I booked Indy Luxe for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Indianapolis which, as you can imagine, gets insanely busy. Tanish helped me set up our ride reservation and the most impressive part was the level of communication between the time of booking all the way through the end of our reservation. Given the craziness of that concert weekend, I was extremely nervous that our reservation would somehow get lost or slip through the cracks. But Tanish kept consistent communication with me about my reservation and answered any questions I had very promptly.
We flew in from out of town and Tanish kept track of our flight and was there before we even got out of the airport. Everything went super smoothly and my husband and I were beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and service. Highly recommend!

I hired them to take my Teens from Bell University in Muncie to airport since no shuttles were available at this time at Bell University. Driver arrived well in advance of time which was great since they were ready to go early. Driver gave an estimated time of arrival and they arrived almost to the minute. The driver kept me informed the whole time. My Teens said driver was very nice and seemed to be a very good driver. We considered Lyft and Uber, maybe a little cheaper but too many uncertainties. I would give these people 10 stars if I could, they were very prompt, very patient, we had 3 different pick up locations with women at each one spelling out well the hair wasn’t quite right and the shoes didn’t match, my house was last pick up and we had 2 women here which made it twice as bad. (Sorry ladies sad but true) The driver was not frustrated at all very patient didn’t have a care in the world. He petted the dog walked out with us to look at new airline installed in the toy box admired the old cars and was very social with us. When the ride finally began he was very safe un rushed dropped us off told us to call a hour ahead for pickup we did again arrived early waited again dropped us off all very safe and just simply awesome. Hope that nothing goes wrong during your ride! Owner was extremely difficult to work with. He only saw the situation his way with no execeptions! No matter what, it will be your fault! Very unprofessional, insulting our party guests, and tried to intimidate and scare people in our group to get us to pay without proper documentation. The owner contradicted himself numerous times, changing his statements. Claiming to be a businessman for 20+ years, I would of expected much more. It was a nice car, but disappointed in the end! I’m not from this area so I’m forced to rely on someone else. I took a 6 min ride for less than 2 miles. When we got onto the site of the location it said 8.05. The driver proceeded to charge me $10.00 I figured it was a service charge. It was declining because I had a chip. When he entered it manually (while I called my bank to authorize the charge) they said it should be fine they accepted the $15.00 charge. When I questioned them because they seen both the $10 and $15 charge trying to come through he said it was because he waited for me to process my card. The advertisement said.40 cents for a mile if we didn’t move and when I got there how did you go from charging me $8.05 like the fare said to $10 to then )15 in matter of 3 minutes? For a 2:14 second phone call? Outrageous but I had no way of knowing people actually conduct business like this especially on a time clock. Not professional or Proficient business at all. However I did get to my location so I tried to keep my mouth closed. A shame. I don’t see me revisiting this city again, and if I do I will rent a car so I have actual paperwork that might get conducted better.

Terrible. I waited 30 mins outside standing on a cane with luggage when it was supposed to be 10 mins. The driver had my info but chose to pick up other people without checking who he was there to get. The dispatch had to call him repeatedly. He showed up after calling me, said he would compensate me for waiting. I rode with him. He drove like a bat out of hell, was texting not putting my address in his GPS, passed my home, turned his radio up so loud I couldn’t hear myself when I asked can he turn it down. He did then turned it back up and got mad when I told him the volume is too loud. It was at max on talk radio. The sun had just come up. Way too early.
He almost got us into an accident, turned illegally, passed my home over charged me and when I asked he says pay him and he will compensate me $2 for making me wait like what? I had him call his boss he kept yelling at me to get out his cab and go call her in the house. He kept the meter running while I called to speak to her. I called nine times no answer til he called for her. She was nice and had him correct the fare and he kept hitting the button to close the door on me which my chest was getting the impact while trying to get out. He thought he was insulting me by saying I just don’t want to pay he knows people like me can’t afford a cab. I laugh just too an uber 2 hours to Ohio, not phased.
I had to hit my cane on his window to make him stop the door hitting into me while I was getting my bag and cane. He said it was automatic but it quit once it was hit. I got my bag from the trunk and he wanted me to put the trunk down but he just said it was automatic. I’m not going back down my stairs to close your trunk. I was grateful to be back to my car next time I will just wait for a lyft or uber.

I called for a pick up , a man answered and said he would be there in 20 minutes, after 30 minutes passed I called back and he told me that they were very busy but he would be there in 15 minutes, I continued to wait just to be nice I didn’t want to call somebody else since he said he was on his way then after a total of one hour of waiting I called him and he said he’s on his way I asked where he was by he could not tell me and told me he would be there soon …. I just called yellow cab and someone came for me within 5 minutes … as for this company nobody ever cared to call me back to even say they could not make it . Called the night before for a disability ambulance. Confirmed with the person on the phone my father is in a wheel chair. They arrive about 10 mins late no biggie, but just a regular van. The driver called his dispatcher and let them know and said they were working on it. I kept calling every 15 mins to see if we had an update and none. They said we will call you back. They never called back. I get that they seem to contract out drivers similar to uber and Lyft in a way but just the lack of trying was a disappointment.

Called and asked to go to the closest adult E.R, when he got to the spot he decided to start driving while my child was unbuckled and the doors were wide open. The entire vehicle smelled like cigerettes. he took us to Riley children’s er and then when we told him it was wrong and that they only treated children he told us anywhere else it’d cost us $20, double the price. he then took us back to where he picked us up and left us there. The gentleman was professional but it was way to expensive the gentleman that I spoke with said it would cost me 35 dollars I paid the man 66 dollars for a 6-8 mile round trip. When he dropped me off he told me he would be back in a hour so I assumed he was picking up someone else in the area. He called me and told me he was outside waiting on me at the door while i was checking out I told him i would be out in just a moment. He then proceeded to tell me he waited on me and my ride was going to 57 dollars plus whatever added on for the trip back. Now if you waited on me why did you call me and tell me your outside at the door waiting. And then proceed to show me how much my fair was. If it wasnt a problem waiting why did you call me and say your at the door after you told me you would be back. But any who I will not use green cab again. I paid 66 dollars, uber would have been cheaper and alot faster time of pickup. I try to use a local driver to help any community that i am in but my next choice will not be green cab.

Don’t give these people your money. I requested a quote online and didn’t hear back from them So I called to see if they could give me the quote over the phone The dispatcher who answered seemed to be bothered by my call. He was asking me information about my pick up and drop off , I again told him I have the reference quote numbers and he started to raise his voice at me and saying he needed to know where I was going. I told him that I would not be doing business with them and I hung up.
I emailed them, letting them know of my experience and miraculously, I get the quotes i submitted online in my inbox. And then a reply email stating this,
“oh nathan I am so sorry, that was the last straw for that dispatcher, he was dismissed as soon as we listen to the tapes. I have quoted you, sincerely apology for the way you were treated. I hope you can forgive us for that bad apple.”
I highly believe this is from the person that I spoke to on the phone and no one was fired for this.

This is a horrible transportation company. The owner Larry, feels comfortable using the ” N ” word freely and then wants to apologize and curse at his employees and not pay them for their hourly labor.

My wife and I got a cab from broad ripple to our house in south broad ripple (about 15 blocks). The driver used a square reader to charge our card. The meter said $8.65. He did not let us use the screen to approve anything, and just said we were good. It seemed a little weird, so once in the house I looked at our account and were charged $86.50! We immediately called gold cab to dispute it. The man asked for details to try and track him down, but said they have no way of tracking the credit card transactions. That’s crazy! How do you not have any oversight into your company’s charges, especially when the charge on our account says “*gold cab sq.” What he told us literally means the drivers and just overcharge people whenever they want without any oversight from their company, and if you call to complain they just tell you to dispute it with your bank. That is no honest business practice, and it needs to be made aware of. The man at the company hung up on my wife as she tried to gather more information, so I’m just trying to get this out there, through here, bbb, and anything else I can think of. Don’t use this company!

Terrible customer service!
I was at Klipsch, needed a cab and got swarmed by the drivers. So I got in the one cab that the driver wasn’t trying to pull me in to.
Having been left behind, I was alone, and was pretty distraught. So on the ride home, I was extremely shaken up but just glad I didn’t have to walk.
My phone must have fallen out of my purse because when I got inside I didn’t have it.
I called Gold Cab and they said didn’t have any way finding out who took me home. While that may have been true, the guy I spoke to was extremely rude and gave me a lecture about how “you people” should know the cab number and pay attention to the driver identification, blah blah blah. Sooooo in the 21st century cab companies evidently have no idea which drivers have been where. That’s pretty shady. And thanks for yelling at me first thing in the morning after a horribly upsetting night.

6:15 am flight with a 5:00 am pickup and my driver didn’t show up. When I called to see how far away he was dispatch said you didn’t answer so he’s back in Indy. The phone call at 4:00 am from dispatch to confirm was answered and confirmed – no other calls until I called dispatch. Highly dissapointed and will not use again.

Called 10pm night before to reserve cab for 8:30am next morning to go to funeral. Was told $2 a mile which would have been a $50 fare there and $50 back. $100 total. Was told he would be there. Called again 7am next morning to remind and confirm. Same guy. Didn’t know what I was talking about. I got a little upset and was told I could call another company if I didn’t’ like it otherwise he would be there by 9am. I told him I could still make it if he showed up by 9am. 9:05am no cab. Called. Same guy. Asked me what time he was supposed to pick me up. Told him five minutes ago. After getting address again said he was on his way. No show.

Our driver quoted us 40 dollars from downtown Indy to Noblesville, and once we started driving he said it would be $70. Then he turned off the meter (sketchy) so there was no real way to track our fare. When we got to my house I asked him how we pay and he says “oh you don’t have cash?” and seemed put off that we couldn’t pay in cash. He then plugged in a Square card reader to his phone. He literally looked at me and says “how much do you want me to charge?” (Clearly he wasn’t tracking it at all) and when I asked him he needed to charge what the correct fare was, he says it’s 70 dollars, and I’m still not sure how he came to this number, as we all did the math with the sign on the side of the an that displays the rates and it shouldn’t have been over 60. I called the number for the company and asked for a manager, and the man I spoke with ignored my request for a manager and couldn’t tell me how fare is calculated and eventually told me he had another call he needed answer. I do not feel that this is an honest company. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and will definitely be getting the word out about this as much as possible, as I don’t want others getting taken advantage of.

Horrible company. Drivers are reckless. I had an incident where a driver cut me off and I called to report him. The company rep refused to give me his name. Insinuated that I was, and talked over me and cut me off. Save your money people ride with Uber or Lyft.
