He may have had good intentions but the design was flawed. I wanted a cover over my deck but he used 8 foot tall posts which just wasn’t long enough to provide adequate height and clearance. Sad thing is his company backed him up which severed services throughout their business. They it attached to the house then I had find someone else who used 12 foot posts which gave adequate clearance to Jerry-rigged my cover .

We needed some work on our AC unit, as just as advertised, their response time was impressive. Their crew was pleasant and polite, explaining what was to be done. Before we knew it, they were done. We had a minor problem that was corrected immediately, even though it was on a weekend. They proved to be an excellent choice, and would definitely recommend and use them again.

Bought a "top of the line" central air/furnace with an air filtering system around 3 years ago. We've had nothing but trouble since it's been installed.The techs they send to do the routine service for this unit have no idea how to work on it and it always causes problems that shows up after they leave of course. Just as it has this week. A "routine" servicing by a technician said a 3 year old system needs freon! We've been told by many others in the business this is UNHEARD of! They send a tech the next day.They send a new tech that's still training! He of course has not seen this kind of unit before. His supervisor is sitting in the truck. The new guy is going back and forth to the truck for I guess guidance? And at some point the supervisor or whatever he is does get out and actually watches this trainee? I'm baffled & not happy that a trainee is working on our system basically unsupervised! Moving on to the end of the service.I had to ask if the system actually needed freon. Trainee says yes. Has me sign a tablet thing? But can't get that to work . I never get to meet the supervisor in the truck! So now it's 2 days after this service call. our house can't even keep cool! We are hoping it was just because it's been really hot. But it's 10pm and we turned our thermostat down to 66 and it's still showing 72 degrees. This is not normal at all for our house. Usually we have it cooler at night to sleep. So it's not due to the weather. There's definitely something different with our system AFTER they worked on it from the initial inspection Monday, the guy decides it needs freon. Tuesday, trainee & supervisor, who were here, and we have no idea, what actually went on? Because now our house is not cooling properly at all! I'm still beyond livid the supervisor guy sat in that truck most of the time! Never introduced himself. Nor explained who or what was taking place??!! We are totally being taken advantage of. We are both disabled, on fixed incomes and they see us as an easy target apparently. We just don't feel that we can trust them. Just feel completely taken advantage of. ❗️8/7/2025 UPDATE AC stopped working! Thursday noticed house is not cooling well! Turned thermostat lower thinking it might help. Nope! It continues to get warmer. Thermostat goes into this alert! (*see picture) This is NOT good as we've seen this before! Called MrQuik, left message. They called back with a next day time slot estimate. Mind you we both have health conditions that will worsen A LOT when in the heat. But they will get to it whenever! Our house was mid to high 80's. Had fans going, windows open. Here's a picture of some really ignorant work done by MrQuik. This is supposed to flap open to allow air flow. Yet MrQuik screwed it shut! They installed it like this! No wonder our electric bill has increased A LOT since this system was installed. It was supposed to SAVE us money! ‍♀️ Oh mr owner...this is NOT a communication problem. This is a complete failure to perform BASIC 'routine maintenance'. Not create a problem that didnt exist prior to said 'routine maintenance'. Also helps if things are installed properly! ❗️Just a tip of the iceberg here as we found out just how poorly the system was installed and other flagrant mistakes, negligent issues❗️ We had to go online and ask for referrals! You wouldn't believe how many people responded saying they also had HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES with MrQuik! So many!!! Sure wish we'd have done our research before hiring them! It is so upsetting to have been told so many lies by this company! The whole unit was never working properly the whole time since it was installed! It's amazing it was working at all! It took a lot of time and $money$ to even get this system to start working again! All due to the errors that were made in the service visits from the time of "routine maintenance " to having 2 more service calls by MisterQuik techs! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Great service that really saved my hide. We had the AC go out the day for we were hosting a grad party. I called a lot of places and most were terrible call centers with unmotivated people answering. Mr. Quik answer right away happy and cheerful and were able to come fix the unit sooner and faster than anyone else. We just had a follow up inspection a few months later and the same friendly repair man came out and helped check out our system. They are friendly, offer more services, but are not too pushy when offering them. Which is very refreshing and really makes me consider the additional options they provide. Good people and good work.

Jason and Lester were quick, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. The service that was provided was excellent, and the recommendation they gave made sense! They were even able to finish the work and installations, the same day I received my initial quote. Kerry and Hailey were also excellent and helpful! I would recommend Mister Quik to anyone who needs help with any heating, cooling, electric, or plumbing needs!
