DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere in any service sector. I booked a wheelchair van ride weeks in advance for my elderly mother who rarely gets out so she could go to a very important event. They accepted the booking at the reserved time, gave me a booking number, confirmed the pick up time many times because I made it clear at the time of booking that if the ride was late she would miss the event. They assured me it would be there. I don’t hear from them again until we get a cancellation notice 10 minutes AFTER the scheduled pick up time. I called and they said they don’t even START looking for a ride until 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. If that’s the policy why would they let me book a specific pick up time 2 weeks in advance?? Why didn’t they assign a driver in advance so she could go to her event? Instead my elderly mother waited for an hour in 32 degree weather outside her nursing facility and missed the entire event. Even a heads up an hour or so before the pick up time would have allowed me to schedule another ride for her. Everyone I spoke to on their dispatch team was utterly uninterested, rude, and unapologetic. Astonishingly terrible service.

I've had an appointment scheduled to initiate psychiatric treatment multiple months in advance and got a ride scheduled through my insurance. My provider unfortunately chose to use Z Trip and because of it this extremely important appointment I had was missed as my ride was more than 30 minutes late. Because of this companies dramatic failure, I missed out on potentially critical care and will need to wait months to find out what has been happening with my progressively worse and worse memory and cognition problems.
When my ride did come, the vehicle was a mess with an entire box in the passengers seat. The driver had been on a phone call for a very long time before picking me up and was actively talking about having poor conduct with other people using the service.
I'm making sure my provider ceases using Z Trip in the future, if not entirely than at least with me. Completely unacceptable conduct from this company, my gosh.

I wish I’d read these reviews first. Like many other reviewers, I scheduled a ride in advance for my wheelchair-bound mother with a wheelchair-accessible vehicle.
The day of the ride, I got an automated call about 1-2 hours prior to the scheduled time confirming the ride. I assumed things were all good.
Thirty minutes after the scheduled trip time and no vehicle had shown up, I called. The dispatcher said the “ride was complete.”
I knew that wasn’t accurate, and confirmed that no, a driver had never shown up.
I tried and schedule a ride again. Waited another 30 minutes. Called back. This time they said they “didn’t have a phone number with the reservation to confirm the ride.” (Mind you their automated system had been calling me every 15m or so ON MY PHONE to confirm the same ride.)
When pressed, the team couldn’t explain why the first ride had been canceled, nor why the second ride had no number after they asked me for my number.
I would never use this joke of a company ever again. If you actually need to be anywhere on time, or confirm you’ve secured a ride for someone, go elsewhere.
Not only are they unreliable, they are unapologetic about their lackluster service.
No wonder cab companies are failing…

Booked 6 times, 5 cancelled, after one hour finally one showed up. Paid her double the fair. Got her number so I can call her directly when I need a cab.
Rate the driver 5 stars, 0 for the rest.

Enjoyed my ride with Mrs. Brenda. I hope on our next trip we can use her! She is awesome.
