Rob did a FANTASTIC job! I can tell he really cares a great deal about his job. I would recommend Rob to anyone that issues with pests. The Zionsville office has been great to work with, awesome communication!

This place is disaster. I noticed as I live near a customer who was having their attict insulation replaced a ,fellow team members treat their own team member disrespectful and rudely/mean. I couldn’t tell if they were being racist or hating. I witness many times vocal picking on the only Latin Orkin worker, there was and he looked embarrassed and humiliated. I hope this company teaches the team to treat everyone even their own members respectfully and with kindness. It crazy see this especially knowing what’s been going on in the country. I thought a company like irking would know better than allow employees treat other employees like that. I got work done by Amos exteriors I highly recommend them, tell them you spoke to Miguel to get good neighbor discount!!!! You gotta mention the sales rep tho!!! I’m glad I spoke with him

Really dissapointed with this place and I will never get services through them again they did a great job at getting rid of the roach problem for me but recently I had a gnat problem that could not be resolved they were just as bad as before they showed up to treat which is fine if you cant resolve this issue my issue is the fact that you are telling people if you cant fix the problem that you get you money back but that didnt happen. Orkin canceled my services but are refusing to refund me my money so just be aware of this if you choose to go with orkin.

Fantastic service. Cullin does a great and detailed job, spotting things I’d never notice normally. Initially requested service to get rid of yellowjackets. But now I’ve been using them the past 6 months and only had good experiences.

Just had Orkin treat my yard for ticks and I’m really impressed with their service. The technicians were thorough and professional when applying the treatment around my property. I want to especially mention Shannon from customer service who was absolutely amazing with communication throughout the entire process. She kept me updated, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure everything went smoothly from scheduling to completion. If you’re dealing with tick concerns in your yard, I highly recommend giving Orkin a call. Their team knows what they’re doing, and with customer service reps like Shannon, the whole experience was hassle-free and professional.

He was wonderful, he shoveled my drive way, granted it is a small driveway. I am 78 years old and it is amazing that he did that for me. It only took him five minutes or so, but it was wonderful that he took the time and effort.

Christian was efficient, professional, courteous, personable and very informative during his visit on 9/9/25. Definitely looking forward to future appointments with him for any pest control needs. Overall, Orkin has been a great choice for my needs. I recommend them and the variety of services they offer.

Colby took great care of our property today, with service inside and outside. He was fast and efficient but also thorough. A+!

Justin was great! He introduced himself when he arrived and told me everything he was going to do. He then sent me photos of everything he did and talked to me before he left. Very professional, and very kind.

I’m not certain of the effect of the service, it only takes a few neighbors not doing their part, and you still have mosquitos, and a wife nagging about $100 a month bill. As far as what I have read and learned by my own research and dealing with the company. The products used are very good according to others input. The current technician Zach, is meeting my expectations. Pictures after each visit of different locations treated, and after my initial challenge of the employee coming out during the winter, I was pleased with his knowledge and confidence on the subject, so he at the least has yet to let me down! Last guy Mycal….not so much. The original salesman was young, caught him in a lie, but attributed it to age and excitement, scolded him and let it pass. Rewind to the the wife portion, and I’d have turned the service away in hindsight. Only so much longer left on the contract now, and from all the feedback on the charges for cancelling, I’ll just keep the contract and avoid that headache. Overall, it may not sound like it but I’m satisfied with the service. Just won’t be re upping for the items listed above. I do like my technician though!

I’ve used Aptive for many years and I’m very happy with them. I love how they work with you and always make you feel like a valued customer. Mycal did a great job… he was thorough in answering my questions and focusing on my areas of concern. He didn’t rush through the job. They tell you exactly what they did and send you pictures of it being done. And it’s great that you can assign the same technician to come back instead of having different people in and out of your home.👍

The guy did an amazing job and was sweet and helpful plus respected my wishes and made sure he didn’t miss anything. There is just couple reasons I gave 4/5 because the guy didn’t have everything supposed to and I feel it’s on captive to make sure all trucks or vans are completely stocked before visit a home. Also I was supposed to get money for referral never got it or the person I got to move over to aptive. I already called them about it numerous times but NEVER HAVE THEY APPLIED it to account or send me money for referral. Be warned cause they will not give it.

Tech was responsive & professional. Details & photos were for outside treatment. Would like some details of inside treatment, any precautions that we need to take, etc. Other than that we are highly satisfied & have been with each tech that has treated out property.

I signed up for this service and they damaged the siding on my home and refused to work with me on scheduling to get the inside of my house sprayed. When I decided to cancel I tried to cancel with the representative that I signed up for services with, he told me he’d take care of it and he didn’t. I was charged for an additional two months because of him, and when I called to cancel finally they said there was nothing they could do about the extra months I paid for, and they charged me an extra $200 to cancel. I paid $400 for nothing but a massive headache, I do not recommend this service. Trash.

I’ve been really impressed with the service from Derek at Terminix. He is always extremely thorough and takes the time to make sure every area is properly treated. He takes the time to check in with us and explain all the treatments. You can tell he takes pride in the quality of his work. On top of that, he’s a very personable and friendly guy, which makes the whole experience even better. We’ve had excellent results with the pest control. Highly recommend Derek!

My service representative (Marsean) always contacts me a day or two prior to my appointment! He checks to see if I have any specific needs or areas to address. He’s punctual and thorough with what he does. I appreciate everything.

I have used Terminix for over 20 years and I have always appreciated the service. Whether it was in the new build wear we raised our family or our 1960s ranch downsize, the protection provided has been worth the investment and look at is just that: a home protection investment. Our technician Derek has always communicated with us on all aspects of service from scheduled periodic appointment, anticipated arrival to what exactly was done. We appreciate the professionalism.

We have used Terminix for quarterly pest control for at least 5 years. Matt has done a great job, making sure to communicate with us with reminders the day before and the day of with what service will be provided and to ask if we are having specific issues. We’ve never had an issue since having this service performed and it is one less thing to worry about. Thanks Matt!

Dylan of Terminix was on time and very professional. I had no idea what was in the attic, it turned out to be a bird’s nest. He did a great job removing it out of the house unharmed. I would recommend Dylan to all of my friends. Thanks again.!

Scott from Hawx Pest Control did an excellent job during the service visit. He was professional, friendly, and very thorough in explaining what he found. He checked the rodent stations carefully and clearly communicated that there was significant activity, even sharing photos so I could understand the situation. I really appreciated his honesty and his recommendation for a free home inspection to ensure everything stays under control. Scheduling the follow-up inspection was easy as well. Overall, great customer service, clear communication, and a very helpful experience. Highly recommend Hawx and Scott’s service!

Charles Ross, my service technician, represents strong advocacy for our home’s best interest. Following his first visit last week he followed up sending me a text that evening to measure my satisfaction. As I had not met him, we had a very beneficial text conversation. It resulted in a follow-up visit today. To meet him was most helpful in educating me about several issues. His authentic approach for representing his responsibilities has achieved my customer loyalty. I would prefer that future service calls are represented only by Charles.

My father was charged $1100.00 for services not being met. After 2 treatments the issue still well an issue. They also missed the last appointment day stating that they canceled without notification. They changed the date to another day (yesterday) and guess what they didnt show. My father then recieved a text stating they are done with services?!?! Time to lawyer up. This will be made right!

we had one treatment done by this company and I believe possibly they come out for a maintenance spray because they first treatment was not very effective. I tried canceling my service multiple times, and assumed it was cancelled when they stopped trying to come out for a treatment. a couple months later i started getting notices that i owed them a pretty large amount, I tried contacting them online and never had any luck. Today the increased my bill by $500.00 I definitely had much better luck with other companies, we were mostly looking for mosquito spray this summer but thought for the same price getting indoor treatment would be nice. Definitely wont make that mistake again.

I have had Hawx service for over a year. It wouldn’t have been that long if I hadn’t have signed an agreement. My house is older. I tried to make allowances. But today sealed it. The technician was on his phone for a good part of his ‘five-star treatment’. I will attach a few pictures of some of the cobwebs with spiders he couldn’t be bothered to hit with the brush as he was having his conversation. I feel like a paid for service to get rid of ants and spiders and got more ants and spiders. Money is too tight to be wasting it on this.

Hawx has been awesome. Amazing with communication. Their customer service is very professional. They give you updates on when they will arrive at your house and when the service is complete. They let you know if they see anything that is concerning and before they treat they make sure you want the service. Very happy with this company!

Charles did a fantastic job today. He was a very professional young man. He sent me a text prior to coming to our home. He checked in with me before he came to ensure all my questions could be answered. I happen to meet him outside when I was on my way out. I had a couple questions and he was able to answer them very thoroughly. He sent me photos on their website to confirm everything he did today. I inspected everything and he did an excellent job. I hope he returns for my future services. 10 out of 10 for sure.

We haven’t been serviced for awhile and the same cobwebs have been on our porch since summer. I requested Mikhail to wait for me to get home at 3 to give him access to out buildings and interior of house. I received notice as I was pulling on our road that he had left. Service is never when we are home. I may have to locate a new provider.

Excellent Service! Anthony did an outstanding job! He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about every aspect of pest control. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure the entire property was treated thoroughly. Joshua did a great job spraying for bugs and took the time to explain everything he did. He was friendly, thorough, and made sure I knew I could call if I see anything before our next 90-day service. Really appreciated the great service.

Robert arrived and started work right away. About 5 minutes into it, I went outside to show him that I was having difficulty opening a door so that the back could be treated. He squatted down and gave a few pulls, and was able to treat the entire perimeter of my home. He did this with professionalism, courtesy and a bright smile on his face. He DEFINITELY went above and beyond the of expectations. 10 out of 10 rating on this experience. I haven’t had a single issue of any type concerning Moxie Pest Control. I can’t recommend them enough; this is a fantastic organization.

Both pest control coordinator and technician did an excellent job during the service visit. Very punctual, professional, and very thorough in checking all the exterior bait stations. I really appreciated that technician / specialist took the time to clean and rebait each station and made sure everything was properly serviced. He was also friendly and easy to communicate. I’ve been using Mint for almost years. The price is reasonable, but most importantly I haven’t seen a crawly bug in my home since 3 months after I hired them. Noah is very professional, quick, and polite. Would recommend!

This was my first treatment with Mint and Noah did an awesome job! He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me. He was very friendly and even took down old spider webs from the outside of the house, which our old company never did. I’m very pleased with my switch to Mint!

We have had MINT for a few years now and can’t say enough good things about them. We really enjoy that we have the same service tech for the most part every time as well as he knows us and our home. He always checks in when we are home to see if there is anything we have concerns with. The other thing we really enjoys is they have a free call back if something isn’t working, missed, or needs added they are right back out. Highly recommended.

I hired Mint Pest Control last year and I have been very happy and satisfied with the results. No critter or pests means it must be working. Eric is my service rep and I always get notification when he is on his way. I also get notified of different discounts and specials they have going on through out the year. They are extremely knowledgeable about the local pest issues and have a great prevention program. I would recommend Eric and Mint to anyone wanting to get rid of an existing pest problem or help you maintain a prevention plan.

Arrived as scheduled and went right to work. Very thorough and detailed in treating areas of concern. The kitchen got special attention due to me spotting possible roaches on the counter and sink area. I have two story in back of house and he even sprayed the second story windows. Treated the yard and all the mulch surrounding the house. I feel Nate did an excellent job, using different time released chemicals outside and inside my home. Thank you!!!!

Dalton W. came and checked our home for mice/rats. We were previously quoted over 17,000 from Orkin to remove our insulation and take care of our «rat infestation» problem (in our less than 2 yr old home). Fast forward to today – we were told we have MICE, not rats – and we don’t need anything but a roughly 2,000 job done to help remove any remaining mice and treat our home. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!! Yes i have to leave this very positive review for this Company. Mike was very professional and kind. Knew his job very well and went over and beyond his assignment to make sure my mom’s house was protected and secured after animals invaded her attic. It was well worth the cost of the removal and repairs to the roof to make sure my elderly mom was safe. You can trust the company to do the work and make sure you address all concerns first them to address.

Critter Removal Indianapolis came out to our house to address a mice issue and to possibly relocate a chipmunk. Martin was our technician. Every step of the whole process was done with honesty, integrity and efficiency…from the first phone call to the resolution of the issue. There was an incident while trying to catch the chipmunk and a baby skunk got in the trap. I was a bit emotional about it since it was a very hot day and the office was kind and helpful during the whole thing. I have since decided to let the chipmunk stay and have named him ChipChip the Indomitable. I wrongly accused him of being a menace when it was the mice the whole time. This whole experience was lovely despite it being about rodent removal. I would 100 percent call these fine folks again and am very pleased with Martin’s professionalism and results. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Critter Removal for your unwanted guest removal. This is our second experience using them and each time Michale has been amazing from start to finish. Our most recent experience was removing Mama raccoon and her 5 babies. The process of locating mom and babies was extremely tricky. I could hear the babies crying but initially we could not pin point exactly where . Michael is extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed on the best approach. This involved trail cams at the entry point, one way doors and extraction plan which led to successfully removing the babies and mama taking them away. It turns out she had them inside my office wall which she gained access to through a portion of our attic that was not accessible by humans. Over the course of several days Michael reached out to me for updates, told us what he was seeing on the trail cams and providing next steps. Thank you Michael and Critter Removal .

Critter Removal saved the day (mostly nights sleep) All I have is great things to say about Critter Removal Indianapolis! They came, they saw, they solved our raccoon in the attic problem! I have faith that if we have a problem like this again, my first call would be to Critter Removal!!

we had raccoons eating all our bird feed. we tried to chase them away but it didn’t work. we were afraid they would get into the attic so we needed to do something. took about a week but they caught 2 and we haven’t had any more

We’ve used Bulwark for quite awhile now. Standard bi-monthly bye-bug and monthly mouse traps (we get a ton!) and only pay around $60/month. We’ve had several free visits when pests have picked up and we’ve needed extra support and they’ve come right away, no complaints! They’ll walk us through everything and we can show them things, if we want; or they can give us space and we hardly know they’re there. Some contractors are a pain to have around, but these guys are great. I always raise the concern about our children and our dog. Kids are not smart/old enough yet to stay out of poison. Bulwark reps have always been thinking ahead when I ask, which is reassuring. I do and have highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

Bulwark Exterminating was efficient with dealing with my pest control problem (mice). Jimmy had great energy and taught me a lot about the product and the traps. He was willing to look at any area in my house I was concerned about. I appreciate his kindness and hard work. I have not had any more mice issues since working with Bulwark.

Today I was dealing with a mouse issue in my home Andy came to my home and did a great job explaining evaluating what needed to be done and walking thru each step. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He set traps and explained why and where he was placing them and even sent me pictures. So far so good! 🙂

These guys are awesome! Especially the tech that serviced my house today, Andrew I. He was so respectful in and around my home and wore shoe protectors before coming in. He listened to all of my ramblings about everything and thoroughly addressed all my concern areas plus more. It feels so good to have my ant problem being taken care of by such a competent team!

We had Juanyei today for our 2nd visit from bulwark. He has been very knowledgeable and went above and beyond setting traps for us in the spaces we felt comfortable. He came out day of when we called in regards to pest activity.

Nick came out and did an amazing job on our first time having them out! He said multiple traps inside and outside of the house but also made sure he was explaining why he was putting each one where he was! He was on time, quick, and efficient! We recently moved into a home that was overgrown with outside vegetation. We paid to have it cut down, recovered as possible or removed. It was apparent that the vegetation harbored numerous species of bugs. After experiencing Black Diamond at our previous home, I decided to call for their extermination services again. The service technician, Jonathon, arrived on time. I discussed in length the concerns and remedies I desired of Black Diamond’s services. Jonathon addressed my requests superbly. He treated every concern of pests and used various techniques and pesticides to address individual concerns. Jonathon was at my residence for over an hour. He explained what he was doing and what results I could expect. In addition, he advised that if the treatment was not satisfactory after a while, I could call for a reapplication before my next scheduled treatment. I could not have been more pleased with Black Diamonds services and Jonathon’s attention to detail of my needs and concern. Thank you Black Diamond for your service and I hope Jonathon gets assigned to service my property again for my next home treatment.

Black Diamond Pest Control has taken care of our personal home as well as several properties that we manage through our property management company (Richfield Property Management) for several years now. We have always been impressed with their professionalism, thoroughness, and customer service response time…it often feels like we «have a friend in the business.» John treated our home today, calling prior to showing up, greeting us at the door explaining what he had done, & asked if there were any issues or areas we had noticed activity he should address. He also identified a potential intrusion point for mice. Added bonus: when you have a company like Black Diamond that you trust and depend on, it makes it easy to turn away solicitations from competitors when they come knocking!

Crystal was very helpful in getting things set up. Chad came out to do the job. He was also very helpful. He worked around the obstacles presented by the local power company needing to come out and disconnect the power. He even text me when they returned to turn it back on so that I could come back to the house. He also provided some good insights on additional services we are contemplating. I really appreciate that they made us whole on some work that a previous employee didn’t do with no problems. I appreciate the good customer service provided. I would have given a 5, but I am still waiting for a call back from management, that I requested.

Revised- After my review below, I was contacted. And after ordering the siding trim, Critter Control made the repair. Only gave 3 stars because I had to do a lot of work to get this resolved. Since we had used Critter Control of Indianapolis in 2022 for a squirrel issue we called them again in March 2025 for suspected Raccoon in our attic. From the start communication was horrible. I had to call several times to have the one way door installed. Then we thought we heard babies and even though I called several times it took 7-10 days for somebody to come and check. The raccoon did additional damage to siding and trim the day after the one way door was installed. But Critter Control of Indianapolis refused to fix the damage, even though the signed agreement states otherwise. I am very disappointed with their lack of customer service and refusal to honor the signed contract terms. I would not hire them again.

I had a very bad experience with this company. They are very hard to get in touch with. The gentleman that gave me the quote (Phil) told me he will be available whenever I had a question or issue. He was not it took him 24 to 48 hours to respond if at all. I called the 800 number and got the run around they told me a manager would call me back never heard from anyone. They had no problem taking my money. Just the worst experience I’ve ever had poor customer service.

Everything went well. Our raccoon problem was resolved. I only gave 4 stars b/c it took two months to return and remove the temporary door installed to remediate the problem. The technicians were FABULOUS!

After a couple weeks of trying to trap some raccoons trapped in a detached garage, I called Critter Control and Tim caught the little buggers immediately. He’s easy to coordinate schedules with and is very professional….he knows his stuff. We have at least one more in there and I have no doubt he’ll be able to catch that one too. Humane trap and release is very important to me and I’m glad Critter Control keeps the animals’ best interests in mind. I felt bad to see them stuck in the trap, but happy they would be released to a rural area. Cost is approximately $300 for 10 days of trapping plus approximately $90/animal trapped. Paying an extra $300 for each 10 day round of trapping makes the service expensive for hard-to-catch critters, as it looks like I’ll need to do after doing a «test» to see if there was evidence of raccoon activity. If the $300 had been a one-time fee, I would’ve rated the company as 5 stars instead of 4 stars.

No call, no show. Update — I called the next day and was told someone would come out at 5pm. They didn’t show up until 8pm and the guy was clearly tired, which was understandable, but said he’d contact me first thing in the morning about him and his supervisor coming back to check the outside of the house. I was contacted by a supervisor at 10:17 am the next morning and was told he was going to contact the worker that came out the night before and have him come back out. I was contacted by that worker at 6:09pm, saying they wouldn’t be able to come out that day. I told him just to forget it. And then they responded to my review and said they couldn’t do it because of a structural or accessibility issue, but no one even checked the exterior of the house. Don’t waste your time. 🙂

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND YOU WON’T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I’d give 0 rating if I could. I called back in October about squirrels in my attic. The guy that came was from Louisiana, wasn’t even local. He gave me an estimate. I paid the deposit. Week later local guy who must own the franchise or territory came out. Went in my attic and threw poison packets in my attic saying it would kill the squirrels and not to worry about it stinking up my house if they were to die in my attic. He started to get on my roof to install a one way door but then said he didn’t feel good and needed to come back another day. Now mind you, I paid for trap and kill and they were supposed to come out every day for 7 days to check the trap. No trap installed and no one way door installed. Two weeks go by and after I called several times to be told they are coming next day (in their system that I had a daily appointment because they were supposed to be checking a trap that was never installed). I had to get angry and demand someone come out and get the squirrels out of my attic. The guy finally came and started installing metal material to close up the gaps around my house on the roof. He left sharp pieces in my yard and driveway that I had to clean up. Could have done damage to my car and/or hurt my dogs. The guy couldn’t finish because it was dark and said he’d come back. Over 2 months, still squirrels coming in and out of the same opening, no trap set. The guy comes back out and puts in a one way door. Well squirrel chewed around it and still got in my attic. I called and told them squirrel still in my attic. How do I know? I watched him go right on in behind the one way door that was installed. Guy comes out again to fix the one way door and finally sets a trap along with some mesh metal material that the squirrel would not like chewing through. Guy came back a few days later, removes the trap and seals up the hole. Then expects me to pay another $700 when I’d already paid $1400. I will call AA Exterminators next time. I only called this company because I saw them in my neighbor’s driveway, so thought they’d be good. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. CALL SOMEONE ELSE THAT WILL DO WHAT YOU ACTUALLY PAY FOR. SAVE YOUR $$$.
