I visited the store a few days ago and received excellent service from Vanessa and the store manager. Vanessa was very helpful in finding the items I wanted and even showed me how to tie a scarf on the bag handle. Overall, I was very impressed with the service at the store. 😄❤️🐶👍

There is absolute joy that fills my soul every time I walk into the store. The scent of leather mixed with the perfume is simply arresting. The fragrance bar is my immediate go-to. Just browsing and not feeling any pressure is truly where it’s at. Do your spirit some good and go visit and be uplifted.

Everyone at this location is so nice. Johnny is my advisor. I went in looking for a new bag and he explained the history on Petit Noe which was pretty cool and since they didn’t have that particular bag he showed me purses that were similar so I can see the size. This is my second item I’ve purchased with Johnny. The whole staff makes you feel welcomed.

My husband surprised me for my birthday at The Louis Vuitton store! It was MAGICAL! He planned everything with our client advisor Johnny! If you want to be treated like the most special client ever go shop with Johnny!

Absolutely disgusted with this location and the staff. The store manager, I think her name is Anne is rude and dismissive. I came to the store two times today. Once in the morning when I met the rude lady who made us stand outside the store until it was "our turn" and then when I came back later to make a return because of size I had to stand in line again and wait "our turn" while they had one DOOR SHUT!?! The walls looked bare and selection limited. If I even buy again I will buy online instead of visiting this store. Not worth the hassle and disrespect.

I love this place. I have a wallet, purses, the cologne. However, their belt is terrible quality. They have a bronze buckle that is silver plated. So you have gold that comes out from underneath the scratched buckle. Only had the belt for two months, took it back to them and received the worst customer service ever. They decided it was normal wear and tear and didn’t do anything for me. Spent over $600 on a belt that is now technically worthless. My bad.

Unfortunately did not have the great experience purchasing my first Louis Vuitton from this location. The sales associate seemed to judge my younger age and probably assumed I was not actually looking to purchase a bag. He was unwilling to show me different options for shoulder bags when I had said I wanted to compare multiple styles and see which I liked. Instead, I was told "options are not always a good thing". The associate could have vocalized he did not have the bags I was hoping to see in store but nontheless was stuck up throughout the process. I ended up returning the bag I bought from this location and purchased it at another location where the associate took time on me and was willing to show me several bags until I found the one I loved. The associates at Indianapolis Keystone Louis Vuitton could learn a lesson about not judging clients based on their age or how they are dressed.
