Shanna has been an incredible help in navigating insuring our car and our house. She has made it extremely easy from helping us find the correct policy to ensuring a reimbursement went through. It's been incredibly easy working with her and everyone at the office. Couldn't be happier with the team.

I reached out to get insured with State Farm and they put me through to an agent. Although I did not qualify for State Farm my agent Theresa, kept in contact with me for over several weeks to make sure that I would be able to get insured with a good company. I now have good auto insurance and Theresa made sure to answer any questions I had about the process. She was very helpful and very kind. My experience couldn’t have been better thanks to her.
