I had several preparation questions and wondering how I was going to be able to tackle this but she she gave some helpful suggestions and I was just so worried during the process because I have never had to deal with this problem in my life, but Kailyn was able to reassure me and put my mind at ease. We recently moved into a home that was overgrown with outside vegetation. We paid to have it cut down, recovered as possible or removed. The service technician, Jonathon, arrived on time. I discussed in length the concerns and remedies I desired of Black Diamond’s services. Jonathon addressed my requests superbly. He treated every concern of pests and used various techniques and pesticides to address individual concerns. Jonathon was at my residence for over an hour. He explained what he was doing and what results I could expect. In addition, he advised that if the treatment was not satisfactory after a while, I could call for a reapplication before my next scheduled treatment. I could not have been more pleased with Black Diamonds services and Jonathon’s attention to detail of my needs and concern. Black Diamond Pest Control has taken care of our personal home as well as several properties that we manage through our property management company (Richfield Property Management) for several years now. We have always been impressed with their professionalism, thoroughness, and customer service response time…it often feels like we "have a friend in the business." John treated our home today, calling prior to showing up, greeting us at the door explaining what he had done, & asked if there were any issues or areas we had noticed activity he should address. He also identified a potential intrusion point for mice.
