Mister Sparky has done several electrical jobs at our home including a new electrical panel, bathroom fan repair and light / ceiling fan fixture replacements. Jerry Massa has provided service for us each time and we are so impressed with his work. Jerry is professional in his actions and words. His work is meticulous and he is efficient with his time. The work space is so clean when he leaves that you cannot tell someone had been there doing work. He goes over pricing, explains everything well, answers any questions and has excellent solutions for any issue. The pricing is good, the work completed has always been exemplary and we are comfortable with the workers who have been to our home, especially Jerry. We are beyond satisfied with the care and treatment we receive and will continue to use Mister Sparky for all of our electrical needs. I had Xavier Villarreal from Mr. Sparky remove and replace with a new 200 Amp Electrical Panel in our Garageand also anchor grounding to the earth at our house. Xavier was experienced with his work and knew what he was doing. He did the work efficiently and effectively in a specific given time.

Xavier did a wonderful job updating our breaker panel. He was very professional, polite, courteous and prompt. We will definitely call Mister Sparky for any and all of our electrical needs in the future and will wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

Brandon was phenomenal and trustworthy to work with. Fair price and recommendations on the necessary repairs and improvements for my house. He even suggested against a an expensive repair for a few more years since he thought it was still in good working condition! He was a man of his word and took care of me at every step. I will be a future customer because of his personable and exceptional work!

Xavier was a fantastic technician/installer. He was very intelligent and explained things very well to someone who doesn’t know anything about electrical. It should definitely be mentioned that out of the 10 different 24/7/365 emergency companies we contacted late on a Friday night, Mister Sparky is only 1 of 2 that responded and actually cared when our electric panel was smoking. They said they could be here in the morning and the other company couldn’t be here until Monday. Thank you for living up to your advertising and being honest! All around I would say the experience was great! The only bad part was the $3472 price tag for a complete electrical panel replacement, but that is the price you pay for an emergency so it is understandable! I did get a call from my certified electrician friend after the installation saying he could have done it for $2200, but he wouldn’t have been able to do it until today either. I would definitely recommend Mister Sparky, especially if you get Xavier! He was great and the company does quality work and most importantly is reliable and does what their advertising say they will do!!!

I called Mr Sparky for some help on an electrical issue and was able to get an appointment set up the same day. The Technician, Brandon was excellent! He immediately identified a way to resolve my request, ordered the part and came back as soon as the part was available. He was quick, efficient and walked me through what he did. Alejandro was very professional, quick, and thorough. We needed three light switches and a closet light replaced. He found a few «code issues» with our light switches and repaired them for no extra charge.

We used Aadvanced Limousines for our wedding day for a limo, shuttle bus and party bus and everything was great! They call you about a week before to confirm all details – we had a lot of different vehicles going to many different places but they were very attentive to detail and took care of everything. My experience with Godby was very good! I got to them through YELP. I put in a request for electrical help and it was sent out to multiple companies. Godby was one of the companies that responded quickly and had someone who could come today!! They have good communication. They were upfront about the cost and what it applied to. My technician arrived within the time frame I was given from the main office. Tino was polite, patient, offered to wear shoe covers, was efficient and checked my breakers. He took care with safety and gave excellent customer service. I got 5 star service on a small job.

Our 35 yr old furnace unfortunately went down but exceeded it’s suspected life by many yrs. Godby came over to inspect but determined the existing unit might not be safe. New furnace was ordered & installed within 17hrs. Repairmen & sales all were exceptionally nice people. The only bad vibe was the financing. If I went less payments the interest rate was 18%!! Going long payments the interest was 9%. We chose the latter. Good experience overall in a bad situation. Godby was quick, & thorough knowing we were in an emergency situation in a cold house. I would choose Godby again but have my own financing next time not theirs.

They replaced my heat pump on Friday afternoon, it quit working that evening. They DO NOT have 24 hour service, they use an answering service in northern Illinois after hours. Best the answering service could do was send an email that someone might see on Monday morning. No assistance at all and no heat during the middle of winter.

If you are interested in purchasing a natural gas back up generator, I would recommend considering Godby’s. The entire package from choosing right generator that fit our needs to the two day installation, their entire crew were knowledgeable in their specific field, professional, polite and easy to talk to. I am also impressed with their customer service so far. Jorge has been our electrical technician since the installation of our generator. His knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. If you are considering installing a backup generator, you would do well to contact Godby in your search.

Tyree came out to help with a leaking pipe in my basement ceiling. Despite the plumbing being way more complicated than it needed to be or we originally expected, he was able to get the leak fixed.

Godby saves the day! Our usual service company totally failed us on some electrical repairs. Godby came out and helped us avoid an electrical fire. They identified several errors and code violations in how the work was incorrectly completed by the other contractor. They helped explain and photograph the issues and this was a big help. They then prioritized getting us electrical again. They did a safe temporary repair and were out here the next business day to correct the issue. The other company wanted a week to fix their mistake. Not only did they come in and correct the issues created by the other contractor (full panel replacement), they upgraded the panel and fixed the prior contractors error for substantially less than other companies wanted just to get us back to status quo. Our techs, Francisco and Jorge, worked late to get the job complete and when an outlet my wife uses wouldn’t come on, they stayed even later to fix it. No additional charge. The original job was to upgrade outlets for my woodshop. They labeled all the plugs, put everything on separate breakers, and made sure there was cushion for upgrades and changes. It was just the perfect touch. This was the best experience we could have had considering the terrible situation we were in. Highly recommend.

Every single time I had them they was late and this morning a driver REFUSED my ride bc I wanted to rear face my 29 pounds child which is the safest for her weight so for 20 mins he screamed in my face how he wasn’t taking me bc I would not put her in not safely , how are y’all medicaid cab drivers but don’t know simple car seat safety even when the car seat has a sticker saying 5-40lbs should REAR FACE,

Caleb with David Electric was great! He make quick work on some issues found during a home inspection. Installed a GFCI and moved double tap neutral wires. He also added romex connectors in the panel. The price was unbeatable and the quality was top notch. If you need electrical work done use David Electric. You won’t be disappointed.

Grateful for David Electric. This is the 2nd time Jose has been out. He did a phenomenal job diagnosing our problem and finished both jobs promptly. They also have better pricing options compared to competitors. We had to have our meter moved as we were out of code and also new breaker box. The electrical issues are now resolved. Nick helped us come up with a creative solution to replacing some of the fluorescent tube lighting in our old home and completed the work within a couple hours. David did all our new electrical for our upstairs attic build-out, new panel, and coordinated with IPL to get a new underground power line run to our house instead of the aging overhead line. We had a power surge after a tree fell on a power line. Several appliances were ruined as well as a treadmill and ceiling fan. We needed a full inspection of our electrical panel, wiring and all outlets. For insurance purposes and for peace of mind, we needed a licensed electrician. Excellent experience! I contacted Zimmerman Electric Indy to have an electric vehicle charger installed, and the experience was exceptional! Zach (the owner, I believe) contacted me very quickly, and was able to offer a price quote over the phone (a very REASONABLE price, I might add). Tanner and Ryan showed up the next day at the agreed upon time, were extremely friendly, polite and professional. They performed the work as described, cleaned up after themselves, and turned off all the lights and locked up after they were finished (I had to go to work). Best of all, I received the final invoice shortly after, and it was EXACTLY the price quoted to me over the phone. That’s right, no surprises, extra fees or «gotchas.» Great work! I will definitely keep their number handy for any electrical needs I might have in the future!

Can’t recommend Zimmerman enough. They were the most reasonable quote to install a level two EV charger for my new vehicle, and they did the job perfectly. They got me on the schedule within a week, the electrician who did the job was prompt and respectful. He did a great job and even though it was stated drywall repair wasn’t included, it was a small section that he took out and it appears he went ahead and patched it back up for me before he left anyway. Invoice came in exactly as quoted. Will be hiring them again if we’re in need of any other electrical work.

Zimmerman electric is fast and efficient. I had messaged them a few days ago and wanted a price to install a Tesla wall charger at my house. He gave me a quote the same day and was able to install it before I brought the vehicle home. They did great work and cleaned up any mess they created after the work was done. Joe Schmo was suggested to us by our realtor so we didn’t think to look for anyone else but I wish we had. Before Joe Schmo came to rehaul our electrical, our garage worked, after they left, it didn’t. When we called to complain and see what happened, they said they forgot to plug in the cord to the garage, but that didn’t fix the problem and now our garage door won’t close and we now we need to pay more and have another company come out to fix what they broke. UPDATE! I was contacted by Hillary and she offered to have a technician come out and take a look at our garage after they realized it still wasn’t working correctly. Eric was on time, and so kind. He got in there, found the problem, and fixed it in five minutes. Now we have a working garage, thank you Jo Schmo!!

They installed a 240v outlet in my garage for my EV. They even filed a permit that was needed by my town. Hilary was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. The electrician came on time, and was done in less than an hour, cleaned up after himself, and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond with the permit stuff and the rates were lower than any other electrician I called. I will use Joe Schmo for any of my electrical needs.

Had Zach come out and install a 50amp inlet to my main breaker panel for hooking up a portable generator. Communication was great, price was create, quick and quality installation. Very professional, punctual, good service. Went above and beyond to get the job done. Had a new breaker box install and some new outlets. In the picture the breaker box does stick out from the wall, but that’s just like the old one. My house is not framed normally and has thin walls.

I booked Indy Luxe for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Indianapolis which, as you can imagine, gets insanely busy. Tanish helped me set up our ride reservation and the most impressive part was the level of communication between the time of booking all the way through the end of our reservation. Given the craziness of that concert weekend, I was extremely nervous that our reservation would somehow get lost or slip through the cracks. But Tanish kept consistent communication with me about my reservation and answered any questions I had very promptly. We flew in from out of town and Tanish kept track of our flight and was there before we even got out of the airport. I hired them to take my Teens from Bell University in Muncie to airport since no shuttles were available at this time at Bell University. Driver arrived well in advance of time which was great since they were ready to go early. Driver gave an estimated time of arrival and they arrived almost to the minute. The driver kept me informed the whole time. My Teens said driver was very nice and seemed to be a very good driver. We considered Lyft and Uber, maybe a little cheaper but too many uncertainties. This company put my wife and I at ease right away, and everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend them.

Bruce and Charles arrived right on time and worked diligently all day to replace our main electrical panel and add a 100 amp service to our detached garage. They kept me informed throughout the day and were very professional. It turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated so a 3rd electrician joined for part of the job, working very hard as well. Bruce and Charles worked until 9:30pm on a Friday night to ensure we had power for the weekend and everything worked properly. I would definitely want these electricians back for any future work!

Rob and Casey were excellent to work with on the business side of things. They walked me through the process step by step and were always available to answer my questions. On the install side of the process was Sean Staley and his team. This team is the definition of professionals. During the install they were there to answer any questions we had and we had a lot. The attention to detail was incredible. It was the small things that stood out to me like removing their shoes before coming into the house, filing down their cuts on the ground mount and how clean the panels and inverters looked on the house just to name a few. Overall, this company offers one of the best panels on the market and a professional and pleasant experience. I will use Jefferson Electric for all of my solar and electrical needs going forward.

My experience with Jefferson electric was great. Had a tree go down and damage my house to pole wire. Which is something power company isn’t responsible for. After searching for a day for an electrician with no results, my tree guy Ronnie Love, came across this company, no body else had a person available. Jefferson electric made sure that I was taken care of immediately!!! I would have been without power for a while! I’m 65 and ever so grateful. They’re on it!!

Had a team come over and spend an entire day in the backyard setting up EV charging, installing surge protectors for our solar panels, and rewiring parts of the garage (which involved trenching wires to the house).
