It smells so good there. Not sure if it is the cleaning supplies or what, but it was a pleasant smell. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and I love that you have mattress covers on the mattresses. It was fairly quiet, except someone above us was heavy footed. Next time we may ask for the top floor so we don't have that problem. The receptionist that checked us in and was on duty that evening was very nice and helpful. I forgot her name but she really had a great personality.

This hotel is convenient for downtown appointments and activities. The rooms were both clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with an attendant keeping things clean and full. The front desk workers at both late evening and early morning were kind, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again as the need arises!!

Denise and Michael were amazing. Our room was huge and very clean. The updated bathrooms were done very well. The breakfast left a little to be desired but it was alright overall. Anytime we are in town we will be staying here.

TERRIBLE HOTEL, TERRIBLE NIGHT CLERK! WOULDN'T EVER STAY THERE AGAIN.|I made a reservation for my grand daughter and her husband and 2 year old child for medical visit to Riley Children's Hospital. I made the reservation on-line listing them as the people staying. I even called the hotel directly after making the reservation. I was told by a manager that everything was in order and all they had to do is check in. When they tried to check in the evening of November 10th, the desk clerk told them they couldn't check in because I was not with them. I called and talked to the person and gave him all the information. He then had me go to some website and said I had to give them my credit card info and scan my id. I did all that and called him back. He then told me he couldn't check them in because HE couldn't find the information. I tried to explain that I had previously confirmed all the information with a manager. While I was trying to give him the information he start yelling aymt me and over talking me. Then as I was giving him the requested information he hung up on me and told my grand daughter he was calling the police and have them removed. However at tge corporate level tge reservation did show so he had to give them tge room. All this at 10pm with a 2 year old in the cold and snow. TERRIBLE DESK CLERK. TERRIBLE HOTEL.

Literally roaches in my room. Keys to my door didn't work multiple times. Housekeeping woke me up 3 hours before checkout. The lights in the room are white led daytime bulbs, like you're sitting in a florescent office building. The whole place smells like mildew, even upstairs in the rooms. The bed was rock hard. The bathroom has a very loud fan and light combination only. Theres no USB beside the bed. Most things in the room are broken or dirty, one of the bathroom mirrors, the drawers kept opening, never sure if the deadbolt was working it was slipping. Tub, toilet, and sink looked very clean. Office chair was nice. The staff was very nice. Not gonna recommend.

We've stayed several times at this Sleep Inn and have never been disappointed. Very courteous, pleasant and helpful staff, very clean facility, excellent breakfast selection and very tasty, and a very clean and comfortable room. Originally, we chose to stay here due to its proximity to IU Health facilities that we have to visit frequently, but after our first stay and subsequent stays, it's as much a matter of comfort and excellent value as it is convenience. We will definitely be back when next we visit Indianapolis.

Love the location, close to IU Methodist! The receptionist when we checked in was so nice and helpful. There was nobody at the desk when we checked out at 6am, but u just dropped my key card off. Unfortunately we did not get breakfast that early. We had a surgery at the hospital. The building was neat & clean. Our room had a flashing light (sprinkler or fire alarm) that drove me crazy ALL night!! I tried to use the phone in the room to call down to the front desk and ask if this was normal, but it didn't work! Why have it in there? The toilet wobbled everytime u sit on it. The large overhead base of the curtain was hanging, but that really didn't effect me!! Just the appearance when we first walked in. Lighting in the bathroom around the mirror is HORRIBLE to out makeup on. And the hair dryer stunk like it was burning when in use. We had "No Signal" to our TV and no instructions or channel guide. The indoor pool was a joke!! It's like a small bathtub. Lol

😊: VERY cheap rates for the 2025 Indy 500 weekend. The WiFi worked well and there’s plenty of parking. There are a few restaurant options within walking distance and the room was spacious with plug sockets near the bed. Easy to check in and out, and the staff were friendly and professional.. 😢: The room was not that clean (bedsheets were fine though), and the property needs a some maintenance and attention. Many of the other guests were very inconsiderate, playing music and making a lot of noise late into the evening/night. Some had dogs barking loudly (very audible from my room) and one couple had an aggressive shouting match in the corridor at 8am. So not the most relaxing of stays. You get what you pay for, I suppose, in every way..

Service is great Coffee not good it makes me sick 🤢 but other than that I'm satisfied. Even when you get visitors as pets all kinds of 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 Roaches visiting your room from the room next door that lives there like a tweeker. But I'm good 👍. There's a gas station ⛽ across the street and they have great coffee ☕ and also very good and freshly made chicken 🍗🍗🍗. You eat there or take out. Nice 🙂 and friendly servers. Nice people.

All of these reviews on here of having a good stay or fake. The hotel has roaches real bad. The mattresses or something that comes off a twin size bed from 1980. The room smells of mold and cigarettes. The noise and the smell of drugs is so loud and prominent that burning an incense or turning your TV to maximum volume will help. Front desk is very rude. The guy at the front desk had a attitude from the very beginning. He acted like I was someone off the street refused to give me an extra towel when there was none in the room. The manager on duty is even worse. He threatened to pull a gun on me that was on his waist line. There was a tense moment when I had my hand on my holster because of him being sporadic with his hand movement and kept touching his waistline. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who has a family or cares about their personal hygiene.

I had a great stay at Motel 6 Shadeland in Indianapolis. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful. I especially want to thank the Manager, Zee, and the Front Desk staff member, Basit, for their kindness and excellent service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The location is convenient, parking was easy, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. It’s great value for the price, and I really appreciated the friendly and professional staff. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Motel 6 to anyone visiting Indianapolis!

The overwhelming smell of marijuana BEFORE you even walk in the door of the lobby… The breakfast line/display was a disaster – and I KNOW the standards, since I was the Customer Service Rep for the Hubert Company when the program was developed. At least the room was nice, but would never stay at this location again

Don't know why other reviews gave this hotel low rating. We only experienced one small problem – the bathtub spout diverter O ring was broken. Half water was not redirected to the shower head.||Other than this, we had a great stay. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and warm. The hotel had water softener installed. We had the silk skin feel after the shower. Sausages, hashed browns, scrambled egg, bagels, yogurts, waffles, etc. were included in the breakfast.||It didn't have a hot tub. The indoor pool area was nice and room temperature was set to 86F to keep you warm.

During my stay I came down a few minutes after 5 am for breakfast and I was greeted with, "Just so you know, you have to eat breakfast here. You can't take it to your room or leave the hotel with your food." I saw them say it to one other guest and after that I didn't hear them tell anyone else. I suggested that they give guests vouchers upon check in or just don't offer a continental breakfast. Or call the police when random people walk into the hotel for breakfast service. But to be greeted that way, like I was a bum or vagrant was unprofessional and unsettling to me as a human being. I've stayed at this hotel before, apparently it was before a change in management or ownership I'm assuming. Before when I stayed Schneider put me up there for a few weeks, there was exceptional service then, that was literally three years ago. From what I've been told they no longer have Schneider employees staying there. I can see why. Yes the rooms are clean which is the main reason for staying at a hotel, but don't treat your guests in an inhumane way.

Hotel was clean, staff was helpful. People complain about all sort of things especially lack of housekeeping even though they have signs that the brand only offers housekeeping on request or on the third day of your stay. Which after Covid is pretty standard. I prefer not having someone in my room everyday!

Where do I begin: NO HOT WATER, shower curtain wasn’t even useable if had been able to take a shower. NO trash cans. Fridge didn’t even work. IF IT WAS TO BE A NON SMOKING FACILITY IT WASN’T. Someone was smoking and my child had an asthma attack, bad enough that she ended up in the doctors office. Thank you for the bill. The locks didn’t work, so safe. Outlets were not covered. The breakfast bacon was fake you could see through it. The check in/out desk people were NEVER there. Sign said will return in 15 minutes. Guy ahead of us had been there for 30+ minutes. I have pictures of all and called the health department. ESPECIALLY no hot water. Unsanitary. Asked about it and was told that the maintenance man was off. Unacceptable, find an alternative. Requested a phone call from the manager. GUESS WHAT NONE. Calling the health department.

Hotel appeared clean to begin with, however, I woke up in the morning with a wet spot on me and after pulling the sheets back discovered a large area where the previous occupants had urinated. I was thoroughly disgusted and went to the front desk. They offered me new sheets and I told them I was checking out and obviously the mattress pad had not been changed when cleaned before I took occupancy. I was told by the front desk that they would speak with management and I would be called back to "see what they could do." I was not contacted and it has been over a week. I will never stay here again. Obviously they do not properly clean the rooms and do not change the mattress pads.

Me and my boyfriend had nice stay here. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside to our stay was the noise during the night… There were people yelling and slamming doors for hours, and at one point the police even showed up!! 😬 Aside from that though, the hotel itself was good!

When we arrived and once we got into the room. The tv didn’t work. The phone cord to call the desk wasn’t working. The wires were disconnected from the wall and the phone cord was cut in half. the bottle of hair conditioner in the shower was empty and bent over from its holder. Like someone had tried to get as much out of the bottle. There was a day shift Man just leaving for the day. He tried to be as helpful as he could. He was very friendly. The woman at the desk taking his place was friendly or helpful. This was our third year staying at this hotel on our way to Florida. We definitely will not be staying there on our way back to Wisconsin. I we used points the night stay. What a waste of points. Eva Grathen

We had just closed back to back on two homes and were in the midst of transitioning from the one we sold to the one we bought. We have two dogs and let me be clear here, it is not easy getting a place that allows pets these days especially without a heavy financial burden, but this hotel is a happy place for pets that just so happens to also allow the owners to stay with them 🙂. We had a great visit and everyone was kind and helpful. They even brought us an entire kitchen setup from silverware to cookware, even a coffee pot! Best part is they don't charge you for your pets! Special thanks to Dee & Julie for everything 🙏

First room A/C was broken, got dubious look from front desk when I asked for a different room. New room had working A/C but that's about the only thing going for it. Shoddy repairs, a pair of sheets as your bedding, pillows that are probably 10+ years old. Felt dirty just walking in. And let's not forget the $40 cash only deposit for a $55 room that's not mentioned on the website or hotels.com and the hotel owned ATM with a 3.70 surcharge. I'll sleep in my vehicle before I stay here again.

Unreal how disgusting and creepy this place isn’t even remotely worth two $20 dollar bills A better option would be to sleep in the car with the windows down on an unknown back alley 1-literally feces on the wall in multiple places 2-smelled like a dog rolled in poop 3-shower caked in scum with 3 used bars of soap 4-pee in a dirty toilet 5-A haunted house more comfortable atmosphere

If I have ever stayed at a seedier hotel, I can’t remember. You have to inspect the room before you can finish check in. That should have been my clue to run. After driving all night, I want that detail oriented. It seemed clean enough which was my main concern. There was trash on the floor behind the bathroom door, but I can see how the staff could have missed it. What was wrong? The door did not have the additional safety lock. Well, it had half. The bathtub was stained and discolored with numerous cigarette burns along the side. The toilet had thick mineral deposits in the bowl. The paint job was haphazard at best. The blankets and sheets were riddled with burn holes. I did not see this until I had already paid the deposit. I blame my burning eyes. Any positive reviews have to be left by the new owner or his friends and family. I will say that the overnight office worker was very nice and made me feel welcome.

This place has cockroaches and bedbugs. We couldn’t find any hotels and this was the only available one so we took it. When I walked in the only thing that looked somewhat clean were the beds. However upon further examination we saw bed bugs. I went to the front desk and the and the night shift person said for me to check out the only other room available. I went to check it out and someone else was moving into it from another room cus they had bed bugs too. So I had no other option and stayed in the room. Got bit by bugs all night. It was a horrible experience !! Also there’s no microwave or refrigerator in the room. The bathroom door is breaking apart. The tub and toilet is discolored stained and dirty.

Hotel Indy is a wonderful hotel. It offers clean, awesome rooms in a convenient location to downtown. However, the best thing about Hotel Indy is the staff. Deveon and Shishi(sorry about butchering the spelling) were amazing at the rooftop bar. Deveon remember all of our drink orders each night we were there. Kyle at the front desk checked me in and was great. Kate at the front desk is wonderful and I enjoyed talking with her! She even went out of her way to find me and wish me a happy 40th birthday. That made me feel extra special! Overall, a great experience and I will be back!

The hotel is in a good location if you want to walk around the city or attend a game. So from that perspective, we enjoyed it. The hotel seems to be newer/renovated recently, so the interior was pretty clean and modern. If you get a street facing hotel room, you will hear a lot of cars, seems to be pretty noisy all throughout the night. The staff was pretty nice, we had our bathroom backup with water and they moved us, would have appreciated some level of compensation back, but they at least moved us decently quick at midnight. I don't think you will have a bad stay here, but maybe just not the most comfortable depending on your sleep situation.

The room had great character and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The food at FIRE was mouthwatering and definitely a highlight. I stayed at this Marriott property for one night on Friday. While the hotel itself was nice and clean, my overall experience has been extremely disappointing due to serious issues with billing and customer service. I was double charged for two different amounts — $221 and $245 — for a single-night stay. I went to the front desk the next morning to resolve it, and the staff assured me they would fix the issue and send me a receipt showing that the refund was being processed. I never received anything. Since then, I have called the hotel multiple times, and no one can tell me where my money is or even which card they’re supposed to use to process the refund. It has now been three days, and the hotel is still holding extra funds from my bank account for no reason. Not a single employee has apologized for the inconvenience, and no one has offered any real solution. I had to call them daily just to get any kind of update. The hotel may be clean, but the lack of responsibility, communication, and basic customer service completely overshadowed my stay. I’ve stayed with Marriott many times, but this experience was by far the worst. I hope management takes this seriously, because guests should not have to chase a hotel for their own money.

Really clean, and really quiet. If you're looking for a cheap room this is definitely the place to go with no worries of bed bugs etc.!! Will definitely stay again. I had an extended stay of about 3 months and never once had any issues! Very nice people and a convenient gas station across the street! I stayed in a double bed room (119), with a mid size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, flat screen TV, working phone, large desk with a nice chair, a night stand with large drawer for clothes or whatever you need it for, another larger dresser under the TV with an additional 2 large drawers, and HOT water that NEVER runs out!!! My family of 5 fit with very minimal issues, with the addition of a twin air mattress we all fit very comfortably with plenty of space left to spare!

Rooms are small. Some have bathroom doors that don't work. Others have super uneven floors in the bathroom & the tub drains so slow that you have to turn off the shower for a few minutes halfway through it to keep from overflowing the tub. All of the rooms doors have gaps around them so large you can see outside through them which was fun when staying there during some of the coldest days of winter. Also check out time is 10:00 & if you dont have your reservation in & paid for by 10:05 expect your room phone to start ringing & then expect another call every 10 mins until you get it paid. 🤦‍♀️ Location sucks as the only things around there are a gas station, liquor store, & strip club across the street. & they definitely charge entirely too much for their rooms. But if you just need the bare minimum & need to be in that area for some reason it'll work for a night.🤷‍♀️

Do not stay here.  The free WiFi is a myth.  Take two steps away from reception and you lose signal.  I really needed the WiFi for work etc. This is a pity as the rooms are good, they were clean and quite.  TV, fridge, micro wave, 24 hour grocery type petrol station/store across the road.  Frequent number 8 bus has a stop to and from Airport and onwards to Indianapolis centre right at car park entrance, or across (Busy) road if going to Downtown ($4 for a return ticket, about $25 one way by Lyft) Why lie and pretend to have wifi?  Either have it or say you do not and don't con people followed by insulting their intelligence and then calling them liars.  Dont do the 'I'm from India' and suddenly don't understand English despite being fluent seconds ago. Stupid tricks to pull meaning 1 star instead of 5 for I really, really couldn't fault the place otherwise.

The room was nice with the a kitchen where you can cook on the stovetop (bit old but functional), large refrigerator, and a microwave. But there was a number of problems I found. There was an bag of salad left behind in the refrigerator and the towels were dirty and one was filled with hair (don't know how but it was weaved into it) Not sure if room service is actually looking thoroughly. There was yelling between the staff at the lobby which was alerting. Their so called grab and go breakfast is basically pack of oatmeal and coffee left in the lobby. Very limited options. It is nice place, but I don't think I want to stay there again.

This place needs sued for false advertisement. I paid a rate for 2 beds and a pullout couch. The pull out couch was broken they offered us another room but ALL the pullout couches were broken in EVERY ROOM. We ended up leaving a day early, never received a refund, and it says there's a pool. Yeah, there is, but it's not open, and it's gross and even if it was open it wouldn't be safe to go in! The place is dirty, smells like weed, there's people doing drug exchanges in the parking lot. Just walking to your car from the hotel entrance is going to have you looking over your shoulder constantly. This hotel, hands down ruined our families vacation. And having to leave abruptly and drive straight home and not even finish our vacation is just messed up. The cabinets were falling off the walls, bathroom door wouldn't shut, the room was never cleaned before we got there. I cleaned it myself. And when you ask for maintenance he's never there according to the front desk. Terrible terrible experience. I've been requesting to get my money back and I'm constantly ignored.

We made a reservation at 10pm after landing a few hours away only to be told at the desk that we were marked as a no show for not arriving before midnight. Despite the fact that this was not mentioned when booking and the fact that it makes no sense whatsoever to allow someone to book two hours before you will refuse them the room they paid for, they would not let us sleep there after 18 hours of travel nor would they refund us. Absolutely awful service and I will never in my life attempt to stay at an extended stay again. I have also stayed at dozens of hotels if not hundreds and never seen a hotel that doesn’t have a front desk person on staff after 11pm.

When I called to confirm our reservation, the clerk asked how soon I could "get there" as Priceline (the third party I booked with) had over booked and if I came after noon, I might not have a room. The room itself was ok, nothing special, but had a kitchen (you have to ask for pans/plates/utensils), a separate living area, and a designated sleeping area. The shower only had the setting of pressure wash so be aware of that. We asked for extra towels and were told we had to turn in the used ones to be washed. Overall this is an OK hotel. Its close to shopping (Costco), restaurants, and if you need something you forgot there's a Walmart about a mile away.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. They cheated me out of $1,600 on a cancellation that met their time requirements.for cancelling. They do not respond to any contact with them. UPDATE: After I posted this review, they finally refunded the amount in full. Thank you to Extended Stay for your courtesy.

They should charge half price because the amount of roaches and rodents you'll be dealing with should pay the other half. Wasn't expecting anything special anyways but it's like they don't spray for bugs. Horrible..

Took my homeless disabled veteran uncle to get him in a safe place with his service dogs. He has doctors letters and registration. The lady in front office called her manager and was saying she needs to see them and call the doctors to verify. Continued to go on and on about how if they are legit shouldn't have a problem with her verifying with the doctor. It was humiliating for him!

I won't lie. $300 a week for the cheap room. $50 deposit which you forfeit if you stay longer than 14 days. Thought it was a cheap way to go since I work all the time and can't find a reason for an apartment or a house. ||||Cockroaches are bad. Even had mice in my room that I caught for a couple days. ||||I've attempted to get linens washed several times. Eventually just took them myself to wash them. ||||Wifi absolutely does not work||||People coming and going at all hours blasting music, or being loud because they're bombed off meth, crack, or alcohol. So it's impossible to sleep. If that doesn't bother you then it'll be the people coming and going blasting music in their clunker vehicles. Or the constant blare of police and fire department sirens. ||||Quite a few sex offenders residing here if you look the address up on the registry. Probably shouldn't bring your kids. ||||Don't screw yourself. I would shell out a little more $ for something better.

I wish I could give this place a minus. We had to climb out the window to get out the room. After we entered the room the door wouldn't open from the inside. This place needs to be torn down. And they have the nerve to charge $100 a night.

Staff was polite, however I literally was in this room less than a hour. Yes I stated I needed some space!!! But right after falling asleep I started to get bit! My key card didn't work so yes I called and the staff came to let me in. I called her once I made it home and didn't realize I was literally there 1 hour. My call log ⬇️⬇️⬇️ I was so itchy I literally left with no clothes afraid to take anything home, told staff I would bring remote back by check out.

Rooms aren't that great. Literally got banned because I was driving 19MPH in the parking lot, which happened to startle the manager or whoever because she wasn't paying attention to her surroundings (i.e. on her phone) and threw a complete fit over it. Nobody was in danger; completely unprofessional way to approach someone in that situation. 🥲

My brother & nephew's stayed here temporarily. This place is infested with roaches. I'm shocked the board of health has not shut it down. Do not stay here.

You get what you pay for, I suppose. Overall not a nice hotel. There's no door to the bathroom, the walls are thin, and it's far away from downtown. But it's dirt cheap, and the staff seemed nice. And maybe it's an odd think to praise, but I liked that they had physical keys. Not everything needs to be techy! I'd recommend only if what you're looking for is simply a low price.

I honestly don't even know where to start with this place. I stayed here because of the extremely low price & I should've known better. The rooms go right to the outside & my curtain was broke so I had people walking by my window all night who could see into my room; which was terrifying being a female & was alone. My door literally had a hole in it which I stuffed with toilet paper. The shower had a hole in the wall so I did not use. Stains of God knows what all over the walls. Filth everywhere. Roaches galore. I miraculously fell asleep for about 5 minutes and woke up to a roach running at me ON MY BED!! I ended up sleeping in my car. I honestly do not understand how this place is still in business. The health department needs to shut it down. Not safe, prostitutes & drug dealers in & out all night. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I will sleep under a bridge before I ever stay at this hotel again.

I made a reservation for a 4-day stay two weeks ago and paid in full. The day before I am schedule to arrive, they cancelled my reservation. No apologies. They said they "didn't realize there was an event in town." Not sure how that is in any way a legitimate excuse. This is a greedy, unprofessional place.

Terrible hotel!!!! Do not go at all! The room had mold in it! There were roaches in the room!! Mold on the shower curtain!! Mold on tiles in the tub. This hotel is gross and disgusting. The person at the front desk is very rude and the guy that keeps up with the hotel is very rude and disrespectful. The state board of health should close this place down!

Frequently asked questions about hostels in Indianapolis

What are hostels, and how do they differ from hotels?

Hostels are generally budget-friendly accommodations that prioritize community and social interaction. They typically offer dormitory-style rooms, where multiple guests share a room and bathroom facilities. Unlike hotels, hostels often have a communal kitchen and lounge area, fostering a more casual atmosphere. Many are designed to appeal to solo travelers and backpackers.

What types of amenities can I expect to find in Indianapolis hostels?

Indianapolis hostels offer a range of amenities to enhance your stay. You can commonly find free Wi-Fi, lockers for securing your belongings, shared kitchens equipped with appliances, and laundry facilities. Some hostels also provide breakfast options, social events, and tour information. The specific amenities will vary depending on the individual hostel’s offerings.

How much do Indianapolis hostels typically cost?

The cost of staying in an Indianapolis hostel varies depending on factors like season, room type, and availability. Generally, you can expect to pay anywhere from $25 to $50 per night for a bed in a shared dorm room. Private rooms, if offered, will usually cost significantly more. Booking in advance, particularly during peak travel times, can often secure you a better rate.

What are the rules and regulations of a typical Indianapolis hostel?

Most Indianapolis hostels operate with a focus on maintaining a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests. Common rules include a quiet hours period, particularly during sleeping hours, restrictions on noise levels, and guidelines regarding kitchen usage and shared spaces. It’s crucial to review the hostel's house rules upon arrival and adhere to them.

What is the atmosphere like in Indianapolis hostels?

The atmosphere in Indianapolis hostels is usually very social and friendly. Many hostels actively encourage interaction among guests through social events, common room activities, and group tours. It’s a great place to meet other travelers from around the world and share experiences. The atmosphere tends to be more relaxed than a hotel setting.

What about safety and security at Indianapolis hostels?

Hostels generally prioritize the safety and security of their guests. Most hostels provide keycard access to the building, 24-hour reception services, and lockers for storing valuables. Guests are responsible for securing their own belongings, and it’s advisable to keep a close eye on your valuables at all times. Many hostels have security cameras in common areas.

Can I cook my own meals at an Indianapolis hostel?

Many Indianapolis hostels offer a shared kitchen facility where guests can prepare their own meals. However, it's important to note that the kitchen facilities vary. Check if the kitchen is fully equipped, or if there are any restrictions on what can be cooked. Guests are usually responsible for cleaning up after themselves after using the kitchen.

What is the cancellation policy of Indianapolis hostels?

Cancellation policies vary significantly between hostels. Some hostels offer flexible cancellation policies, allowing you to cancel your booking up to a certain date without penalty. Others may have stricter policies with fees charged for cancellations made closer to the arrival date. It's essential to read the hostel's booking terms and conditions carefully before confirming your reservation.

Are Indianapolis hostels suitable for families?

While most Indianapolis hostels cater to solo travelers and backpackers, some offer family rooms or private rooms that can accommodate families. However, the communal atmosphere and shared facilities might not be ideal for younger children. It’s best to check with the hostel directly to confirm their family-friendly policies and whether they have appropriate amenities for children.

How do I book a bed in an Indianapolis hostel?

You can book a bed in an Indianapolis hostel through various channels. You can book directly through the hostel’s website, or you can use online booking platforms such as Hostelworld, Booking.com, or Expedia. When booking, be sure to check the availability, reviews, and amenities offered by the hostel to ensure it meets your needs.
