I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the shipping process smooth and stress-free. The store is well-organized and offers a wide range of services, from packing and shipping to printing and mailbox services. The Certified Packing Experts did a fantastic job ensuring my items were securely packed.

I had 2 heavy, awkward items to return. I have handicap issues and was unable to get these items in the store. One of the female clerks brought them both inside and packed one in a box. Extremely helpful!

If I could, I would give this place less than one star. There is a girl, a black girl, who works here and is quite rude, racist, xenophobic, and inefficient at her job. I have come here three times and I will NEVER go back again. This same girl, because of her rude and defiant attitude, caused my order to get lost and for me to lose my money when it came time to return it. That day we went to return it, there were thousands of problems on her part, and I was able to see the unpleasant way she treated me and treats other people. I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE. I hope they change their employee staff because everyone is upset with those workers.
