Ben and Dustin came out today and did an outstanding job demolishing and hauling off my fence. Both were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They reported on time and finished this huge messy job in less than 2 hours. Even hauled off a few extra timbers I had at NO CHARGE. In closing, I am a fussy customer and even though Fire Dogs was not the lowest bid, they were far from the highest. Great quality at a very fair price! You’re foolish if you need work done and don’t call these guys.

I needed to vacate a storage unit and Fire Dawgs made that easy. When I called, they clearly explained the services they offer. They were on time meeting me at the storage unit and quickly cleared the contents out. The whole process from initial call to finished job was easy and a little cheaper than I thought it would be when I first started thinking about getting this done. Their crew was courteous and fast. Fire Dawgs was fantastic! They were very professional, trustworthy and very efficient too. They were able to clear out a home office on the second floor. They moved a heavy metal desk, a file cabinet and two bookcases. And they even moved an old fireplace mantle out of the garage (it was stored behind other boxes of stuff). As a plus, they were able to find a place to donate some of the items. They were great! If we have anything else to get rid of, they will be who we call. Thank you Fire Dawgs!

Fire Dawgs were incredibly helpful in clearing out my mom’s house post estate sale. I was wanting the remaining items to not be trashed but because they were larger items I didn’t know how to get them to a donation center. Fire Dawgs were incredibly helpful in sorting the remaining items into what to be donated and what is trash. They even sent a donation receipt from Goodwill. They worked with me virtually and communicated with me through every step of the process. Everyone I spoke to was kind and courteous. We hired Junk King Indy to remove (A LOT!!) of junk from our garage when we moved a year and a half ago; I reviewed them at the time, but it didn’t post for some reason.

The gentlemen who arrived were prompt, fast, friendly, and efficient. They came – with VERY short notice (my fault) – and were able to remove much more than I anticipated! On top of that, their fee was very reasonable – more so than any similar company I priced. I HIGHLY recommend Junk King Indianapolis; I would definitely use them again.

I was happy and impressed with the entire experience. I researched several ways to remove the junk from my garage and concluded a dumpster was the most economical way. A coworker moved and used Funky Junk for her cleanup. She was pleased, so I booked a 10 yard unit. It arrived on time, clean, sturdy and was placed exactly as directed. (We were not home for drop off.). As you can imagine, we filled it up quickly. Quite cathartic to remove useless items that are just taking up space! It was a good value for the price! I’m confident I will use them again!

Funky Junk is a well-managed company. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, for the price they quoted. That kind of service is getting harder to find.

We had a great experience with Funky Junk! The dumpster was delivered on time. The dumpster itself was clean and nice. It was easy to load our junk with the door at the back. Funky Junk communicated along the way letting us know when it would be dropped off and picked up, making sure we were ready.

Cannot say enough good things about this company! They were polite, helpful, and professional from start to finish. We ordered a 12yd. dumpster to deep clean our house and garage. A few days in we realized we were going to need a second smaller dumpster. They were able to deliver the second dumpster same day. They were quick to respond and always texted before they showed up for drop-off or pick-up. The dumpsters were clean and well maintained. The company clearly explained rules with things that could and couldn’t be put in the dumpster and when our 12 yd. was dropped off the driver made sure I knew how to open and close the doors and he did his best to get the dumpster as close to the house as possible to make cleaning easier and protect from the rain. They protected our driveway with rubber plates under the dumpster tires, too! When Jonathon came to pick-up our 10yd dumpster, he even let my son help push the buttons to help hook it up—a big highlight of this whole cleaning process for him! Thank you so much, Funky Junk!!!

Great service! Dropped the dumpster off exactly as requested. I was concerned it would scratch up my driveway but they placed it on boards which was great! I called and them to let them know it was full and they were able to pick it up same day! Pricing was a lot better than other company’s I looked at. I will use Greenway again for any other projects.

We had a lot of household junk to get rid of during a move and chose Greenway because the rates were excellent and they were available when we needed them. Everyone we worked with–Gail in the office and the driver (I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name!)–was professional, kind, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. The whole process was so simple and pleasant that we decided to go ahead and get rid of more stuff and ordered a second dumpster a week after the removal of the first. Greenway delivered a dumpster to my address right when they said they would. They parked it right where I asked them to. After I filled it up, I needed a 2nd dumpster. They came right out and switched out the full one and empty one the same day that I called. Then when I was done with the 2nd dumpster, they came and picked it up the next day. HIGHLY recommend. Extremely easy to book a rental and it showed up on time. The pricing for the length of time you get to rent the dumpster is fantastic. I rented the 20 yard dumpster twice, back to back, and it was a seamless transition. Any time I had to call in with questions, the lady answering the phone was polite and professional

Delivery and removal was easy. My issue is about weight. There is an additional charge for overage. I understand the need to charge the consumer if you are being charged for the overage. The problem is as the consumer we have no way of knowing how much the dumpster weighs when it is being added to. You did not provide a scale to measure for overage. According to your office we were over nearly double charging me another $138. Roughly 80% of the material was wood. I would have worried if I was disposing something I felt was heavier like steel or concrete.
Like I said most of the service was good but that part is not fair to the customer when we have no way of knowing the weight when it leaves our home. The dumpster was filled below the line. The customer service agent Victoria even states this happens often. I think you need to figure out a way for consumers to see how much the item weighs before leaving our property otherwise I have no idea if the amount is legitimate since I am not present when it is weighed at the dump.

Greenway staff were so helpful starting with my first phone call continuing to the last call for pickup. The dumpster was delivered promptly, and the individual who delivered it took special care with parking it where we needed it. He also put wood on our drive for the wheels on the dumpster, which was something I didn’t think about. I have already recommended Greenway to two people! Used Greenway for the first time last week. The website was easy to use to order the size dumpster I needed. Delivery was quick coming the next day! The rental came with 7 days but we finished after 1 day. I called for early pick up, and they came out the next business day.

LoadUp was fast and easy online scheduling, and comparable pricing for the area. They sent the right number of loaders to remove the furniture from house, some of which was heavy. The loaders were nice, experienced, professional and quick. They were careful not to scratch my hardwood floors.

The service was great and they came to remove my sleeper sofa the very next day after I scheduled online. The crew was friendly, and moved the furniture from the second floor of our home and had to maneuver a narrow hallway, but did so while ensuring no damage to our walls/home. The ONLY thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that the website implies that you will receive a text/call in the morning of your service with a time frame, which I never received. I was hoping to be given a shorter window for when to expect them to arrive but was told they would call 30 minutes before arrival, which meant I had to stay home/available for the entire 12 hour window. The company was very responsive via text, however, and once I was notified they were en route, they did arrive within the hour. This may have been because I scheduled last minute. All in all, a great service, but just be willing to be flexible and plan to be homebound for a day. 🙂

Had a dumpster delivered and picked up a couple of weeks ago, and I wanted to share my experience. Starting with communication– it was kind of a last-minute decision for us, but the office staff was quick to reply, friendly, and super helpful. I asked quite a few questions, which were all answered quickly and helpfully. Our dumpster was delivered the next morning by Dennis. He was very careful backing down our long, narrow driveway, and was able to drop the dumpster exactly where we wanted it. We thought there might be a bit of an issue with placement, but Dennis assessed the situation and had several solutions to try. Within minutes the dumpster was positioned correctly and we were ready to get to work on our project. Pick up a few days later was quick and on-time, with a confirmation that morning, then a heads-up from the office staff about 15 minutes before they arrived. The drivers were respectful of our property, professional, and helpful. The dumpster was clean, odor free, and well-maintained (of course, it’s a dumpster, so there are some dents and dings). I would absolutely use Bin There again, and have already recommended them to several people.

I called Bin There Dump That Dumpster Rentals for a dumpster to be delivered to my house to clean out my garage and shed. From the receptionist that took my call to the driver that delivered the dumpster was such an easy, painless process. They really care about the customers. Had a great experience with Bin there dump that. Put a blink camera up so people won’t throw anything in it toxic or dangerous. Delivered a day early for a free day and was finished and leveled out by Sunday afternoon, texted company and it was gone early today. The driver told me exactly how to unlock everything so I could keep little hands out of it. Would definitely recommend! next time I will order a larger one most likely but we managed! Hoosier Hauler handled the dumpster drop off and pickup for my fencing demolition project. They communicated clearly and frequently. Super kind, and even let me grab some samples from the dumpster before they hauled it off. The dumpster was placed on wooden supports to soften the impact on my driveway, and they both provided those and removed them on pickup. My driveway is super steep and narrow, didn’t seem to affect anything. Thanks folks!

Had to do a major clean out of my house. They had no problems delivering a 40 yard dumpster into my residential driveway. Driver was good and as professional. He walked into my driveway and made a mark with his foot. The door of the dumpster was dropped right on his mark. Still left me plenty of room to park one of my cars.

Older guy in loader is very rude!. Came out cussing at me for no reason when I’ve never been there b4 besides that one time when other people was making messes. Definitely lucky I changed my ways in life. because the way talked was very tempting. He should be Fired!

I brought 6 loaded trailers here. Each time of 2 the first 4 were same cost, last 2 different? Even though same. Confused? I feel taken advantage of. My projects are expensive enough as is. Better to go WM

Your price is too expensive for me to also spend an additional 20 minutes for me to get up and down your poorly maintained hill and the huge increase in wear and tear on my truck.

Grossly expensive. Price is subjective based on who’s working in the office. Be prepared to get ripped off.

Prices are fair compared to the other companies that are close. Fast and easy in and out, unless 530 weekdays. my only complaint is i wish they had more ways to pick up roofing nails. It seems like I get nails in my tires every time. otherwise i would give a better rating.

Not bad, only land fill close to where we work. Kind of a monopoly, overpriced because they can be.

I remodel bathrooms and have a lot of construction debris to get rid of. I drive farther to come here over some of the other places around town. They run things smooth and fast. Also, the employees actually look you in the eye and talk to you, which can’t be said about any of the other spots around town.
