I have to say, I have never made a review in my life. Rarely have a felt a service warranted it, but I just couldn’t not say what was on my mind. And the website makes it so hard to send a compliment I’m sure most people just give up. I was in this store today at keystone and I had such a pleasant experience, every employee was so nice and helpful. Simon at the register was particularly amazing, she greeted me like I was an old friend, complimented me and all the stuff I picked, it felt like she was a best friend I’d known my whole life, never rushed me, let me talk about my trip coming up and really cared about what I was saying, never rushed me even when there was a line. Customer service at this mall has been terrible these past few years and it was such a delight to walk into this store and feel like I was shopping with friends. I wanted to make sure Anthropologie knew it doesn’t go unnoticed. You hire terrific young ladies at your store and I wanted to make sure sweet little Simon at the register got the compliments she deserves. Great work ladies! Thank you for the best shopping experience I’ve had at this mall in years.

Very good selection of products at this location. Numerous collections all over the store. A gem of a location.

I returned a $230 dress and unfortunately UPS forgot to scan it in. Although there was a tracking number, there was no confirmation that it had been mailed. I complained to UPS. They told me that in order to be reimbursed the original sender, Anthropologie, needed to file a claim for the missing dress. Explained that to Anthropologie and they refused to file a claim.

I stopped by to do a return, and Lily helped me. She was incredibly kind and encouraged me to find some new items in the store. A few weeks later, I had an issue with a return, and Kylie, a manager, took my issue on as if it was her own. She emailed me, called me, and got to the bottom of the issue. When we discovered the issue was, in fact, my fault, Kylie continued to be patient and kind. Having help like Lily and Kylie really makes me feel even better about Anthropologie, a place I already love!

Beautiful clothing and accessories! Such a fun store to go into and look around. Watch for the sales because they have amazing items and have snagged a few. Update 10/10/24 Sarah is a wonderful manager and just met her today. She really knows her clothing and what textures, fabrics look great with the different styles.

This has become my favorite store. I find a half dozen things I want to buy every time I go. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The dressing rooms are well lit and roomy. New merchandise arrives weekly. Returns within 30 days for full refund, after that for store credit.
