I was looking for a place to do my taxes si I walked in and askwd to speak toa taxidermist after they looked over my W-2s I decided to get a second opinion I wasn’t too impressed what the answers I was getting from this person when I said I was going to seek another opinion they charged me $75 just for looking over my W-2s which I thought it was extremely expensive after all they didn’t do anything nonetheless they didn’t disclose that would be charging for looking over my documents had known this a front I wouldn’t let them do anything I just want everybody to be aware of this this place in my opinion they’re extremely unprofessional I don’t even think they’re certified to do taxes

If I could, I would give this place less than one star. There is a girl, a black girl, who works here and is quite rude, racist, xenophobic, and inefficient at her job. I have come here three times and I will NEVER go back again. This same girl, because of her rude and defiant attitude, caused my order to get lost and for me to lose my money when it came time to return it. That day we went to return it, there were thousands of problems on her part, and I was able to see the unpleasant way she treated me and treats other people. I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE. I hope they change their employee staff because everyone is upset with those workers.

I have used Diversity for five years. They are always prompt, dependable, and reasonably priced. They also do my leaf removal in the fall. The lady in the office is always very nice and accommodating, and makes sure everything is to my satisfaction. Once they had a new employee who didn’t mulch the clippings properly, they sent out a more experienced person to do it again for no charge the next day. That was pretty impressive. The employees are always polite, professional, and get their work done quickly and efficiently.

Truck with this company logo cut trees next door and damaged my fence. One of the gentlemen there apologized and committed to returning to repair the damage that day. Never happened. When I went to the company address shown here another business was there and the gentleman who answered the phone number posted in front of the building said he no longer had those trucks nor do they cut trees anymore. I had hoped to have them do so work for me. Beware.

Diversity has great service prices will take referrals from customer to service others. The workers are concerned with your needs with your service. I’ve been with them several years and I will continue.
