Don't give these people your money. I requested a quote online and didn't hear back from them So I called to see if they could give me the quote over the phone The dispatcher who answered seemed to be bothered by my call. He was asking me information about my pick up and drop off , I again told him I have the reference quote numbers and he started to raise his voice at me and saying he needed to know where I was going. I told him that I would not be doing business with them and I hung up.
I emailed them, letting them know of my experience and miraculously, I get the quotes i submitted online in my inbox. And then a reply email stating this,
"oh nathan I am so sorry, that was the last straw for that dispatcher, he was dismissed as soon as we listen to the tapes. I have quoted you, sincerely apology for the way you were treated. I hope you can forgive us for that bad apple."
I highly believe this is from the person that I spoke to on the phone and no one was fired for this.

This is a horrible transportation company. The owner Larry, feels comfortable using the " N " word freely and then wants to apologize and curse at his employees and not pay them for their hourly labor.
