon enough!

Went to this location today. Was looking for a sweater I had seen online (multiple colors and patterns) Maurices had lots of them in stock a whole table full but nothing larger than a large, and none of the sweaters in the "plus" section. Could I order it online? Absolutely. But you are supposed to be a size inclusive boutique. I wanted to see it and try it in person. I won't be back.

This store is amazing! I have only recently discovered this gem and I am addicted. Sizes run true and the prices are affordable, they have great sales and I'm always getting discounts via email. Shop online or in the store. Lots of great deals. My closet is nothing but Maurice finds!!! ❤

I've always loved Maurice's because they fit a variety of body sizes and types. However, I wasn't able to find anything besides a size small or extra small on the racks. I'm a size 8 (medium). This store advertises size 0-24, so I don't understand why this was an issue. When I brought is up to management, they told me that I could "shop online." This is unacceptable for a store that promotes diverse and inclusive sizing. Edit: I decided to give this location another shot. Size availability still seems to be an issue. However, the store employees seemed to be really nice and helpful.

I LOVE Maurices as a brand. Almost everything in their store is my style, so I love to shop there. However, when I went to this particular store last week, the customer service was just okay. Maybe the lady that helped my mom and I check out was tired or something, but it just wasn't the best experience.

First time I’ve ever been in the store but the customer service was a 10/10 the ladies working on 10/03 around 5pm were so amazing and nice. Would def shop again

Had a friend walk in to look for some shoes for her friends wedding, before she could even walk in the store fully, a worker looked at her and said they only sold up to a size large. Absolutely ridiculous. If I were manager, I’d start looking into a new employee.

I found my birthday outfit here! Mainly club attire they have casual clothes and ratchet clothes too. Their heels are the bomb I just can't walk in them. They WILL NOT LET YOU TRY ON WHITE!!! Just incase you aren't clean you won't get the clothes dirty. The young women helped me once before to pick out something to wear because I dont have style.

You have our laundry cart, leave it in the laundromat after use, buy your own stuff for your business, be respectful

Nice clothe but shoe selection could've been better, also all purchases are finial and you can't try the stuff on because of covid so it's a bit of a wild guess that has a lot of potential to go bad however I like what I got and they have almost a variety for every occasion and size, just know your size well.

I absolutely love this store the clothing is different than other shopping centers only problem I have is some things are kind of pricey and my size is sometimes hard to find they're almost always out of mediums but always have smalls and Larges. The staff is really kind and helpful though.

I visited the store a few days ago and received excellent service from Vanessa and the store manager. Vanessa was very helpful in finding the items I wanted and even showed me how to tie a scarf on the bag handle. Overall, I was very impressed with the service at the store. 😄❤️🐶👍

There is absolute joy that fills my soul every time I walk into the store. The scent of leather mixed with the perfume is simply arresting. The fragrance bar is my immediate go-to. Just browsing and not feeling any pressure is truly where it’s at. Do your spirit some good and go visit and be uplifted.

Everyone at this location is so nice. Johnny is my advisor. I went in looking for a new bag and he explained the history on Petit Noe which was pretty cool and since they didn’t have that particular bag he showed me purses that were similar so I can see the size. This is my second item I’ve purchased with Johnny. The whole staff makes you feel welcomed.

My husband surprised me for my birthday at The Louis Vuitton store! It was MAGICAL! He planned everything with our client advisor Johnny! If you want to be treated like the most special client ever go shop with Johnny!

Absolutely disgusted with this location and the staff. The store manager, I think her name is Anne is rude and dismissive. I came to the store two times today. Once in the morning when I met the rude lady who made us stand outside the store until it was "our turn" and then when I came back later to make a return because of size I had to stand in line again and wait "our turn" while they had one DOOR SHUT!?! The walls looked bare and selection limited. If I even buy again I will buy online instead of visiting this store. Not worth the hassle and disrespect.

I love this place. I have a wallet, purses, the cologne. However, their belt is terrible quality. They have a bronze buckle that is silver plated. So you have gold that comes out from underneath the scratched buckle. Only had the belt for two months, took it back to them and received the worst customer service ever. They decided it was normal wear and tear and didn’t do anything for me. Spent over $600 on a belt that is now technically worthless. My bad.

Unfortunately did not have the great experience purchasing my first Louis Vuitton from this location. The sales associate seemed to judge my younger age and probably assumed I was not actually looking to purchase a bag. He was unwilling to show me different options for shoulder bags when I had said I wanted to compare multiple styles and see which I liked. Instead, I was told "options are not always a good thing". The associate could have vocalized he did not have the bags I was hoping to see in store but nontheless was stuck up throughout the process. I ended up returning the bag I bought from this location and purchased it at another location where the associate took time on me and was willing to show me several bags until I found the one I loved. The associates at Indianapolis Keystone Louis Vuitton could learn a lesson about not judging clients based on their age or how they are dressed.
