Maurices

Sadly, after many pleasant experiences over the years, Maurice’s has lost me as a customer. I have spent thousands over the years at this store and have never had an experience like this. I bought two pairs of jeans, spending over $100+ on them and when trying them on at home I hated the way they fit me. Not thinking about it, I threw away the receipt and tags since they had always looked up prior returns/exchanges in their system with my phone number. Well, they informed me that without the paper receipt and tags, they could not be returned. They refused to look my number up and said they had to have the physical receipt. So every other time they just did it differently? Now I am stuck with these jeans that I won’t wear and have to go spend more money somewhere else to get some that fit the way I want. Because of this, I won’t be back. I would rather spend more on jeans elsewhere than somewhere that does stick to their policies and truly needs to work on customer service.

Both last night, and today I went to Maurices. Last night being my first time I have ever stepped foot in that place. I was instantly greeted by two wonderful store associates who were very nice to me. Making sure I was finding things I liked, etc. Amber helped me in so many ways and made me feel happy to shop there. I tend to not always have the best experiences at stores and usually leave empty handed or saddened by the lack of clothing options. Everything I tried on was true to size and I bought everything I wanted. I can’t wait to go back to experience my time there again. Not only is everything beautiful, but they even write your name on your dressing room door for you. Thank you Amber for being such an asset to Maurice’s here in Greenwood. I will see you again soon enough!

Went to this location today. Was looking for a sweater I had seen online (multiple colors and patterns) Maurices had lots of them in stock a whole table full but nothing larger than a large, and none of the sweaters in the "plus" section. Could I order it online? Absolutely. But you are supposed to be a size inclusive boutique. I wanted to see it and try it in person. I won't be back.

This store is amazing! I have only recently discovered this gem and I am addicted. Sizes run true and the prices are affordable, they have great sales and I'm always getting discounts via email. Shop online or in the store. Lots of great deals. My closet is nothing but Maurice finds!!! ❤

I've always loved Maurice's because they fit a variety of body sizes and types. However, I wasn't able to find anything besides a size small or extra small on the racks. I'm a size 8 (medium). This store advertises size 0-24, so I don't understand why this was an issue. When I brought is up to management, they told me that I could "shop online." This is unacceptable for a store that promotes diverse and inclusive sizing. Edit: I decided to give this location another shot. Size availability still seems to be an issue. However, the store employees seemed to be really nice and helpful.

I LOVE Maurices as a brand. Almost everything in their store is my style, so I love to shop there. However, when I went to this particular store last week, the customer service was just okay. Maybe the lady that helped my mom and I check out was tired or something, but it just wasn't the best experience.

First time I’ve ever been in the store but the customer service was a 10/10 the ladies working on 10/03 around 5pm were so amazing and nice. Would def shop again
