Beautiful modern airport. It has two concourses A and B, both connected to a center section. Each of them have their own security checkpoints that divides and eases the lines. In the center section, there a multiple shops and restaurants. The baggage claim area was well maintained. I saw a small exhibition of Rolls Royce jet engines. The most convenient part is the rental car building is adjacent to the main building, so passengers can just walk to pick up the cars. Each of the concourses also have their own shops and restaurants. Delta Sky Club is located in Concourse A. The gates were clearly marked. Each gate had display of outbound flights. Waiting area chairs had charging plugs. Restrooms were clean. TSA and security lines were moving quickly. But there was no Clear available at this airport.

Great airport. It’s on a smaller size compared to other cities. Clean, bright and spacious. The security line is organized. Many agents directed people to their lines. It’s 2 concourse jointed by a shopping/restaurant hall in the middle. Bathroom is clean and lots of stalls. Overall easy to get food, shop, use bathroom and find a seat.

An unexpected turn of events had us diverted to Indianapolis Airport (weather in Chicago – LOL). Was a nice few hour stop over to refuel and walk around (got 1.23 miles of a walk in). A very nice airport behind security with multiple food locations (sit down to fast food). Thank you Indianapolis for a nice short visit and relaxing chairs while we waited for our plane to reboard.

I always have a great experience every time I travel through Indianapolis (IND) airport. It's one of the cleanest and most convenient airports I've ever been to. Security and boarding gates are fast and efficient, the staff are always very helpful, and there's a peaceful and calm atmosphere. I always feel so welcome every time I arrive. IND airport always welcomes me home with open arms. It's so good to be home! 🤘 I love it here!

This airport is large but well organized. The internal space is good looking and pleasant. It’s clean and x-ray devices at security checkpoints are advanced so no need to take the laptop and tablet out of the carryon or the backpack 🎒.

I love this airport. It’s always nice and clean, and they are always adding new things. I notice something new every time I go. Even when it’s only been a couple of months since my last trip, a lot has changed. I also love the new seating they added. TSA employees are usually very friendly. There was one person this time who wasn’t, but it was the holiday season, so I gave him a pass and just did what I was supposed to do. The only thing I would really complain about is the Lyft/Uber pickup area. The pickup spot is in a weird place and it’s a bit of a trek to get there, but the signage is very clear and makes it easy to find. Overall, I think this is one of the best airports, I love it.

I recently traveled through Indianapolis International Airport (IND) and was genuinely impressed. The restrooms were well-maintained, and the airport overall felt tidy and welcoming. There was plenty of seating, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax even during busy times. The staff was exceptionally friendly and patient, clearly explaining what items—such as blankets, pillows, and personal handbags—were allowed as carry-ons, which helped avoid confusion. I also appreciated the souvenir shop’s self-checkout option, which made purchasing quick and convenient. Overall, my experience at IND was very pleasant, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit.

We used Aadvanced Limousines for our wedding day for a limo, shuttle bus and party bus and everything was great! They call you about a week before to confirm all details – we had a lot of different vehicles going to many different places but they were very attentive to detail and took care of everything. They were on time and very professional. Would highly recommend

We were doing a Christmas light tour and wasn’t sure exactly where to go other than the fairgrounds that we had tickets for. Alesaha found some great lights for us to see and even turned around a couple of time so we could see them again. She was very prompt and professional and made our experience great.

While towing a 53ft semi trailer and attempting to make a wide right turn almost 100ft long!! This driver refused to back up the 2 feet that I needed to clear the turn and not take out the light pole at 38th & Emerson! After cussing me out and refusing to back up she whipped the bus around me yelling and cussing, flipping me the finger as she passed! Indygo should be ashamed of roadraging drivers behind the wheels of their busses! With no one behind her in her designated buss lane she simply refused the task of reversing causing a massive back up in traffic ! Just more ratchet behavior from undertrained staff.

Not exactly sure if This bus belongs to this transit Center, but she is an extremely unskilled driver and almost hit a car when she did not have the right away. This picture was taken in Beech Grove. 10/20/2025, at 1:11 PM. The sign for the bus set back to transit center so whoever this driver is should probably be fired considering she is not paying attention while she is driving, throwing up hand signs such as the middle finger towards a driver who had the right of way, she needs her driving skills reevaluated promptly. She is a very. Unsafe and inconsiderate driver she is more than likely, risking the lives if we were stepping on the bus The bus number as provided in the photo is H 2507

The Transit Center is a convenient hub downtown for all city buses. Living on the east side, this means that I must go downtown to the transit centre in order to visit points north or south (or even points east that are out of realistic walking distance). The staff is generally friendly and kind although they play by the rules and don’t tolerate exceptions. This comes with the public transportation territory, I suspect. The restrooms are hardly anything special but acceptable (better than at the nearby Greyhound station, for sure). Pro Tip Having recently used the Cincinnati public bus network, most disappointedly, I realise anew the importance and value of the IndyGo buses being largely on time and dependable.

Great Transit Center in a great location. It is located right in the middle of downtown and has lots of buses that go every direction. The staff are helpful when you needed help with the routes or the schedules. The vending machines for the bus passes are easy to use. There’s plenty of seating areas and overall it’s a great location and very convenient.

They have a monopoly. This is illegal in itself. But they just doubled fare. Why? Bus drivers are the rudest I’ve seen anywhere. And most of them drive like maniacs. They don’t know the bus schedule is or how to get anywhere. Most of them can’t turn a corner to save their lives. Buses are in horrible condition and should not be allowed to be on the road. There’s no excuse. Would never recommend to anyone. They should be sued because monopolies are illegal.

Wish the walkways were wider. It’s a pain walking through there to get to your bus when there are a lot of people. Poorly designed.

Raising the bus fare and making me double the amount I need to get back and forth to work which takes money away from my babies needs the busses are for us broke people and tou gonna raise it damn near 50%. do better. and dont get me started on on the bus driver. rude, drive crazy, brake happy, or just hate their job (dont get me wrong theres alot that are great. I have my favorites)

Going to start using this lot more. Great price and the pick up shelters are heated. Shuttle comes around every 7-10 mins

The large electric powered buses will stop at all shelters in a back and forth snake pattern. We were at shelter 11 which was nearly first to get picked up (then stopped at all subsequent shelters) and nearly first to get dropped off.

10/10 parking and shuttle situation. Remember to write down your location or you may get a little lost.

The bus driver was helpful there needs to be better communication in the airport as to how to pick up Zone 4 bus and how to communicate which shelter is needed. Bus was very clean and well maintained.

Its economy if you consider the other options, still about 3 bills too much for real value.

We did not know to write down the shelter number and only had the letter and row number which caused us to miss our drop off. A supervisor came and picked us up and drove us to our car. He was so kind and helpful. I wish we had his name. He waited to make sure our car started since we had parked there for almost 2 weeks. Highly recommend! Thank you for your kindness and help!

Great place to park and a lot cheaper ($9/day) vs garage ($20/day). The bus shuttles are reasonably frequent during normal hours, usually plan on adding 10-15 mins when I park there vs garage. Love that they have the free umbrella to loan when it rains, you just return it on your next trip! The waiting shelters have heated lamps above for those colder days.

I am an airline crew and they booked us this company for our transportation. Upon arrival our driver was not there. When I called to get an update the dispatcher, I belive named Issac was rude and unprofessional. Told me he will call back with an update and never called back. When I called again to get an update he hung up. Driver arrived shortly after and also complained about Issac being unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.

Issaq and his team of skilled and dedicated drivers make events happen all over the midwest. We would never use any other transportation company. For us, Royal makes it happen time after time.

I called at 8:30 am and asked for a cab and they told me it was on its way. A few minutes later I get a call from the cab driver who asked me if I would mind waiting until after 10am because the roads were slippery. (We'd had a slight dusting of snow the night before. The roads were fine.) I told this clown that I needed to get to my destination as soon as possible because I have other plans for today. I then asked him if he could come as promised and he said no, so I told him to forget it. I will never give this place my business again and I do not recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They texted the day before my sons appointment to confirm, I did. The next morning after being 6 minutes late I called them and was given the run around and different numbers to call. After about 40 minutes of this I asked for a supervisor and was connected to dispatch. Dispatch then told me that they had been trying to find a driver for my sons ride for over an hour. They did not reach out to me to let me know what was going on and they did not bump it back to medicaid so that they could send us another ride. They just accepted the ride knowing they could not cover it and my son missed an appointment for an infusion.

Unfortunately I have needed to use ztrip for some doctors appts recently. This is the most unorganized business I have encountered. You dont get notified in any way on WHEN or IF the driver will arrive. And if no one accepts your trip, they dont let you know. You have to call to find out and get a new Driver rerouted. I typically make 3 calls to customer service before I actually get picked up. Sometimes up to an HOUR after the scheduled pick up time. That is not acceptable

Jamal was very nice I order a taxi at 6am he was at my location in 10 mins maybe less. I was so shocked I’ve never had a taxi come so fast in my life. He was very professional and nice. The car is very clean and rides very smooth

Had a driver ask where the destination was and once I told him he canceled the ride. We have been here for 1 and a half hours at Riley Hospital for children waiting for a ride. Great job Kama. Judging by the reviews, I wonder why no one has reported this company to the Indiana Attorney Generals Office Licensing Department? I guess I will be one of those to do this today. This company obviously scams medicaid insurance by not taking corrective action against their drivers. Unfortunately for them I have an app on my phone that automatically records all my calls and I will be using this in my report. If you don't like the job or the driving routes, find another job.

Do not under any circumstance use this company. They book your ride, give you a booking number, then you get nothing but confusion. They will call you and tell you they do not service the area after you already received a booking number. If you can speak to a supervisor, they will tell you they, in face, do service your area. You think you’re all Set and then you can get another call saying they don’t service your area. No one understands English which is part of the problem. I don’t blame their employees, they don’t know and are just trying to earn a living — I do blame the company decision-makers who don’t have adequately trained staff who even knows the area. Stay away from this place for your loved one. They’ll only cause confusion and leave you feeling desperate and stranded.

Z trip is the ABSOLUTE WORST and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL excuse for a "ride share" app I’ve ever encountered. They should have named the company "Rinky Dink Rides" because of down right janky they are as a "company". You’re better off walking.

My daughter’s plane was coming in to Indianapolis late due to weather at 12 midnight. Uber said they couldn’t wait & she was going to be stranded at the airport. Reached out to Airport Executive & John was the best. He assured me that he would get my daughter back to her dorm at Purdue safe & sound. Spoke with my daughter & she said the whole experience was top notch & he was so courteous & caring that she felt very secure. Thank you from a grateful Dad!!

Exceeded expectations! John (the owner) delivered on every detail. Great up-front communications at time of booking and he follows up with the final itinerary review the day before the event. Everything went exactly as planned, the vehicle, timing, and costs – on a very, very busy weekend. Roy was the limo driver; he is a top-notch professional and our guests loved him.

I called and talked to the Owner, John. I reserved a party bus. Before the scheduled pickup time, I tried calling John again with no answer. I text, left on read. I call again at the pickup time, nothing. Twenty minutes later, I am calling an Uber. Thanks for nothing, Airport Executive Car Service! 🙁

I would give these people 10 stars if I could, they were very prompt, very patient, we had 3 different pick up locations with women at each one spelling out well the hair wasn’t quite right and the shoes didn’t match, my house was last pick up and we had 2 women here which made it twice as bad. (Sorry ladies sad but true) The driver was not frustrated at all very patient didn’t have a care in the world. He petted the dog walked out with us to look at new airline installed in the toy box admired the old cars and was very social with us. When the ride finally began he was very safe un rushed dropped us off told us to call a hour ahead for pickup we did again arrived early waited again dropped us off all very safe and just simply awesome. It was my wife and I’s first limo experience after 37 yrs of marriage and I must say it was well worth the wait. Thank you for your services and we will use you again thanks again

We rented transportation for our daughter’s wedding on Sat. Oct. 1, 2022. John and his drivers were exceptional! The drivers were professional, courteous and not only on time, there were early. Everything John promised was spot on! You made our daughter’s day perfect!

You will not meet a nicer, more sincere individual, not just as an owner of a limo service company, but as a person just in general! And that reflects on the quality of service they provide to their customers. And their services include anything from private IND airport pickup and drop off transportation service to wedding limo service to big corporate event transportation or just a night out on the town with chauffeur driven SUV’s, sprinter vans, limos or party buses. No matter the event or occasion, Airport Executive Car Service has proven to be a quality company to lean on for any Indianapolis private luxury ground transportation travel needs as well as helping when flying out of IND to another city. They have affiliate connections I’m just about any major city you can think of. Great company!

Hope that nothing goes wrong during your ride! Owner was extremely difficult to work with. He only saw the situation his way with no execeptions! No matter what, it will be your fault! Very unprofessional, insulting our party guests, and tried to intimidate and scare people in our group to get us to pay without proper documentation. The owner contradicted himself numerous times, changing his statements. Claiming to be a businessman for 20+ years, I would of expected much more. It was a nice car, but disappointed in the end! Buyer beware!

Shared indoor area with the Greyhound Bus station. Lucas Oil Stadium is the nearby identifiable large landmark. Tricky to precisely locate the entrance. A bit crowded, and a number of people looked like they might be struggling financially, but nothing disrespectful that I saw. Convenience store (hygiene, jewelry, hot food, more), ATM, phone charging station, vending machines, restrooms.

I recently took the Amtrak Cardinal train from Indianapolis to Chicago (6AM) and couldn’t find much info online, so here’s what my experience was like: • Entrance is through the Greyhound station downtown (it’s kind of tucked into a corner – see photo). • You wait in a shared seating area until about 20 mins before departure — they announce boarding over the loudspeaker. Don’t go up the stairs before they announce boarding. You’ll just go up the stairs to board the train. • When I lined up to board, they asked for my name and assigned me a seat number on the spot. • The bathrooms at the station were closed and looked like they had been for a while so go beforehand if you can. • On the train, there are bathrooms, a working outlet under the window at each seat (bring a long enough charging cord in case you have to sit in the aisle seat), plenty of overhead bin space, footrests, and reclining seats. The dining car is only open certain hours. They kept it open until we got to Dyer, IN. The station itself is bare-bones and a little confusing, but the train ride was fine. Just sharing this in case it helps anyone else plan ahead!

The Amtrak refund policy is much more consumer-friendly than most airlines, which provides great financial flexibility.

I was pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean the restrooms were kept throughout my entire long Amtrak journey.

Very sketchy, not going to sit here and lie. I would recommend to travel with at least 3 people. No amenities at this stop, one medium sized waiting area where we all migrated to. So as long as your head is on a swivel, move with a team, dont leave anything unattended, and the trains were over an hour late …. so many of us who had multiple bags couldn't check the bags due to the delayed arrival of the locomotive.

I've traveled fom coast to cost . on Amtrack. Indianapolis has the WORST train station I've seen.

This cab company is a joke lazy operator and even lazier drivers do not waste your time with This company waited over 2 hours for a cab called twice and had supposedly 2 drivers on the way and never showed up. When i first called they gave me another number to call for the actual cab so was super shady. Save yourself the time and just go with Uber or lyft.

Absolutely fantastic service! The driver went above and beyond, picked up parts to fix my truck and drove me to get the remaining parts. Very fair rate, and an incredibly friendly helpful driver. Thank you so much!

Called and asked to go to the closest adult E.R, when he got to the spot he decided to start driving while my child was unbuckled and the doors were wide open. The entire vehicle smelled like cigerettes. he took us to Riley children’s er and then when we told him it was wrong and that they only treated children he told us anywhere else it’d cost us $20, double the price. he then took us back to where he picked us up and left us there. Rude the entire time he was taking us back. Do NOT ride with this taxi company.

Found myself lost (literally and figuratively) and needed a ride. Dave saved the day! Not only did he provide me a ride at a fair price but also stayed with me to make sure I was okay after finding my car without a battery. This is someone who cares about what he does. Thank you!

The bus was 36 minutes late and it was overbooked. There was no communication to the students. After contacting reservations we were assured a second bus was on its way to pick up the "overflow "people although everyone had a reservation. The proper thing to do if a bus is late or it's overbooked is to take the students who have the earliest flights first instead of just randomly letting people on… Some kids were afraid they were Going to miss their flight because the bus was late and they didn't get on the late bus and opted to take $100 Uber ride… I'm not sure if I can recommend this company for transportation in the future. We'll see how it works on the return. That's what happens when you tip in advance. I hope the kids who had to take an Uber are given a refund

My own experience with GoExpress between Indianapolis airport and Bloomington was excellent. In both directions the drivers were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus was clean and had seatbelts. I always allow a ton of time when I travel so it would have been fine if there had been delays, but there weren't; I got both directions quite timely. I would definitely use the service again based on my experience.

Horrible experience. Mom waited around after a confirmation text she received she was paid for and book for a trip from indianapolis to Bloomington at 10:40pm. The bus never showed, they never called her to cancel, and she had to have my brother drive over an hour after 11pm to pick her up and drive her home. She didn’t get back till after 1am. Company also has a no refund policy on any fees you paid and just want to give her a credit. Horrible policy, horrible customer service and horrible communication. Never use this company if you have another option.

Purdue graduation day, we lost our rental car opportunity to Indy airport. There were no cars available. It was just an added stress to our graduation time, and it was a Saturday. My daughter located Go Express Travel online and booked it. They saved the day! They picked us up at their shuttle stop at Purdue U's McCutcheon Hall building, across the street from Subway. The driver was professional; it was a clean shuttle bus, A/C, and they got us to the airport on time! It was a great experience. Thank you, Go Express Travel!

TERRIBLE. Flight was delayed barely got to the pickup spot 5 minutes late – they left already. No call or anything to tell me I’m stranded. I call them 3 times no answer. I go to their website to switch the time to another shuttle but I can’t. I try and cancel for a credit to rebook but I can’t. Goexpress is a joke and this isn’t my first bad experience using them. AVOID and either Uber or find another service!

The drive to the airport was nice, but it’s so frustrating that you have to buy an entire extra seat just for one additional piece of luggage (not ideal for international students). Even worse, the driver pocketed my cash into his personal wallet—I didn’t get a receipt or anything. I felt robbed, with no choice but to comply to avoid being stranded. It’s such a sad experience.

After reading many of bad reviews, I wasn’t sure that I should take a Go Express but I’m glad that I did. Reading reviews that the bus sometimes left very early, I got there 30 minutes early just in case. The bus came 25 minutes early, dropped off some people, when the driver finished helping people off loading, he asked everyone to get onboard about 10 minutes before the departure time – exactly as stated in the ticket on the boarding time. The driver was very nice, asking if anyone needed a bathroom and if the temperature inside the bus was ok, then the bus left on time. I had a very good experience, definitely will give it a try again. I’m aware that the fare is twice more than the Greyhound bus but Go Express has more frequent departure times (every 2 hours even on the weekends as opposed to only 4 times for the whole day for the Greyhound bus). I’ll update my experience whether I just got lucky this time – getting a great driver, or this is now the new norm. I hope it’s the later. I’m rooting for you Go Express Travel!
