Ben and Dustin came out today and did an outstanding job demolishing and hauling off my fence. Both were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They reported on time and finished this huge messy job in less than 2 hours. Even hauled off a few extra timbers I had at NO CHARGE. In closing, I am a fussy customer and even though Fire Dogs was not the lowest bid, they were far from the highest. Great quality at a very fair price! You’re foolish if you need work done and don’t call these guys.

They moved a heavy metal desk, a file cabinet and two bookcases. And they even moved an old fireplace mantle out of the garage (it was stored behind other boxes of stuff). Therefore, Extra space storage was the 2nd on the list and I followed my first mind and gave them a call. The customers service I received on Saturday was absolutely outstanding. The units are clean, well kept and very spacious and don’t forget reasonable. Also, Tyler is a very pleasant soul he listened to my issues and did want needed to be done. I signed up online was told I would have instant access. Showed up and the unit was locked. All units were locked, so no one has instant access unless you are there during office hours. After calling customer service and being transferred 3 times and waiting 30 minutes, I was told some one would call me within 20 minutes. After 4 hours I received a text, not a call, a text with no apologies no sorry we wasted half your day, all the text said was that the unit is now unlocked. Also they have weird slides on units that only takes one kind of lock, which they leave for you and then charge you for. Place had good price until you add sign up fee which why there is a fee for me to input my own information who knows? Also insurance fee, that can’t be waived. So since I signed up for 4 months I’ll stay but then will go somewhere else with better customer service.

When I first rented the 10×10 unit it was $87 per month. The price steadily went up what seemed like almost monthly. It wasn’t, but seemed like it. 2 and a half years later I couldn’t deal with it anymore. The increase was so often I decided to take my stuff elsewhere. My final payment was $196.00. That’s well over twice as much in 2 1/2 years. That’s not inflation, that’s robbery. I believe they know it’s a pain moving all your stuff so most people just pay the increase. I did for quite some time but that’s ridiculous. And when I moved out my mover pointed out the mouse or rat droppings around the unit. So it sounds like I might have a surprise or two when I unpack. Do not fall for these predators. Go somewhere else where you have a shot at not getting robbed. Run!! You’ve been warned.

The gentlemen who arrived were prompt, fast, friendly, and efficient. They came – with VERY short notice (my fault) – and were able to remove much more than I anticipated! We hired heartland builders for finishing our 1100 sq feet unfinished basement space. Logan from Heartland worked with us throughout out this process. They were very quick to start the process and finished it in 6 weeks end to end. They even gave us a very competitive pricing , with a high grade finish.
The workers who came to finish the job were very professional though out the process.

They gave us choices to choose from. If we were too busy, Logan would do a run down and even send pics for the choice we would like. They were very flexible with choices also if we needed anything additional. It was all so easy. I really recommend these builders. From making the drawings to delivering it awesome job throughout.
