I had such a great experience with Jacqueline today! She was so friendly, patient, and truly took the time to understand exactly what I needed. She walked me through everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was getting the best options for my situation. I felt completely supported and confident in the process thanks to her knowledge and care. Honestly, it’s rare to have someone provide service this thoughtful and professional I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I have never had better customer service, whether it being in person or over the phone than I did today with Jacqueline. She was extremely kind and patient and understanding. She really cares about her job and the customer and getting you the best deal and saving you money while also getting you the coverage that you need. She was also just very informative about things I didn’t know about or was aware of. Seriously one of the best customer Service experiences I’ve ever had that I just had to leave a review.
