I recently had an incredible experience with Mister Quik when they came to repair the failing header on my porch, which was badly damaged by water.
Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. They skillfully handled the complex repair, replacing the damaged wood and reinforcing the structure to prevent future issues. The entire process was seamless, and they kept me informed every step of the way.

The final result is absolutely phenomenal. The porch looks better than ever, and I have complete peace of mind knowing the job was done right. I recently had a great experience with Mister Quik. Their online response time was impressively fast, and they quickly arranged for a technician to assess my light fixture concern. The staff were not only kind and attentive but also very thorough in their inspection. I appreciated that they provided a detailed quote without any charges for the visit. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their services and highly recommend them!

He may have had good intentions but the design was flawed. I wanted a cover over my deck but he used 8 foot tall posts which just wasn’t long enough to provide adequate height and clearance. Sad thing is his company backed him up which severed services throughout their business. They it attached to the house then I had find someone else who used 12 foot posts which gave adequate clearance to Jerry-rigged my cover .

We needed some work on our AC unit, as just as advertised, their response time was impressive. Their crew was pleasant and polite, explaining what was to be done. Before we knew it, they were done. We had a minor problem that was corrected immediately, even though it was on a weekend. They proved to be an excellent choice, and would definitely recommend and use them again.

Bought a “top of the line” central air/furnace with an air filtering system around 3 years ago. We’ve had nothing but trouble since it’s been installed.The techs they send to do the routine service for this unit have no idea how to work on it and it always causes problems that shows up after they leave of course. Just as it has this week. A “routine” servicing by a technician said a 3 year old system needs freon! We’ve been told by many others in the business this is UNHEARD of! They send a tech the next day.They send a new tech that’s still training! He of course has not seen this kind of unit before. His supervisor is sitting in the truck. The new guy is going back and forth to the truck for I guess guidance? And at some point the supervisor or whatever he is does get out and actually watches this trainee? I’m baffled & not happy that a trainee is working on our system basically unsupervised! Moving on to the end of the service.I had to ask if the system actually needed freon. Trainee says yes. Has me sign a tablet thing? But can’t get that to work . I never get to meet the supervisor in the truck! So now it’s 2 days after this service call. our house can’t even keep cool! We are hoping it was just because it’s been really hot. But it’s 10pm and we turned our thermostat down to 66 and it’s still showing 72 degrees. This is not normal at all for our house. Usually we have it cooler at night to sleep. So it’s not due to the weather. There’s definitely something different with our system AFTER they worked on it from the initial inspection Monday, the guy decides it needs freon. Tuesday, trainee & supervisor, who were here, and we have no idea, what actually went on? Because now our house is not cooling properly at all! I’m still beyond livid the supervisor guy sat in that truck most of the time! Never introduced himself. Nor explained who or what was taking place??!!
We are totally being taken advantage of. We are both disabled, on fixed incomes and they see us as an easy target apparently.
We just don’t feel that we can trust them. Just feel completely taken advantage of.
❗️8/7/2025 UPDATE AC stopped working! Thursday noticed house is not cooling well! Turned thermostat lower thinking it might help. Nope! It continues to get warmer. Thermostat goes into this alert! (*see picture) This is NOT good as we’ve seen this before! Called MrQuik, left message. They called back with a next day time slot estimate. Mind you we both have health conditions that will worsen A LOT when in the heat. But they will get to it whenever! Our house was mid to high 80’s. Had fans going, windows open.
Here’s a picture of some really ignorant work done by MrQuik. This is supposed to flap open to allow air flow. Yet MrQuik screwed it shut! They installed it like this! No wonder our electric bill has increased A LOT since this system was installed. It was supposed to SAVE us money! ‍♀️
Oh mr owner…this is NOT a communication problem. This is a complete failure to perform BASIC ‘routine maintenance’. Not create a problem that didnt exist prior to said ‘routine maintenance’. Also helps if things are installed properly!

We had to go online and ask for referrals! You wouldn’t believe how many people responded saying they also had HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES with MrQuik! So many!!! Sure wish we’d have done our research before hiring them!
It is so upsetting to have been told so many lies by this company! The whole unit was never working properly the whole time since it was installed! It’s amazing it was working at all! It took a lot of time and $money$ to even get this system to start working again! All due to the errors that were made in the service visits from the time of “routine maintenance ” to having 2 more service calls by MisterQuik techs!

Great service that really saved my hide. We had the AC go out the day for we were hosting a grad party. I called a lot of places and most were terrible call centers with unmotivated people answering. Mr. Quik answer right away happy and cheerful and were able to come fix the unit sooner and faster than anyone else.

We just had a follow up inspection a few months later and the same friendly repair man came out and helped check out our system.

They are friendly, offer more services, but are not too pushy when offering them. Which is very refreshing and really makes me consider the additional options they provide.

Good people and good work.

Jason and Lester were quick, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. The service that was provided was excellent, and the recommendation they gave made sense! They were even able to finish the work and installations, the same day I received my initial quote. Kerry and Hailey were also excellent and helpful! I would recommend Mister Quik to anyone who needs help with any heating, cooling, electric, or plumbing needs!

This gentleman was amazing!! He was exceptionally polite, during our crisis, & walked us through everything. He took the time to explain where the influx of water was coming from and answered all of our questions. His customer service was impeccable as he walked us through what needed to be done. This was after 10pm and we sure appreciated his prompt response & professional expertise! We will be using your services from this point forward. I appreciate your rapid response. His honesty was also recognized by my husband and I. Thank you!!

We had a leaky bathroom faucet in an older (50,70+, who knows how old, really?) home. We were able to contact Hope Plumbing, and the office staff was able to take pictures and check that they were able to do the work before sending the technician out. “We showed with our manager and we can do it!”

The Technician, Michael, called 30 min before arrival. He was knowledgeable and to the point. He checked the water main shutoff, sump pump, and softener shutoff before starting work. Then he started work on the valve problem. When he was unable to pull the valve stems out (broke off in the valve piping), he went and got a new 2-handle valve fixture and installed it. He was transparent, knowledgeable, and explained what was going on as he worked. He took care with his tools and equipment to keep the area clean, and was timely and thorough in his work. He finished the valve replacement, including cutting out the old valve fixture and soldering the new fixture in, installed new corresponding handles, and caulked the handle openings (picture taken before caulking complete).

The finished product looks good and doesn’t leak! Plus we’re now comfortable that we have hardware that will last a long time. All in all, very happy with the experience, and we’ll be back to Hope Plumbing for our future old-house plumbing needs.

Terry & Clayton were very professional and came thru with a do as i say & say as i do attitude. Highly recommend…. installed a tankless water heater & 3/4hp garbage disposal. I did ask Terry to come out and look at an issue…he didnt come out or return my messages….

We approached Hope Plumbing for a second opinion. We had a great experience with Dan Cook. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. He wasn’t pushy and came across as trustworthy. We appreciate that he offered us the member discount and even went out of his way to work outside of regular hours to fit our schedule. The work is going to be done this week and we are hopeful it will be too quality. Hope Plumbing guarantees to stand behind their work, which gives us additional confidence.

I’m a first time homeowner. Felt like I was taken advantage of. Had leaky bathroom tile that was traveling into my basement. Had technicians from service plus come in and they gave me a price for a new bathtub and surround, which was close to $10k. The project took two days to complete. First they had the wrong sized bathtub. Then left me with a mess everywhere with exposed insulation and studs. They came back to install the surround, but they installed it over the insulation and exposed wall. I had to have a family member sign for me when they finished the work. However it was not finished when I came home to my walls around the tub still exposed with insulation and wires. They said I could use it, but why would I? I don’t want moisture and water getting into the walls creating an even bigger problem on my hands. When I called to talk to someone about the incomplete work and unfinished wall, they told me that the drywall is a separate job, which they never told me that beforehand. I have also been trying to get my signed paperwork and invoice sent to me over email but haven’t received anything. I’ve called 3x’s and they keep telling me they will send it by email. Absolutely dissatisfied with the quality of work, lack of customer service especially with how much this cost me. All Hope Plumbing cares about is taking advantage of people and charge them an outrageous price so then they can pressure the customer to take out a loan for an unfinished project. Buyer beware….do not use this company! I had to learn the hard way!

I’m planning on having some plumbing work done in the future, and contacted Hope plumbing to see about getting an estimate. Their tech, Michael Trent, arrived promptly this morning, and I was very impressed with the whole process. He was very kind and respectful to me, not in a hurry at all. He took the extra time to explain the process of my request in Laymans terms so that I had a good understanding of what needs to be done in order to fulfill the task. He followed up almost immediately with an estimate to my email. It’s nice to know that there are company still out there that choose their employees wisely like this.

I had Jonathan H as a tech and am very happy with his work. He replaced some old pipes and ran a gas line so I can have a gas log fireplace installed. I’m very happy with his work. He was professional, explained what he would do, cleaned up everything, and was even careful of my flowers. I would be happy to have him back if I had to have more work done. Scheduling with them was also super easy. Definitely recommend!

Mark was timely, professional, and exceptional in his service. He was educating me for future needs as well which I greatly appreciated! I’m so grateful and would absolutely work with Mark and Ben Franklin again. Wonderful service every time. Highly recommend!

John was helpful, on time and completed the work efficiently. However he didn’t replace the filler tube – so we can’t use the toilet even after the wall valve replacement. Also – $394 to replace the wall valve? The part costs ~$20 so we paid $374 for about 10 minutes of labor? I will not use this company again nor recommend them to anyone else.

Rodney did great. But, the price Benjamin Franklin charged us was outrageous. I estimate we were charged approx $500/hour labor, as I could not get an itemized receipt.
The replacement faucet set is rock-bottom plastic material.
I am thankful the leak was quickly fixed, but I absolutely feel taken advantage of.

Brent and Chris M. deserve 5 STARS also for the GREAT work they did on fixing the dripping faucet in my bathroom and installing a brand new faucet system that is up to code and so much better than it was before. They took the time to answer all the questions I had and showed me how to use the new equipment when installed. They were able to complete the work quickly without having to be to abrasive ( had to pull the frame from the panel to the water cabinet of the shut off valve, but the nailed them back in place). As always, a great experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing! Yes, they were a little late getting here, but sometimes she you can’t help that when jobs take a little bit longer than you expect. Once they got here they went right to work and wow, they Really got things done quickly! They also answered any questions I had. No wonder we’ve used them for the past 20 years. they may cost just a little bit more than others, but they get the job done and they get it done right!

Brian was top notch! He repaired the problem in a thorough and timely manner. He was very helpful and courteous. He took the time to show me the problem and explain the repair. I would highly recommend him.

We had a plugged drain in our basement shower that needed immediate attention. Company was easy to contact and offered to send someone within an hour. Brian was the plumber that came and was very efficient in taking care of the problem. I would definitely use them again

Grant was extremely professional! He gave us several options and ensured it was exactly what we needed. He was very friendly and even told my son Happy Birthday for his first birthday! He worked very clean and efficiently and if we need work again it will 100% be a request for Grant! I don’t know how much he makes but I would give that guy a raise just based on being awesome!

Eddie Owen’s texted that he was on his way. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was here before time waiting on the others to be on time. He as well as his team wore booties to protect my hard wood floors and carpet. They covered my floors with canvas tarps throughout their path in the house. He answered my questions and we had off topic conversations without interruption with the speed of his work progress. He explained the install process as they went. They worked continuously and cleaned as they worked. They were truly a professional team.

Fantastic service today! When I called, they were able to send a technician out within one hour! Andy did a great job explaining what was going on with our drain and what the options were. He had it fixed and cleared out within a short time. He was very courteous and professional.

Andy arrived very promptly after we had a drain back up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running within 30 minutes. Great service from start to end. Reasonable cost as well considering the call was made after normal business hours.

The technician was prompt in his arrival time. He gave me a free estimate on what it would cost to fix the problem, which I liked. The drain in my basement was clogged and water was pooling around it. I ended up having him do the work. He was able to get the drain unclogged sufficiently. He also made sure that I was satisfied with the results and informed me that the job he did carried a six month warranty which I was happy with. He was polite and respectful and did a good job.

My unease began to solidify into trust once the BIG BLACK TRUCK parked. Their beacon and trademark showed up and the two professional began to work.

They listened to the main goal required. Analyzing the situation for barriers and other unknown issues. Even asked about other future plumbing needs while in the crawl space. Recently had an electrical evaluation of a house with the help of Bruce. He could not have been more pleasant, helpful, and genuinely a nice human. While out of town my sump pump failed causing my basement to flood. Dave worked through the night until early morning to replace the pump. Quick to respond in the middle of the night to my emergency needs. Throughout the process Dave thoroughly communicated with me as well as provided information for the future to prevent this from happening again. 5 stars are not enough to represent how pleased I am with their services.

We had a slow drip in our basement ceiling that we hadn’t noticed all summer. Half the ceiling panel was coming down by the time we did. B & W was able to get to us quickly and our pressure reducer valve had a slow drip. They were able to replace it quickly and were very respectful of our home. They were friendly and courteous and we will definitely use them again!

Great service! Our water heater flooded our first floor a few months ago and Godby was so helpful sending out a technician right away. They had great recommendations of other companies to use to help with remediation and repairs and got the job done quickly and well. They are very communicative and always clear on pricing.

Had out for faucet installation and tech gave me the solution of simply using an adapter which I could do myself. So honest and trustworthy that they did this and not try to sell me something I don’t need. Highly recommend.

Jorge gave me advice, quote and got my outlet installed, even when it turned out to be a lot more work than anticipated. He also labeled where my plugs were on the breaker box. A nice, knowledgeable person who did a great job. I’ll definitely use Godby and ask for Jorge again the next time I need electrical work done. Godby was very professional, scheduled me in just a couple of days and emailed/called to remind me. I am very pleased with their work and my overall experience.

If you are interested in purchasing a natural gas back up generator, I would recommend considering Godby’s. The entire package from choosing right generator that fit our needs to the two day installation, their entire crew were knowledgeable in their specific field, professional, polite and easy to talk to. I am also impressed with their customer service so far. If you are considering installing a backup generator, you would do well to contact Godby in your search.

The construction team were exceptional. We are very happy with the complete tear out and re-install. The job was professionally bid by John Majors. He has a vast knowledge of the business and was very professional. We highly recommend Godby.

What was supposed to be an “easy” replace a water hose on my leaky kitchen faucet turned into needing a new faucet installed due to corrosion. Carter’s My Plumbing were able to fit me in same day and the scheduling lady on the phone was very pleasant. Josh came by and installed that faucet within 30 mins and it works and looks beautiful! He was pleasant and in a jolly mood the whole time. Thank you for your expertise Josh!

Carter’s My Plumber has been my plumber for years. They are always quick to respond, explain what’s happening and options to approach it and I appreciate the respect for our cats as well! Grayson enjoyed Alex being here even when it got a little noisy and Alex was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and courteous!

The customer service from the initial appointment call was excellent. I had to replace an outside spigot which was leaking and the service was outstanding. Service arrived within 3 hours of calling, within the time window quoted, and was outstanding and very reasonably priced. As a former Hope member customer, I highly recommend Carters both for their customer service and work product.

After years of dealing with tree roots taking over my sewer line I had L.D. Smith Plumbing come out to evaluate and quote me on replacing the line. Joe was so thorough with the camera evaluation and explanation, more so than anyone else has been. From the beginning of scheduling with Devyn, to obtaining all the certificates necessary with the town, to the actual work with Trevor and his crew it all could not have been handled any better. This was a big project that was completed with care to my yard and flower beds. All the young men were so knowledgeable keeping me informed and taking pictures throughout the job. Additionally I had my old water heater replaced and a new kitchen faucet installed and Zach did a great job. Definitely recommend L.D. Smith Plumbing and will be a repeat customer for further plumbing needs.

I had a leaking Flushmaster in my old toilet. They replaced the toilet with a new one. Took away the old one. Very nice guy did the work. Work was very professional. Couldn’t ask for more.

Issac and AJ arrived on time, and were courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job replacing our old gas water heater which was leaking with a new Rheem 50 gallon water heater. They cleaned everything up after the work was done. Very pleased with their work.

I’m super satisfied with their service, especially last year. I had a bit of a problem with my sump pump. They came and replaced it for free, but they only charged for the labor.
Yesterday, My backup sample activated , and I called them right away. They arrived within a day and explained everything to me. If anything goes wrong, They’re going to replace it, and I’m super happy about it so far!

We have used LD Smith several times, and their work has been excellent. This time we needed them to replace our water heater that was leaking. We were in a bind since we were leaving on vacation in two days. They went out of their way to fit us in the schedule, and Mark did a great job in the installation, as well as reconnecting our water softener. Can’t say enough good things about their work!

I had LD Smith Plumbing repair a leak in my hot water pipes below the slab floor. Nick and his partner were courteous, professional, and got the job done in a few hours. Even though they had to run a jackhammer in my kitchen to get at the leak, they had it exposed, repaired, and new concrete in place within a few hours with minimal mess and disruption. They cleaned up after themselves and finished up the job by delivering all the paperwork I needed for my insurance company. Top notch!

Wes, Trevor, and the crew came out today to install a water meter pit and replace the main service line. They did an excellent job — professional, efficient, and clear in explaining the work being done. I really appreciated their effort and communication throughout the process.

I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars due to the lack of presence from the excavation manager at the start of the job, when questions arose about the location of foundation drilling, specifics on what the quote included, and if it was a full or half day job.
