I just had an appointment with Dr. Connie Haines at Burns Optometry. She has been my dr. for many years, she has worked in many places, and there is really no one better than her. She takes time to explain very clearly what your test results show, and she is very good at diagnosis and problem-solving. She always ends by saying, "Call me if you have any questions," and I always feel like I can. I recommend her highly!

Yesterday, I took my 9 year old in for her first optometrist appointment ever (!). We were treated with high quality professional care from Dr. Connie Haines. She is great with kids and made the "rite of passage" of the first eye glasses exam a manageable one and even a pleasurable one. I always am impressed with their efficiency, thoroughness balance and their availability of appointments. All the more important they charge affordable prices for the services provided.

This was my second eye exam with Dr. Swift at Burns Optometry, and I had an exceptional experience both times! Dr. Swift is fantastic, friendly and talented. He seems to like to explain things and educate as he practices, and I really appreciate that! THANKS DOC, will be back next time! Office staff are also equally great (sorry I didn't catch your names)!

Our family has been going to Dr. Burns for years. Recently, we’ve really appreciated Dr. Fitzgerald! He is kind, thorough, and takes the extra time to explain & answer questions.

Was privileged to have been under the expert care of Connie Haines for my eye exam. Best ever! She took extraordinary care with me, as I have the need for multiple prisms and other issues that other optometry doctors have not taken the time and care to resolve. Lost a hard contact and didn't have a current prescription, so I needed this to order a new one. The doctor and receptionist were super knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to make the appointment and get an updated prescription. They were upfront about all costs. The best part was learning that Costco could sell the single RGP contact for about $110 LESS than my traditional optometrist. Who needs insurance when you can purchase a contact at a reasonable price? This is great!

I had a great experience here! I haven’t been to an eye doctor in 6 years and was neglecting doing so because of other health issues but they welcomed me in with no judgement and helped me get two perfect pairs of glasses. The staff and Dr. Seay are friendly, kind, and very helpful. The office is wheelchair friendly and they accommodated the rooms to fit me and my chair. They have some very cool cutting edge machines I have never seen before and the entire visit was easy and fast! I will be recommend this place to everyone

Dr. Saey was amazing very professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Erica was also incredibly kind and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable from start to finish. I felt heard, supported, and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely ridiculous my appointment was at 7:45 am and because of traffic I arrived at 7:49am and I walk in and get told there's no grace period that I'll have to wait till 8:30 to be seen. 4 mins late absolutely ridiculous y'all need to add a grace period of like at least 10 mins. Things happen especially in this city where the traffic in the morning is insane. As I sit here waiting there's literally no one in here and I couldn't be seen makes no sense. Find a better optimologist office if you ask me. Update Dr Say I think is his name was absolutely great and so was the girl who gave me my initial exam it was the desk girl when I first walked in that was the issue for me.

There was no long wait to be seen by the optometrist. Everyone was friendly. The machines used were state of the art. I'm glad that I have my new glasses after so many years without an eye exam.

took my daughter to get her new exam and her new glasses and i scheduled me a app got right in and they helped me and a lady was super nice any very helpful person i was lost didn't know which ones to pick and i had like 10 pairs she help me find a pair that fit me i def recommend!!!!

The care from Dr. Karina is second to none. She is an outstanding physician. But the young lady who gave us our exam was not very professional whatsoever. She was very dry, wore CROCS and had awful customer service. She kept her mask on and you could barely understand her. She seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. Furthermore, the office must do better in providing better options for Men’s eyewear, at least for people who like more urban fashion. I will just take my prescription to another office who offers Tom Ford or Cazal’s which is more fashionable for my taste. But to each their own. Like I said by all means come here just for the doctors experience and expertise if nothing else.

Dr. Mark Snyder and his staff always make me feel special. He takes time to explain his findings and answer all my questions. Dr. Snyder and the staff are able to tell me my anticipated copay costs. I highly recommend this practice for your eye care needs.

Both doctors & their staff are helpful & extremely nice to their patients . Both doctors are easy to talk to & are very thorough. They have been a much needed asset in making me see better. Their eyeglass selection is amazing! I have a hard time picking just one. The lady who helped me find the right frames & did all of the measurements that were needed – was a tremendous help to me today. So glad that I go there now!

To be honest, I had many reservations before going to infinity eye care. My experience there put all those reservations to rest. I’m thankful to every staff who attended to me and I want to specifically thank Dr Snyder. He explained every the results of every test in a way that I could understand. He gave me confidence and reassurance that my situation was going to improve. Thanks to everyone at Infinity Eye Care. Will be seeing more of you guys.

Dr Snyder and the staff were very warm, welcoming and yet very professional during our visit. My husband and I received very thorough eye exams during our 1st visit and will definitely be returning for our follow-ups. We love that office is close and the service was top notch.

I came in with my 4½ year and 6 year old for their first eye appointments around noon. They had been at other doctors appointments since 9am. So you can imagine how restless they were, but not crazy behavior. They were really wanting to move around and get attention. They staff members were so patient and so kind. My little ones got extremely scared of all the eye drops and the staff patiently worked with me to get their eye drops done along with all the other eye tests. It is so easy to feel judged when you take exhausted kids out in public. They did not make me feel judged at all. This was a wonderful experience. Thank you so very much. This is an amazing place to go and get your eyes checked and your kids. Thank you!

Very professional. I was very comfortable. Dr Mark Snyder went over the pictures of my eyes. High tech technology, no more drops in the eye, no more wearing those sunglasses after the drops. Also the staff help me looked for my new glasses, as well as my glasses had a quick turnaround. You all have a new patient for sure. I’ll see you all next t year. Antwon Davis wa s excellent ! I walked in to LensCrafters at Castleton Mall in Indianapolis Indiana and was greeted by Antwon. I had brought in my 84 year old friends glasses to be repaired. He ended up repairing them right there! He is so kind and he is a great asset to your company!

My lens kept popping out of the frame and this was the weekend so the VA where I got my glasses was not open. Fortunately for me Lens Crafters was open and extra fortunate for me, Paige was working! She took the care and time to fix my frame which was slightly bent. She then answered my question about having a family member schedule an appointment to see their doctor. I made that appointment before I left. Thank you Paige! You made a difference!

The Indianapolis Castleton Mall store manager (Alex) personally assisted me, and she was not only extraordinarily helpful in finding glasses I loved – she nailed it in seconds flat – she was an absolute joy to work with! She turned the laborious hunt for the right glasses with the right look from a chore into a truly fun experience. (Yeah, I actually had "fun"!) What a wonderful person with a delightful and uplifting personality. (Wish she was my neighbor!) Whenever I come across extraordinarily glowing reviews, I alway think to myself, "Faaaake review!", but I'm a real customer and my review is the real deal. But don't just go by what I say here, check out the LensCrafters Castleton Mall store, then ask for Alex. And trust me, you'll be saying to yourself, "Reeeeal review!"

Alex was very friendly and helpful with out following us around. She gave me time to browse on my own and was available to answer my questions about available sizes. She was quick to check us out once our decisions were made.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Stephanie and having her take good care of me. She was amazing! Sweet, kind and very knowledgeable about the frames/lenses LC had to offer. The staff as a whole were really helpful and super nice. I’ll definitely be back soon for my 2nd pair!

Excellent customer service. My husband and I just moved here from CA 2 yrs ago and were always loyal to Lenscrafters. When we moved here we thought we would try a different company, but nothing compared to your selection of frames and being able to do it all in one place in regards to the eye exam. The girls at the eye exam side and the doctor were very friendly. Then the lady and gentlemen on the Lenscrafters side were just as friendly and helpful with choosing our new frames. They worked great together. I will be taking all my old frames back so they can add my new lenses to the frames I previously purchased at Lenscrafters. I highly recommend Lenscrafters!

Totally trust his care. Shelley is the best at helping me pick out new glasses. All the staff are friendly, professional and kind.

I have been using Herkert Family Eye Care for several years and have been very pleased with their services. Dr. Herkert is very thorough and pleasant and he takes time to explain what he’s doing and what it means, which I appreciate. The ladies working the desk and pre-exam testing areas are delightful and very helpful. It’s easy to leave the office with a smile on your face.

Dr. Herkert has been my eye doc for nearly 20 years. He can give you as much technical information as needed (I prefer to geek out) or just tell you everything is fine, in an easily digestible way. He stays on the cutting edge of tech, offers many solutions for your care, and is extremely personable. His staff to date have always been kind, caring, and attentive. Dakota, Taylor, and Alexis are fantastic to work with and always carry a bright smile.

I had a good experience at this location on east 38th. Got my favorite color in marbled design very happy with them.(paid for) The ones the insurance paid for are cute also.

AMAZING experiences with the meadows office. They educate you and stay transparent about their eyewear. Great selection as well. I live my Versace frames! I can see so well.

Literally showed 7 min late and canceled my appointment for 3 weeks out. I was finally able to make it to my scheduled appointment and everything went smooth and seamless. I’m very pleased.

Update: in the middle of being given the runaround on a botched pair of glasses. Will update, but until then I CANNOT CURRENTLY RECOMMEND. (Five stars changed to one star.) Update: the place is under new, friendly management. I cannot emphasize enough how great the folks here are here. Make an appointment, they can get busy. Accessibility is not an issue. Original: Nice place, a little bare right now. People are warm, helpful & not judgemental. Part of this neighborhood revitalizing, glad they are here. Handicapped or disabled access is fine. Accepts Care Credit. Accepts Medicaid.

I was helping a mutual patient get a copy of their prescription and the fishers tavel office told her they couldn't email it but the patients wasn't able to get into her portal. I called the Meadows office for help and Denai ( I apologize if I misspell the name) was wonderful and was able to help take care of the patient.

Everyone was so friendly and personable. I felt no pressure and really enjoyed my visit. They were so helpful.

They were very polite and very nice didn't take long the ladies out front was very polite very understanding very helpful the doctor was amazing the whole thing took me maybe 45 minutes very satisfied they're even going to make my cataract removal appointment for me 1 to 10 I would score them at a 10 plus

Everyone at Norman & Miller Eyecare is the best at what they do. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, as always. Dr. Helton is meticulous and thorough, and pays attention to every detail, every aspect of the office visit. Every question I have is always answered, and she takes the time to make sure my prescription is 100% accurate. She explains every detail of the examination and is committed to making sure I continue to have the best eyesight and eye health for life. Emma, the optician, spent as much time as needed in order to make sure I had the frames and lenses just the way I wanted them. Everyone there treats me like a valued patient and also like a friend. I had a very good experience here. The (relatively new) office space is a big step up over the old location. Dr. Sharp and the entire staff including the receptionist and the technicians who tested my eyes and helped me learn how to insert and remove my new contacts were very helpful and friendly, answered all my questions, and made my visit very pleasant.

Dr. Payne was great. She took the time to explain everything. I am trying disposable contacts, which I have never had. She recommended a lense that should fit my prescription. The staff was very professional and helpful as well.

Ashley Sharp, O.D. has taken the time to explain and help me out with all my questions. She also does not talk in terms that I don't understand. Also she gives a future look as what is down the road and what she's gonna keep a watch on. Also the rest of the office personal are helpful and friendly.

I’ve been coming to you guys for at least five years and not ever have I had to pay this much for my glasses. The prices have went up. It’s just too high for me. I don’t know if I’m gonna even be able to get my glasses. I like your hospitality your greeting you guys are awesome. You’re nice but your prices have ruined me. I’m so lost on how I’m gonna get my glasses.

The Dr was very pleasant and informative. I had a very thorough exam. I had tests done that I never have had done before therefore leaving me to feel confident that everything was checked out. I highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr Jahnke for seven years- her office and her staff are always efficient and professional and incredibly kind. She will sit with you and walk you through your results and scans and explain everything, and you never feel rushed. She also always has the most modern machines! The staff will show you what the charges from your insurance will be before they take you back so you’re never surprised. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jahnke and her team are wonderful. She will take the time to find the best options for your vision. I have very specific requirements for my contact lenses (multi-focal, for astigmatism, and continuous wear), and she is able to find me options for my needs. She is very thorough with examining eye health and showing me the current state of my eyes. I really appreciate everything she does and can’t recommend her office highly enough

They were upfront from the beginning of the appointment with what my insurance will cover and what I can expect to pay at the end of the visit. I will never change doctors again!

Horrible experience. I came in with my 3 children only to be told at the time of appt and after arrival that they would not see 1 of my children due to them being unable to verify her insurance! I uploaded everything 1 week before the scheduled appt so that they had time to process everything. Also note that my children have been at visionworks in castleton for the last 4 years and the insurance has never changed. Then after that let down, my other 2 children had their exam and the optometrist stated their vision was worst but she failed to disclose detail due to her rushing from being behind. I had to wait around for an explanation about why their vision was worst and what action was needed for correction. So then they start to process my other 2 children prescription for eyeglasses and tried to tell me that I had a copay with mdwise and if you’re familiar with mdwise in Indiana you know that they don’t charge a copay for a yearly exam and a pair of glasses. I believe that this place is committing insurance fraud and when I brought up the concern the GM Dawn told the one of the ladies named Kathy to just hurry up and get me out of there…they were so rude. I have never been so humiliated and disrespected in a business establishment to this degree. Horrible!!! Please do not go here

Great customer service with check in. Was treated with respect. Was given full information regarding the services rendered and made sure it was understood. Courteous. Gave suggestions to further help with results. Thorough with check out and demonstrated that customers are important. Friendly. Patient when given explanations. Friendly atmosphere. Did not make you feel invisible in an visible environment.
