I cannot say enough wonderful things about this taxi and medical transport service. From dispatch (Dean) to driver (Spencer), they were the epitome of professionalism. Kind, courteous, caring, prompt, and just all around fantastic to this gal who needed a ride to/from hip surgery. They provided immense peace of mind under trying circumstances. We were looking for shuttle transportation for our son's wedding from the reception venue to the hotel for the hotel guests. When I contacted Deien @Yellow Taxi of Hamilton County, he was the most reasonable in price and was more than accommodating in getting the guests back and forth from venue/hotel all evening! He and Spencer (the additional driver) were both very polite and kind to all the guests. We would definitely use them again anytime and highly recommend Yellow Taxi!

We were in town for the Indy 500 and found ourselves without a vehicle when it broke down on the highway. This was the first place we called after the Lyft driver cancelled on us. Yellow Taxi of Hamilton arrived in 10 minutes after our call. The driver was courteous, friendly, and offered to play a movie while in traffic to entertain our kids during the ride. He got us to there quickly and safely.
Dean has been a such reliable driver. He is easy to talk to, like a long lost friend! My husband and I have depended on him since we moved here . Whenever you need a ride, ask for him!

I called yellow taxi for a ride, and my driver, Dean, drove 25 minutes across town (even though he wasn't covering the area I was stuck in) just to help me out!
