Absolutely disgusted & disappointed! I’ve shopped with this business since the 90s. Made several purchases since being back in Indy. Came in today to NO GREETING. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. TWO WOMEN AT TE REGISTER. Somehow I must’ve been INVISIBLE when I was perusing the jewelry case. NO ONE asked if I needed help or anything…. But as SOON as "other" customers entered, they BOTH gave a very audible, WARM greeting to THEM. I guess in 2025, my skin tone is still TOO DARK. I still tried to shop, although the sinking feeling wouldn’t go away. I have a very bad taste in my mouth and after speaking to the Elder regarding what happened, her smugness and obvious smirk felt like a complete insult. I really LOVED this Consignment store for THIRTY YEARS! Recently introduced my 30yr old daughter to this place, but I’ll be seeking a business that will be happy to have someone who LOOKS LIKE ME as a repeat customer. This really hurts, but hey….it’s only a "store", right? DO BETTER.

This is so tragic honestly. When I tell you I love this local consignment and take everyone and anyone when they visit or haven't been. It's a real shame that people feel as if they can judge kids or don't have the common decency to control their face when not agreeing with someone else's choices of style. Kree was the young girl at the register who is new because I go quite often. I watched her for a minute before saying anything hoping it wasn't real. She literally looked at my daughter who is what you could call emo with such disgust too many times for the two min check out process. I asked her if she was ok and she said yes. Wasn't very sincere and I just said you know what I'm good. I went to drop off my daughter at the house and I'm going back up to say my peace but had no intention of doing it infront of my 11 year old daughter who's in the stages of life of finding who she is. I'm so disappointed in people's entitlement. I will continue to shop here because I've always been treated kindly and the staff is great. Kree though is not.

Really clean store, their men's selection was small but they stuff they had was really cool. I talked to one of the employees and he said they were always looking for more men's clothing. The staff was very friendly and I would recommend checking it out!

Don’t consign here- complete rip off, I dropped clothes off before a move and had over $100 in money owed - I came back to visit my parents and stopped in for a check - they said they don’t hold money for over a year. It’s absolute theft.

Such a great group. I’ve always have a great experience when walking into the store. Really friendly staff and communication is always on point.

Avoid this business at all cost. I was loyal for several years until I trusted them with a large purchase for a designer set of sneakers. Eileen decided that the authentication of my purchase was not included in the price and only decided to inform me of this AFTER I paid. After handing me my sneakers, she physically took them back and removed my certificate of authenticity and held it hostage for an additional payment or a "fee" as she called it. I explained I had already purchased the sneakers with the certificate. This is a very misleading business practice and you should question the legitimacy of any item you've purchased there. Do not trust them with your money. I have reached out several times to them directly via email to resolve this. They will not answer your emails or help you resolve any concerns you have. Period.

Never consign with them again! Brought in designer shoes worth $400. They did not do their research! Shoes were sold for $78 period. They offered me $35. Only after I complained and told them I was going to write a review, then they wanted to confess that the proper research had not been done and wanted to offer me more money. NEVER, NEVER Will I go into this store or consign with them again! first and last time!
