I had a great experience with Chapman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing. Technician Heidi Gundle came to fix a clogged bathroom sink, and she did an outstanding job. She used an electric snake machine and took her time to make sure the clog was fully cleared all the way through—not just the surface. Heidi was professional, friendly, and very thorough. She even cleaned everything up afterward, leaving the area spotless. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the care she put into her work. Chapman is lucky to have her on their team! Highly recommend both Heidi and Chapman for any plumbing needs.

Excellent Emergency Service, but Pricey Parts! I had an emergency furnace issue and called Chapman Heating & Cooling. They were able to send a technician out within a few hours, which was a huge relief. The HVAC tech was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The repair was done efficiently, and my furnace has been running great since. The only downside is the cost of parts during an emergency call—pricing was significantly higher, over 50% more than typical retail. I understand emergency service comes with a premium, but the markup felt steep. Overall, the fast response and quality of service were excellent. Just be aware of higher-than-normal part costs if you need emergency repairs.

He may have had good intentions but the design was flawed. I wanted a cover over my deck but he used 8 foot tall posts which just wasn’t long enough to provide adequate height and clearance. Sad thing is his company backed him up which severed services throughout their business. They it attached to the house then I had find someone else who used 12 foot posts which gave adequate clearance to Jerry-rigged my cover .

We had Coalten out this morning to clear a clog in our main line. With the cold weather, we were concerned the backup might freeze and cause bigger issues. Coalten was polite and professional throughout the visit, keeping me informed with his findings and progress along the way. I had a great experience with Gregg. During my fall service, he brought to my attention that some mold was beginning to form. To be conservative, since I am allergic to mold, I had the source thoroughly cleaned. When Gregg came back, there was more than the first time, and so he recommended an ultraviolet system to play it safe. I had to leave for an appointment, and when I came back, the system was up and running, and the work area was clean. That’s the kind of service I like.

Unfortunately, my 12-year-old furnace gave out during our coldest week. Broad Ripple Service Experts were able to check it the day after it gave out and had a new furnace installed within 3 days. They left me with complementary space heaters while I waited, which was very helpful and I was grateful for them. All in all, the installation went fairly well. The only issue was that the wiring for the old thermostat would not work with the new thermostat. The old thermostat was working fine, so I don’t know what happened. At any rate, they had to cut another hole in the hallway wall in order to install a new thermostat. It could not be helped, but now, I am left to repair a hole in the wall where my old thermostat used to be. It is a nuisance, but it is not their fault. I am happy to have a working furnace and again, I am thankful for their quick response time.

We’ve had Broad Ripple Heating and Cooling since we bought our home in 2019 and they installed our tankless hot water heater. I highly recommend them and you need to sign up for their Advantage Program. On our 2nd day in our new home our hot water heater went out. We needed a new one but our funds were short after purchasing our home. The Advantage Program is a small monthly fee you pay. This covers monthly maintenance and if it breaks down it will replace it. And the best thing is if you need to add to it like new furnace you just pay extra to cover. Our tech was amazing and went above and beyond the install. We purchased the tankless water heater and it’s been flawless. And this week, after trying to clear the clog ourselves with home remedies and chemicals, we called them yesterday and today on Christmas Eve they came out to clear the clog in our kitchen sink. Our tech Derek showed up and quickly got our drains cleared. Amazing service, knowledgeable and quick. We’ve had great service and amazing, knowledgeable techs. Broad Ripple Heating and Cooling has all my business and I highly recommend them!

I contacted Williams Comfort Air to see if they could fix our furnace today (12-29-25) as it kept shutting down. They said they could get a technician to our house today so they scheduled the repair request. Patrick from Williams Comfort Air arrived and was able to fix our furnace and it has been running perfect ever since!!! The lady I talked to to schedule the appointment was friendly, helpful and professional!!! Patrick did an exceptional job repairing our furnace and we are so grateful!!! The work they performed was fine. We have been a loyal customer of Williams for years (we have a maintenance plan with them). It was when I got on their website to rate them I noticed coupons that I could have used. Yes it is my fault for not checking for them ahead of time. But I called them up and asked if there was anything they could do and the first gentleman I talked to was very straight forward and to the point (his voice had no expression-all business like). He said it was their policy that they do nothing after the sale has been completed. I asked for a manager and he said he would leave a message for him. About a half hour later a manager called and said they would honor the coupon and give me a refund on my credit card. I just feel when you have been a loyal customer some rules can be bent at times and you should not have to jump through hoops to get them to honor a coupon they have available on their website.

I don’t think that could a hired a better company. The two servicemen were very professional, courteous. Williams Comfort Air, Austin M, and Eduardo ED, did the darn thing. A lot was explained concerning job performance. I was shown trouble spots, and going forward what I needed to do, and look out for. All this time I have been replacing filter, Austin found the real filter, that whoever installed the furnace had fallen into the bottom, which he also told me all you have to do is wash it, and pop it back in. I feel really great about the phenomenal job they performed, Kudos to these two. They showed genuine service about keeping me in the loop

I am very pleased with the HVAC service I’ve had with Williams Comfort Air. The general maintenance was performed by Brandon who was polite, knowledgeable and explained what was being done and answered my questions. After the service was completed, I noticed a slight gas odor. When I called the office to ask about it, another technician, Patrick, came shortly thereafter and tested, etc. He explained that occasionally when cleaning and replacing the parts, a bit of gas might escape. No problems since. I appreciate the immediate response and the professionalism of the technicians.

I have an HVAC maintenance membership to maintain the warranty that’s around $260/year and covers minor repairs, and includes an annual plumbing check. My house is >125 yrs old. This company installed my HVAC and water softener, and also rerouted my kitchen drain a few yrs ago so that it no longer backs up.

My 6 year old LG refrigerator stopped working. (Of course it had just passed the warranty end date.) I contacted MidAmerica Service to come assess whether it was worth repairing or if I needed to replace. The tech they set out was wonderful. He assessed the whole situation and gave me some input saying if the limited warranty would cover the compressor and the total repair cost was less than half of what a new refrigerator would be I should repair it. Other than that, he suggested I look for a new one. His advice was spot on. Their office staff quickly took care of directly contacting LG to see what would be covered and sent me an estimate. After assessing the repair costs (and noting that LG would only offer a 60-Day warranty on the new compressor) I looked at prices of new ones and I decided not to repair but go with a new refrigerator. Although I did not use their repair service beyond the original service call and assesment ( $99) I so appreciated the good input and service I received from Mid-America Service.

My experience was excellent. Our technician was very knowledgeable about the dryer. Was able to work through the problem quickly and efficiently. He was also very courteous, I have two young children and he talked with my 4 year old and let him watch while he worked. And I have an infant, he was cautious about the noise level and wearing shoe covers while walking through the house.

Called Mid America Service for washing machine repair. Setting the appointment was easy and next steps were clearly defined. As expected, we received a text and email on the service date with a window of time. Our technician, Omar, called and let us know he was on his way. He was professional and quickly identified the problem. We chose not to repair opting for replacement instead. Should we need appliance repair in the future we would definitely call Mid America Service Appliance Repair again.

Chris did a great job of not only diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator but explaining the issue to me. I am confident I will have it working again once replacement parts have arrived and are installed by him. Update: Once parts arrived, the service tech Chris came back to install them. It was a pretty involved repair yet he had the refrigerator up and working in a pretty quick matter of time! Very pleased with his work and friendliness and professionalism. I called them last night to book an appointment and told them my availability was after 5 PM on weekdays and she said it was fine and made a note. Now I get my appointment reminder saying my appointment window was from 8:30-10:30 AM on Monday when I will not be home. I called them back and they said they would have someone reach out to me on Monday. I called again and was told they don’t service after 5 PM and they don’t have weekend appointments. I don’t know why you advertise as 24/7 if you aren’t available in the evenings or on weekends, that is not 24/7. Extremely disappointed with our experience. Communication was awful from start to finish. We were told that parts had been ordered and that we would receive a call when they came in. After not hearing anything for three weeks, I finally called to follow up — only to learn that the parts had never been ordered at all. To make matters worse, a technician showed up at our home without a scheduled appointment, which was completely unprofessional. And after the repair was finally completed, they left our washer unplugged. Overall, the lack of organization, communication, and basic follow-through was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Don’t waste your time with this company. I signed up online for an appointment for 3/4/26 between the hours of noon and 5:00. I received a confirmation «Hi Dxxxx, Thank you for scheduling your appliance service with Bodewell’s authorized servicer, APPLIANCE GUYS OF INDIANAPOLIS LLC, we are excited to help you with your appliance. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the Appliance Guys. Firstly, the repair tech showed up at 5:15pm, outside of the expected window of time given to me for the appointment. He did not call me until almost 5:00, at which point I assumed he wasn’t coming. Secondly, he did not wear shoe booties inside my home; instead he tracked in a trail of snow and mud throughout my house to the washer and dryer. It was a mess. Thirdly, five minutes after his arrival, he declared he could not service my dryer due to the location. I explained to him how to move the appliance to get to the vent, and he declined. Therefore, NO service was performed, yet I had pre-paid for the appointment. I called the office multiple times and emailed them. I never received a single response to this poor customer experience. Do not recommend at all.

I used The Appliance Guys to repair my dryer and spent about $400 on the repair. Less than a year later, the dryer stopped working again. When I called, I was told their warranty is only 90 days, so they would not stand behind the work. They also said it would be around $100 just to diagnose the issue again, even though this was a relatively recent repair on the same appliance. For a repair that didn’t last a year, this is very disappointing. There was no attempt to offer a discount, goodwill, or any customer-friendly solution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company if you expect them to stand behind their work.

The technician I believe his name was Brent. Was knowledgeable, courteous, though my issue could not be resolved in one visit, due to no fault of his own. I trust he will be able to fix my issue when he returns. I like the fact I will have the same technician someone who’s already aware of the situation and not somebody with no real knowledge of the issue will be returning to complete my repair.

We are so thankful that William was able to make time for a same day service call on a Saturday. I called multiple service providers and he is the only one that returned my call on a Saturday. He was informative and explained the issue and repair process. He returned the next day to complete the repairs. During his visit he also addressed issues we were having with our stove. I would recommend William at AP1 because of his timeliness of response, efficiency of repairs and he is a great communicator.

Called at 7am about a dryer issue and William answered and came out later in the afternoon. He got our problem fixed and hs taken care of real quick. I even asked about another issue with a different appliance and he looked it over thoroughly, made some call and then gave us a good quote. William came on the same day I called. My dishwasher was leaking. He got the leak to stop and diagnosed the problem right away. Unfortunately, my old dishwasher is obsolete and the part needed is no longer in production, but William searched high and low to find it! I will definitely call him again, no hesitation. We called AP1 Appliance Repair two days ago. William came out to look at our dryer within the hour. He decided that he could get the burned out part refurbished. Despite frigid temperatures, he was able to get our repaired part today and the dryer is working fine again. William was easy to work with and professional. We had a drier and an ice maker repaired – both over 10 years old. Turner was suggested by the business (Superior) that formerly provided service for our appliances. I am a loyal customer of Turner Appliance! We have bought a couple washers and dryers from them over the past 12 years. Great prices and great service! Our most recent dryer we purchased stopped working after a few days. We took it back and explained what the issue was and that we tried troubleshooting it ourselves. Charlie said they would try to fix it or replace our dryer since it was still within the warranty window. He fixed the issue the same day! We so appreciate him and his hard work! Turner Appliance was not my first call. Two other companies asked for my make and model info and that was enough to stop them from setting the appointment. Turner set the appointment their $95 house call seemed high but I thought if they are the best that should charge so I set the appointment. The tech showed and looked less than 2 minutes and stated that they can’t work on our model. They are not an appliance repair company the y are just appointment setters that try to get out of the house as quick as possible.

Do not recommend. I called because my refrigerator wasn’t working. They sent a tech out who was at my house less than 5 minutes, listened to the refrigerator and opened the door and told me it was the compressor, that they don’t do compressor repairs, and that I now owed them $95.He offered a meager $5 discount when I complained. When I scheduled the appointment and described the issue it should have been disclosed that they were not able/willing to fix compressor issues. Feels like a money grab for the service fee when they are not capable of doing the repair. Will steer clear of this repair shop for any future needs.
