He offers great insight into your current needs and provides the full picture of options. This office has been great to work with as well. Victoria answers my phone calls and is so friendly and ready to help if she can, where you may not have to go through Shawn to complete a certain task. I love the option of when renewals come they voluntarily review your policies with what all is offered among their book of business carriers to see if there is a better premium or coverage benefits that would be better suited for you. Plus they handle everything if you choose to move your business to a new carrier, they handle 100% of the paperwork and you’re just signing in the end. It’s such a streamlined process that you won’t feel even 1 teeny bit of an ounce of stress. It’s THAT streamlined of a process! My experience with Gabe has been great. Even though I didn't end up using them the first year we communicated, Gabe reached out one year later just before my old policy expired. He re-shopped insurance plans for us and we were able to make the switch and save money. Communication has been very easy, and our new plan started without an issue.
