This gentleman was amazing!! He was exceptionally polite, during our crisis, & walked us through everything. He took the time to explain where the influx of water was coming from and answered all of our questions. His customer service was impeccable as he walked us through what needed to be done. This was after 10pm and we sure appreciated his prompt response & professional expertise! We will be using your services from this point forward. I appreciate your rapid response. We had a leaky bathroom faucet in an older (50,70+, who knows how old, really?) home. We were able to contact Hope Plumbing, and the office staff was able to take pictures and check that they were able to do the work before sending the technician out. "We showed with our manager and we can do it!" The Technician, Michael, called 30 min before arrival. He was knowledgeable and to the point. He checked the water main shutoff, sump pump, and softener shutoff before starting work. Then he started work on the valve problem. When he was unable to pull the valve stems out (broke off in the valve piping), he went and got a new 2-handle valve fixture and installed it. He was transparent, knowledgeable, and explained what was going on as he worked. He took care with his tools and equipment to keep the area clean, and was timely and thorough in his work. He finished the valve replacement, including cutting out the old valve fixture and soldering the new fixture in, installed new corresponding handles, and caulked the handle openings (picture taken before caulking complete). The finished product looks good and doesn't leak! Plus we're now comfortable that we have hardware that will last a long time. All in all, very happy with the experience, and we'll be back to Hope Plumbing for our future old-house plumbing needs. Photos are some before-and-after, you will be able to tell which is which!

Terry & Clayton were very professional and came thru with a do as i say & say as i do attitude. Highly recommend.... installed a tankless water heater & 3/4hp garbage disposal. I did ask Terry to come out and look at an issue...he didnt come out or return my messages.... Update...Terry & Clayton came out and took care of this issue. Thanks

We approached Hope Plumbing for a second opinion. We had a great experience with Dan Cook. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. He wasn’t pushy and came across as trustworthy. We appreciate that he offered us the member discount and even went out of his way to work outside of regular hours to fit our schedule. The work is going to be done this week and we are hopeful it will be too quality. Hope Plumbing guarantees to stand behind their work, which gives us additional confidence.

I’m a first time homeowner. Felt like I was taken advantage of. Had leaky bathroom tile that was traveling into my basement. Had technicians from service plus come in and they gave me a price for a new bathtub and surround, which was close to $10k. The project took two days to complete. First they had the wrong sized bathtub. Then left me with a mess everywhere with exposed insulation and studs. They came back to install the surround, but they installed it over the insulation and exposed wall. I had to have a family member sign for me when they finished the work. However it was not finished when I came home to my walls around the tub still exposed with insulation and wires. They said I could use it, but why would I? I don’t want moisture and water getting into the walls creating an even bigger problem on my hands. When I called to talk to someone about the incomplete work and unfinished wall, they told me that the drywall is a separate job, which they never told me that beforehand. I have also been trying to get my signed paperwork and invoice sent to me over email but haven’t received anything. I’ve called 3x’s and they keep telling me they will send it by email. Absolutely dissatisfied with the quality of work, lack of customer service especially with how much this cost me. All Hope Plumbing cares about is taking advantage of people and charge them an outrageous price so then they can pressure the customer to take out a loan for an unfinished project. Buyer beware….do not use this company! I had to learn the hard way!

I’m planning on having some plumbing work done in the future, and contacted Hope plumbing to see about getting an estimate. Their tech, Michael Trent, arrived promptly this morning, and I was very impressed with the whole process. He was very kind and respectful to me, not in a hurry at all. He took the extra time to explain the process of my request in Laymans terms so that I had a good understanding of what needs to be done in order to fulfill the task. He followed up almost immediately with an estimate to my email. It’s nice to know that there are company still out there that choose their employees wisely like this.

I had Jonathan H as a tech and am very happy with his work. He replaced some old pipes and ran a gas line so I can have a gas log fireplace installed. I’m very happy with his work. He was professional, explained what he would do, cleaned up everything, and was even careful of my flowers. I would be happy to have him back if I had to have more work done. Scheduling with them was also super easy. Definitely recommend!
