Erika is a total professional! I had a great experience while discussing my quote. She didn't pressure me at all while discussing my options and I felt very comfortable with her, thus my decision to move to State Farm felt even better than with other insurance providers. I recommend State Farm and specifically Erika (to navigate through options) to anyone I know who is looking for insurance!

Erika was extremely outgoing and made the enrollment a breeze. She was able to explain anything I didn’t understand, and was very thorough in the process. She made sure to give all my options with the company without being too pushy. They have the right person taking in the enrollment calls! She help seal the deal.

I’ve been looking into life insurance policies and I’ve briefly talked about it with Erika and she has been very helpful with me trying to figure out which policy is the best for me. I work in construction so this is very much a need for me and she has been nothing but helpful and amazing. I’m very happy I got her as my State Farm Representative!!! The lady (picture attached because I am terrible with names) that helped me, I think her name was Haley was super helpful and nice! Made everything very easy was able to get it done with my toddler and new born -usually that would have been a nightmare but she did it efficiently! She was very courteous and understanding, I really appreciated the convenience of being able to text back and forth to finish everything out!

She called me on a cold call one day & what I truly appreciate about her is that she was consistent in her follow up but also didn't hound me day in & day out for an answer. She was very polite, professional & patient. I ended up making the switch to her & State Farm & saved myself about $100 a month.
